Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of sanitary products, and particularly relates to a three-dimensional suspended core body side-leakage-preventing sanitary towel.
Background
The sanitary napkin is intended to reliably absorb menstrual blood in use and prevent leakage of menstrual blood to the outside of the sanitary napkin.
In the conventional sanitary napkin, when the sanitary napkin is deformed by an external force due to movement and the deformation occurs in a state where the absorption ability is not sufficiently exhibited, there is often a problem that the menstrual blood cannot be absorbed reliably, and liquid leaks to contaminate the clothes. In particular, when a user walks, stands, sits or moves, the leg root portion between the crotch bones is constantly moved relative to the skin, and a gap is easily formed between the sanitary napkin of the user and the body of the wearer, and the excretory fluid flows out from the gap to cause so-called transverse leakage, thereby staining the clothes.

The present invention has been made in view of the above and/or technical gaps in the production of existing sanitary napkins.
Therefore, one of the objectives of the present invention is to solve the deficiencies of the prior art and to provide a sanitary napkin with a three-dimensional suspended core for preventing side leakage.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a three-dimensional suspended core body side-leakage-proof sanitary towel comprises an outer surface layer which is soft and attached to the skin and is made of water-absorbing materials, and an absorption layer which is arranged between the outer surface layer and a substrate layer; and a substrate layer comprising a water repellent outer body and an anti-adhesive body; wherein a functional chip layer is arranged from the outer surface layer to the absorption layer.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the outer surface layer includes a wiper attached over a first nonwoven and a first nonwoven.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the absorption layer comprises a flow guide body, a flow guide hole and a flow guide layer, wherein the flow guide body is arranged below the functional chip layer and comprises the flow guide hole, and liquid is guided in by extruding and stretching the flow guide layer; the anti-fracture body is arranged between the flow guide body and the water absorption body; the water absorption body comprises a side water blocking body; the second non-woven fabric body comprises air permeable bodies, adhesive attaching bodies and a free telescopic body, wherein the adhesive attaching bodies are arranged on the reverse side of the second non-woven fabric body, and the air permeable bodies are arranged above the second non-woven fabric body.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the anti-sticking body is divided into a front surface and a back surface, the front surface is in contact with the waterproof outer surface, and the back surface is in contact with the sticky binding body.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the stratum basale includes, easily tears the subsides, easily tear the subsides and connect waterproof exterior body.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the functional chip layer is a fabric containing negative ions, and the fabric contains 2-5 wt% of tourmaline powder, 10-15 wt% of chitosan modified material and 5 wt% of infrared radiation functional ceramic powder; it can be one or more composite fabrics of anion functional fabrics and other functional fabrics.
As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the flow guiding bodies comprise a first flow guiding body and a second flow guiding body which are alternately arranged; the flow guide hole is divided into a first hole diameter and a second hole diameter, the first hole diameter is larger than the second hole diameter, and the ratio of the first hole diameter to the second hole diameter is 3: 1-10: 1.

