(1) Uniformly mixing hydrosol with the anti-counterfeiting sheet;
(2) Coating the hydrosol and the anti-counterfeiting sheet which are obtained in the step (1) and are uniformly mixed on a fragile material serving as a base material, and rolling the fragile material after being attached by a steel roller;
(3) Firstly, coating a release layer above a pet film, then mirror-printing a two-dimensional code and other graphic information above the release layer, coating transfer glue above a printing surface, compounding the coating surface of the material obtained in the step (2) with the coating surface, curing, and stripping the pet film;
(4) Gluing the surface of the heat-shrinkable film, compounding the heat-shrinkable film on the exposed surface of the material obtained in the step (3) after peeling the pet film, and performing die cutting and inspection to obtain a marked product;
(5) Collecting two-dimensional code information, photographing the die-cut identification product, establishing a corresponding relation between the two-dimensional code and the identification photo, and transmitting the two-dimensional code and the photo information to a background server;
the hydrosol is prepared from PVA and pure water;
the thickness of the coating wet coating in the step (2) is 160-200 mu m, and the temperature of an oven of coating equipment is 70-90 ℃;
the steel roller is rolled after being attached by the steel roller, the temperature of the steel roller is 50-60 ℃, the pressure is 0.4-0.5MPa, the vehicle speed is 20-25 m/min, the unreeling tension is 30-32N, the oven tension is 70-72N, and the rolling tension is 140-142N;
and (3) mixing cf-206 with ethyl acetate to obtain the glue for the glue coating in the step (4), wherein the thickness of the glue coating is 3-5 mu m.
