The invention adopts the aluminum honeycomb board preferably, breaks through the traditional partition mode, gains market share of middle and high-grade office space in the style of high price, freshness and genre.

Claims (4)

1. A quick-mounting plate type all-aluminum cabinet comprises a vertical plate, a laminate, a cabinet plate, a frame and a cabinet door; the cabinet plate, the vertical plate and the laminate are honeycomb plates; the frame is formed by aluminum profiles, and the aluminum profiles forming the frame are interconnected by adopting a double-pass or three-way corner connecting block; the method is characterized in that:
the two ends of the laminate are fixed between the vertical plates through round groove primary-secondary buckle components or square groove primary-secondary buckle components, and the two ends of the vertical plates are fixed between the cabinet plates or frames through the square groove primary-secondary buckle components; the round groove primary-secondary buckle component comprises a round groove primary buckle and a round groove secondary buckle;
the square groove primary-secondary buckle component comprises a square groove primary buckle and a square groove secondary buckle; the round groove sub-buckle, the round groove mother buckle, the square groove sub-buckle and the square groove mother buckle are all composed of aluminum alloy profiles with different structures;

the cross section of the square groove female buckle is of an up-down symmetrical [ (open clamping groove) structure, the square groove female buckle is provided with a female square groove clamping edge, two sides of which are clamped into the edge of the honeycomb plate in parallel, and female square groove bottom edges which are perpendicular to the female square groove clamping edges on two sides, the tail ends of the female square groove clamping edges on two sides are connected into a whole through the female square groove bottom edges, the front ends of the female round groove clamping edges on two sides are outwards rolled to form an edge groove for accommodating the honeycomb plate edges, the inner sides of the two female square groove clamping edges are provided with right-angle clamping parts which are protruded in opposite directions, the two right-angle clamping parts are wide at the upper part and narrow at the lower part, and an inclined plane transition is formed at the inner side of the front end of the female square groove clamping edge; the cross section of the square groove sub buckle is of an inward necking buckle structure which is symmetric up and down in a shape of a cross section of the square groove sub buckle, the square groove sub buckle is provided with a sub square groove bottom edge, the sub square groove bottom edge is provided with a pair of elastic clamping arms, two sides of the elastic clamping arms are clamped into the square groove female buckle in parallel, the elastic clamping arms are obliquely arranged on two sides of the sub square groove bottom edge inwards, the tail ends of the elastic clamping arms are provided with inverted hook buckles, and the inverted hook buckles are matched and buckled with right-angle clamping parts of the square groove female buckle; the inner side of the bottom edge of the sub square groove is provided with a V-shaped shallow groove for positioning a self-tapping screw.

the door frame buckle body is connected to the end part of one corner of the door frame body, the cross section of the door frame buckle body is a right-angle transverse-bending hook structure with a pressing plate part, the transverse edge of the door frame buckle body is connected with the end part of one corner of the door frame body into a whole, the hook of the door frame buckle body is a right-angle hook arranged inwards, and an open slot with two unequal slot edges is formed at the outer side of the right-angle transverse-bending hook structure corresponding to the hollow square frame structure; the pressing plate part extends out of the transverse folding part of the door frame buckle body, extends to the upper part of the outer side of the right-angle hook from the side lower part of the transverse folding part, and is provided with an arc-shaped arm with an arc-shaped cross section, and the tail end of the arc-shaped arm is connected with an integrated pressing plate;
