Abstract
本发明涉及一种直装式插座内部结构,其技术特点是:由线端套和插套构成,线端套包括楔形插子和套筒,套筒一端垂直固装在楔形插子的一侧端面上,套筒的另一端设有比导线略大的宽导口,在套筒中部设有防脱突起和紧合片;插套由套夹和槽体构成,套夹可以任意角度安装在槽体的背面;线端套的楔形插子插入在插套的槽体内,插套固定于插座面板上。本发明设计合理,其应用于室内插座,不用任何工具并可以免拧纯手动直接完成导线与插座面板的连接,为插座安装带来便利,既省力省时,又牢固可靠,还不受周围活动空间的限制。

技术领域
本发明属于电源插座技术领域,尤其是一种直装式插座内部结构。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的室内电源插座面板,在连接导线与插座面板时,需要用手弯折硬导线并对准线孔后,用螺丝刀紧固,而在进行此步骤时,常会受到上方或侧方物体的阻碍视线,螺丝刀活动空间受限很难对准并发力,而家用4mm2导线质地较硬,需用手一直扶正位置造成体力消耗,经验不足者还可能线未插到孔底,有虚线可能,带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、性能稳定且便于安装的直装式插座内部结构。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种直装式插座内部结构,由线端套和插套构成,所述线端套包括楔形插子和套筒,所述套筒一端垂直固装在楔形插子的一侧端面上,所述套筒的另一端设有比导线略大的宽导口,在套筒中部设有防脱突起和紧合片;所述插套由套夹和槽体构成,所述套夹可以任意角度安装在槽体的背面;所述线端套的楔形插子插入在插套的槽体内,该插套固定于插座面板上。
所述线端套和插套采用良导体制成。
所述楔形插子为上宽下窄结构;所述槽体为上宽下窄结构。
所述防脱突起为逆向刺状物。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明设计合理,其应用于室内插座,不用任何工具并可以免拧纯手动直接完成导线与插座面板的连接,为插座安装带来便利,既省力省时,又牢固可靠,还不受周围活动空间的限制。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明实施例做进一步详述:
一种直装式插座内部结构,由线端套和插套构成,如图1所示,所述线端套包括楔形插子6和套筒7,所述套筒一端垂直固装在楔形插子的一侧端面上,套筒的另一端设有宽导口3,该宽导口比铜导线的直径略大一点,该设计的目的,是为了插入导线时更顺畅、很容易对准;在套筒中部设有防脱突起4,该防脱突起为逆向刺状物(可以是但不限于此),可以让导线往里走,但不能轻易向外脱出;在套筒中部还设有紧合片5,当导线插入时,紧合片填充了本来已经很小的缝隙,再配合刚才提到的防脱突起,使导线一旦插入较深便不可逆向拔出,铜线只能往里一直插到底,连成一体后牢固紧密,无法脱出;所述楔形插子为上宽下窄,与插套配合实现无螺丝连接(包括但不限于此,插接结构有很多)。在使用时,将导线头部的铜线绝缘皮1去掉并露出铜导体2,铜导体沿套筒宽导口插入套筒内,线端套就可直接按压并套在导线端部,实现与导线紧密结合功能。
如图2a、图2b和图2c所示,所述插套主要由套夹8和槽体9构成,所述套夹可以以任意角度安装在槽体的背面,所述槽体为上宽下窄结构。在使用时,将插套固定于插座的塑料面板上。线端套上的楔形插子和插套上的槽体都是上宽下窄,配合使用,使紧密连接。当将铜导线与线端套连接完后,直接将其插到槽体中就完成了安装。套夹可以以任意角度固定于槽体背面,形成三孔插座等,如图3所示。
在本实施例中,线端套和插套的材料均为电的良导体,如铜材等。插套是固定于市面上普通的插座面版上,可以形成两孔、三孔插座及其组合形式。套夹可以以任意角度固定于插套背面,可以通过焊接、紧固构件连接或一体成形均可。
需要强调的是,本发明所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本发明包括并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本发明保护的范围。

1.一种直装式插座内部结构,其特征在于:由线端套和插套构成,所述线端套包括楔形插子和套筒,所述套筒一端垂直固装在楔形插子的一侧端面上,所述套筒的另一端设有比导线略大的宽导口,在套筒中部设有防脱突起和紧合片;所述插套由套夹和槽体构成,所述套夹可以任意角度安装在槽体的背面;所述线端套的楔形插子插入在插套的槽体内,该插套固定于插座面板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直装式插座内部结构,其特征在于:所述线端套和插套采用良导体制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的直装式插座内部结构,其特征在于:所述楔形插子为上宽下窄结构;所述槽体为上宽下窄结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的直装式插座内部结构,其特征在于:所述防脱突起为逆向刺状物。
