本发明公开了一种高频焊机用阻抗器装置,所述高频焊机用阻抗器装置外表面涂覆一层防刮涂层,该涂层成分包括环氧有机硅树脂55~75份、玻璃粉20~40份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷3~5份、钛白粉2~3份、苯基缩水甘油醚10~20份、乙烯‑丙烯酸共聚物1~2份、二甲苯酚3~5份。本发明有效提高了阻抗器装置强度,提高了阻抗器装置的使用寿命。

背景技术
现有的高频焊机用阻抗器装置在使用过程中容易因常年累月的使用而导致其强度下降,使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种高频焊机用阻抗器装置,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高频焊机用阻抗器装置,所述高频焊机用阻抗器装置外表面涂覆一层防刮涂层,该涂层成分包括环氧有机硅树脂55~75份、玻璃粉20~40份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷3~5份、钛白粉2~3份、苯基缩水甘油醚10~20份、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物1~2份、二甲苯酚3~5份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明有效提高了阻抗器装置强度,提高了阻抗器装置的使用寿命。
