本发明公开了一种吸汗抑菌布料,其特征在于,包括:面料层A和面料层B,所述的面料层A由莫代尔棉、中空纤维的纱线织成,所述的面料层B由海藻碳纤维、芦荟纤维的纱线织成,所述面料层A和面料层B通过粘性装置粘黏在一起,所述粘性装置由银系纳米抗菌剂粉末与天然胶混为一体,所述面料层A外设置一层抑菌面料;与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本配方制得的能够有效的吸收汗水,使得人们穿着较为舒适,并抑制细菌滋生,并具有活血化瘀、祛风除痰、消肿止痛至功效。可以使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力,可增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。肥胖者穿上这种面料制成的内衣以后,就会不断地排汗,达到减肥目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其是涉及一种吸汗抑菌布料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣物的功能性要求越来越高,尤其对内衣的选择不仅注重柔软舒适,更注重健康、保健功能。传统的保暖内衣面料一般多为羊毛、木棉纤维等,并且通常采用加厚设计,虽然保暖性好,但存在衣物过于厚重、舒适性和透气性差等问题。现有的保暖内衣面料耐久性差,多次水洗后保暖效果大大减弱。近年来,肥胖的发病率呈上升趋势,肥胖给人的身体带来了危害,如增加心脑和血管的负担,影响呼吸运动,降低新陈代谢的速度。现有的一般的布料是没有为单一面料做成的,没有特别的吸汗结构,所以吸汗效果较差,在夏天人们大量流汗时,穿着效果较差,并容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸汗抑菌布料,以克服现有技术所存在的上述缺点和不足。
一种吸汗抑菌布料,其特征在于,包括:面料层A和面料层B,所述的面料层A由莫代尔棉、中空纤维的纱线织成,所述的面料层B由海藻碳纤维、芦荟纤维的纱线织成,所述面料层A和面料层B通过粘性装置粘黏在一起,所述粘性装置由银系纳米抗菌剂粉末与天然胶混为一体,所述面料层A外设置一层抑菌面料。
作为本发明的一种技术优选方案,所述的面料层A中莫代尔棉所占的重量百分比为60%,中空纤维所占的重量百分比为40%。
作为本发明的一种技术优选方案,所述海藻碳纤维为内衣面料的经线,所述芦荟纤维为内衣面料的纬线。
作为本发明的一种技术优选方案,所述的面料层B中海藻碳纤维所占的重量百分比为60%,芦荟纤维所占的重量百分比为40%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本配方制得的能够有效的吸收汗水,使得人们穿着较为舒适,并抑制细菌滋生,并具有活血化瘀、祛风除痰、消肿止痛至功效。可以使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力,可增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。肥胖者穿上这种面料制成的内衣以后,就会不断地排汗,达到减肥目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗抑菌布料,其特征在于,所述的面料层A中莫代尔棉所占的重量百分比为60%,中空纤维所占的重量百分比为40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗抑菌布料,其特征在于,所述海藻碳纤维为内衣面料的经线,所述芦荟纤维为内衣面料的纬线。