As a preferable scheme of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention, wherein: the outer surface layer is made of soft and water-absorbing materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the aspect of the menstrual blood cleaning effect, the simulated menstrual blood can be efficiently absorbed and cleaned in a simulated use test, and the menstrual blood can be efficiently locked in the absorption of the water absorption paper after the simulated use test, so that the cleaning effect is improved by about 2 times compared with similar products. In the aspect of sterilization, the antibacterial agent can ensure that the antibacterial rate is over 75 percent, and optimally can reach 78.2 percent. In the aspect of anion health care function, the anion health care device can maintain higher anion unit space quantity in a simulation use test, and has stable health care function.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with examples are described in detail below.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of a three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin according to the present invention comprises an outer cover layer 100, an absorbent layer 200, a substrate layer 300 and a functional core layer 400. Wherein the functional core layer 400 is disposed between the outer skin layer 100 and the absorbent layer 200, and the absorbent layer 200 is disposed above the substrate layer 300. In this embodiment, the outer skin layer 100 includes a wipe 101 and a first nonwoven 102, and the wipe 101 is attached over the first nonwoven 102 and directly contacts the user to keep the user clean and fresh. Then the liquid is absorbed by the absorption layer 200, the base layer 300 is an outer package for protecting the sanitary towel, when the sanitary towel is needed, the base layer 300 is disassembled, and when the sanitary towel is not needed, the base layer 300 is placed outside to protect the whole sanitary towel. The substrate layer 300 includes a waterproof exterior body 301 and an anti-sticking body 302, wherein the anti-sticking body 302 is divided into a front surface and a back surface, and the front surface is in "contact" with the waterproof exterior body 301, and the "contact" means that, firstly, the anti-sticking body 302 is fixedly connected with the waterproof exterior body 301, and, secondly, the anti-sticking body 302 is simply in contact with the waterproof exterior body 301 in the outer packaging. When the release body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are fixedly connected, the release body 302 is separated from the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, and can be used as it is. When the anti-adhesive body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are simply contacted during the outer packaging, the anti-adhesive body 302 is also attached to the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, so that the sanitary towel can be kept clean after the substrate layer 300 is torn unintentionally.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 2-4, a second embodiment of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention is shown, which is different from the first embodiment: the absorbent layer 200 in this embodiment includes a current carrier 201, an anti-fracture body 202, an absorbent body 203, and a second nonwoven body 204. Specifically, the body thereof includes an outer skin layer 100, an absorbent layer 200, a substrate layer 300, and a functional core layer 400. In which the outer skin layer 100 includes a wiper 101 and a first nonwoven 102, the wiper 101 is attached on the first nonwoven 102, and directly contacts with the user, so as to keep the user clean and fresh.
The absorbent layer 200 includes a fluid carrier 201, an anti-fracture body 202, a water absorbent body 203, and a second nonwoven body 204. The fracture-preventing body 202 is arranged between the flow guide body 201 and the water-absorbing body 203, and prevents the flow guide body 201 and the water-absorbing body 203 from being fractured, thereby playing a role in protection. The water absorbent 203 includes side water blocking bodies 203a to prevent liquid from leaking out from the sides. The second nonwoven body 204 includes a gas permeable body 204a, an adhesive-bonded body 204b, and a freely stretchable body 204 c. The freely stretchable body 204c is arranged on the side surface of the second nonwoven body 204, the freely stretchable body 204c is an elastic member, lycra yarn or rubber band can be selected, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a solid elastic side leakage prevention retaining wall is formed by connecting the freely stretchable body 204c and the second nonwoven body 204, when the sanitary napkin is bent (when a user uses the sanitary napkin), the freely stretchable body 204c is stretched to form a three-dimensional suspension side leakage prevention performance, at the time, the second nonwoven body 204 and the water absorption body 203 are reversely wrapped together, so that the user can feel more comfortable, the second nonwoven body 204 and the water absorption body 203 are reversely wrapped outside the solid elastic side leakage prevention retaining wall, and the reversely wrapped layer can be attached to the solid elastic side leakage prevention retaining wall or not attached to the solid elastic side leakage prevention retaining wall, and can freely stretch according to the posture (walking, lying or standing) of the user at that time.
The gas permeable body 204a and the adhesive bonded body 204b are provided on two opposite surfaces of the second nonwoven fabric body 204, respectively, and referring to fig. 2, the adhesive bonded body 204b is provided on the back surface and the gas permeable body 204a is provided above the second nonwoven fabric body 204.
The substrate layer 300 includes a waterproof exterior body 301 and an anti-sticking body 302, wherein the anti-sticking body 302 is divided into a front surface and a back surface, and the front surface is in "contact" with the waterproof exterior body 301, and the "contact" means that, firstly, the anti-sticking body 302 is fixedly connected with the waterproof exterior body 301, and, secondly, the anti-sticking body 302 is simply in contact with the waterproof exterior body 301 in the outer packaging. When the release body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are fixedly connected, the release body 302 is separated from the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, and can be used as it is. When the anti-adhesive body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are simply contacted during the outer packaging, the anti-adhesive body 302 is also attached to the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, so that the sanitary towel can be kept clean after the substrate layer 300 is torn unintentionally.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 5 and 6, a third embodiment of the three-dimensional suspended core side-leakage-preventing sanitary napkin of the present invention is shown, which is different from the second embodiment in that: the base layer 300 further comprises an easy-to-tear sticker 303, the easy-to-tear sticker 303 is connected to the tail after the waterproof outer surface body 301 is bent and packaged, and preferably, the opening position of the easy-to-tear sticker 303 is not sticky, so that a user can conveniently open the easy-to-tear sticker.
