A sewage treatment device with aeration angle and height adjustable functions comprises a pool body, wherein the top of the pool body is open, and the sewage treatment device is characterized in that two first installation seats are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the left and right outer side walls of the pool body, height adjusting devices are fixedly connected to the first installation seats, a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the top ends of the two height adjusting devices together, two vertical plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower side of the supporting plate, first aeration pipes are symmetrically and rotatably connected to the lower parts of the two vertical plates, and a plurality of first aeration heads are uniformly arranged on the first aeration pipes; angle adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the first aeration pipe; the central part of the tank body is fixedly connected with a first sleeve, the bottom end of the first sleeve is fixedly connected with the inner bottom of the tank body, the top end of the first sleeve is closed, the top end of the first sleeve is fixedly connected with a first motor, an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft, a spiral auger is arranged on the first rotating shaft, and a plurality of water outlet holes are uniformly formed in the side wall of the top part of the first sleeve; a mixing cylinder is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the first sleeve below the water outlet hole, a second motor is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper side of the supporting plate, a second rotating shaft is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the second motor, two horizontal rods are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the bottom end of the second rotating shaft, a water-gas disturbing device is fixedly connected to the lower side of the other end of each horizontal rod, and the bottom end of the water-gas disturbing device is located at the inner bottom of the mixing cylinder; a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the bottom of the mixing cylinder, a second aeration pipe is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the first sleeve below the through holes, and a plurality of second aeration heads with upward openings are uniformly arranged on the second aeration pipe; the first aeration pipe is communicated with the second aeration pipe through a first hose, and the second aeration pipe is connected with an aerator positioned on the upper side of the supporting plate through a second hose; the angle adjusting device comprises two first bevel gears, the first bevel gears are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two ends of the first aeration pipe, second bevel gears are meshed with the upper sides of the first bevel gears, and half gear teeth are arranged on the second bevel gears; two third installation seats are fixedly connected to the side wall of the vertical plate, a fourth rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second bevel gear, the fourth rotating shaft penetrates through the two third installation seats, and a fourth motor is fixedly connected to the top ends of the two fourth rotating shafts.
