本发明的目的在于设计一种高频焊机用阻抗器装置,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高频焊机用阻抗器装置,所述高频焊机用阻抗器装置外表面涂覆一层防刮涂层,该涂层成分包括环氧有机硅树脂55~75份、玻璃粉20~40份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷3~5份、钛白粉2~3份、苯基缩水甘油醚10~20份、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物1~2份、二甲苯酚3~5份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明有效提高了阻抗器装置强度,提高了阻抗器装置的使用寿命。