Specifically, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outer skin layer 100 includes a wiper 101 and a first nonwoven 102, and the wiper 101 is attached on top of the first nonwoven 102, which is in direct contact with the user, and can keep the user clean and fresh.
The absorbent layer 200 includes a fluid carrier 201, an anti-fracture body 202, a water absorbent body 203, and a second nonwoven body 204. The flow guiding body 201 is divided into a first flow guiding body 201b and a second flow guiding body 201c, and both of them are provided with flow guiding holes 201 a. Referring to fig. 5, when viewed from the left side of the current carriers 201, the first current carrier 201b is linear, the second current carrier 201c is curved, where the curvature is similar to the waveform of the pulse signal and has peaks and valleys, and the whole current carrier 201 is formed by alternately arranging the first current carrier 201b and the second current carrier 201c, for example, the peaks of the second current carrier 201c contact with the first current carrier 201b-1, and the valleys of the second current carrier 201c contact with the second first current carrier 201b-2, which are arranged in sequence. The cross-sectional view of the diversion hole 201a is T-shaped, that is, the diversion hole 201a is divided into a first aperture D and a second aperture D, the ratio of the first aperture D to the second aperture D is 3: 1-10: 1, and preferably, the second hole is connected with the first hole in a truncated cone shape. The significance of arranging the diversion holes 201a is: so that the liquid is not easy to extrude after being sucked, the effect same as that of the one-way valve is achieved, and the flow guide effect is better. The flow guide body 201 is disposed below the functional chip layer 400, and includes flow guide holes 201a to guide a liquid by pressing and stretching the flow guide layer 201. The term "squeeze and stretch" as used herein means, in particular, when a user walks or moves, the thigh and the thigh are squeezed and stretched, and when the user is squeezed, the fluid guide holes 201a start to absorb fluid, and when the user is stretched, the fluid is absorbed into the fluid guide 201. The fracture-preventing body 202 is arranged between the flow guide body 201 and the water-absorbing body 203, and prevents the flow guide body 201 and the water-absorbing body 203 from being fractured, thereby playing a role in protection. The water absorbent 203 includes side water blocking bodies 203a to prevent liquid from leaking out from the sides. The second nonwoven body 204 includes a gas permeable body 204a, an adhesive-bonded body 204b, and a freely stretchable body 204 c. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the freely stretchable body 204c is disposed on the side of the second nonwoven fabric body 204, the freely stretchable body 204c is an elastic member, which may be lycra yarn or rubber band, and is connected with the second nonwoven fabric body 204 by the freely stretchable body 204c to form a three-dimensional elastic side leakage prevention retaining wall, so as to form a three-dimensional suspension side leakage prevention function, and at this time, the water absorbent bodies 203 are reversely wrapped together. The gas permeable body 204a and the adhesive bonded body 204b are provided on opposite surfaces of the second nonwoven fabric body 204, respectively, the adhesive bonded body 204b is provided on the back surface, and the gas permeable body 204a is provided above the second nonwoven fabric body 204.
Referring to fig. 6, the substrate layer 300 comprises a waterproof exterior body 301 and an anti-adhesive body 302, wherein the anti-adhesive body 302 is divided into a front surface and a back surface, the front surface is in contact with the waterproof exterior body 301, and the contact means that firstly, the anti-adhesive body 302 is fixedly connected with the waterproof exterior body 301, and secondly, the anti-adhesive body 302 is simply contacted with the waterproof exterior body 301 during outer packaging. When the release body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are fixedly connected, the release body 302 is separated from the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, and can be used as it is. When the anti-adhesive body 302 and the waterproof exterior body 301 are simply contacted during the outer packaging, the anti-adhesive body 302 is also attached to the absorbent layer 200 after the substrate layer 300 is torn, so that the sanitary towel can be kept clean after the substrate layer 300 is torn unintentionally. Easily tear subsides 303, the connection ending after waterproof exterior body 301 crooked packing, the preferred, easily tear the opening department of pasting 303 and do not have the viscidity, and the person of facilitating the use opens.
Example 4:
experiment of Sterilization Property
And (3) performing a contrast bacteriostasis test by referring to a GB15979-2002 method aiming at common staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.
Detecting the environment: the temperature is 37 ℃, and the relative humidity is 48%;
a detection instrument: an electric heating water-proof constant temperature incubator;
standard value of the antibacterial cloth: not less than 26 percent;
adopting negative ion functional fabric with 2 wt%, 5 wt% and 10 wt% of calcium carbide powder as a sample, standing for 1 hour, testing the comparison time of the negative ion functional fabric and the common fabric, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate according to the following formula:

Example 5:
experiment on cleaning effect and efficiency
Preparing simulated menstrual blood: cutting fetal disc membranes of mice into irregular fragments, adding fresh chicken blood and the amniotic fluid of the mice and mixing in a weight ratio of 1:5:2 to prepare a mixed solution which is simulated menstrual blood.
Simulation of use experiment:
sanitary napkins in the examples were used as samples 1, 2 and 3, and a conventional commercially available sanitary napkin was used as sample 4.
Pouring 80ml of simulated menstrual blood from the sample sanitary towel, sleeving the sanitary towel on a human body model by using common underwear, and using compression equipment, wherein the AB: AB is 10:8, and the human body model reciprocates once from the point C to the point D, so that the squeezing effect of human thighs on the sanitary towel in the using state is simulated in the actual using process. The simulated use experiment is carried out for 0, 10 and 25 times of reciprocating motion within 1min respectively, the sanitary towel is taken out, the medical absorbent paper is used for absorbing for 5min, the diameter of an absorption ring simulating menstrual blood in the absorbent paper is measured, and the sanitary towel is observed to have residual amniotic fluid fragments.
The specific measurement results are shown in the following table 5.1:

As can be seen from the above examples, the present invention can have excellent effects in sterilization, anion health care, and menstrual blood cleaning effects.
This is because the unidirectional conductive layer used in the present invention has a compression work of 0.5 to 1.0cN/cm2The filling power is 6-10 cm3The functional fiber material has proper elasticity, is matched with the microporous structure and the corrugated microporous structure to generate microcosmic bellows effect, causes local vacuum, converts the mechanical kinetic energy of a human body in the using process into the elastic potential energy of the functional material, and further evacuates the functional fiber material once and again to absorb menstrual blood actively. In addition, because each part of functional material fiber is a double-layer superposed hydrophilic layer and a hydrophobic layer, cell membranes such as red blood cells and the like in menstrual blood are hydrophilic, and like a fine-grained endometrium, the one-way flow guide layer structure provided by the invention has oleophilic property, a hydrophilic component and an oleophilic component can be actively absorbed by using the hydrophilic layer plus the bellows effect, and after the hydrophilic component and the oleophilic component are absorbed to a cavity, the oleophilic fine-grained substance is absorbed to the upper part of the cavity by the oleophilic layer, so that the hydrophilic substance enters the cavityThe step is guided and adsorbed to the strong adsorption core body of the core layer by layer.
Outside the preferred range of the present invention, however, the microscopic "bellows" structure may collapse or fail to create a partial vacuum.
In the aspects of sterilization and negative ions, because the modified chitosan and the functional ceramic powder are added in the fabric used by the invention, the chitosan has a three-dimensional space network structure, and after modification, hydrophilic groups can be provided to adsorb hydrophilic components, and more importantly, the three-dimensional structure is provided on the microcosmic aspect, so that conditions are created for the synergistic generation of the negative ions of the tourmaline and the ceramic powder. Meanwhile, the functional ceramic powder has the far infrared radiation effect and can provide the synergistic effect for the sufficient ionization of the tourmaline.
However, outside the preferable range of the present invention, there are problems such as particle agglomeration at a microscopic level and failure to produce a synergistic effect.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
