Open short circuit detection module 4, through detecting the inside diode of fingerprint module pin with the conduction voltage of power and ground, judge the open short circuit of pin, avoid the fingerprint module to have short/open a way or virtual short/open a way, cause the module directly to destroy after the camera circular telegram.
The FPGAE P4CE6F17C8N processor 5 configures the fingerprint module configuration data transmitted from the PC through the SPI bus, decodes the received fingerprint module image data, and sends the decoded data and related information to the PHY chip.
The PHY chip adopts FX2LP series 68013A peripheral controller, which is a device for realizing data transmission with PC physical layer, and is connected with PC end through communication interface, transmitting the instruction transmitted by PC end to corresponding module, and sending the returned data to PC end. The communication interface uses a USB2.0 interface, the transmission bandwidth reaches 480Mbps, and the data transmission requirements of different fingerprint modules are met.
The system power supply adopts USB2.0 power supply, realizes the functions of voltage reduction/boost, protection and voltage distribution, and supplies power to the whole device.
The fingerprint module testing device is connected with a PC (personal computer) by using a USB (universal serial bus) 2.0 connecting wire, and can finish open/short circuit detection, working/standby current acquisition and fingerprint module image data acquisition on a fingerprint module connected on a module interface 1 by matching with upper software. In some embodiments, the module interface 1 is designed to be multiple, so that the fingerprint module testing efficiency is greatly improved.

A fingerprint module data acquisition device is characterized by comprising a module interface, a program-controlled power module, a current acquisition module, an open/short circuit detection module, a processor, a PHY chip, a communication interface and a system power supply, wherein the module interface is respectively connected with the program-controlled power module, the current acquisition module, the open/short circuit detection module and the processor; the PHY chip is respectively connected with the program-controlled power supply module, the current acquisition module, the open-short circuit detection module and the processor; the communication interface is connected with the PHY chip; the system power supply is used for supplying power to each module; the program control power supply module consists of a 5-channel digital adjustable power supply with high precision and low noise, and is used for meeting the voltage supply of an analog power supply AVDD, a module IO power supply DOVDD, a kernel power supply DVDD and an induction halo power supply TXVDD of different fingerprint modules and adding a wide voltage power supply VPP for different needs; the open-short circuit detection module judges the open-short circuit of the pin by detecting the conduction voltage of the diode in the pin of the fingerprint module with the power supply and the ground; the processor comprises an FPGA EP4CE6F17C8N chip used for image decoding and logic control, the FPGAE P4CE6F17C8N processor configures fingerprint module configuration data transmitted by a PC (personal computer) through an SPI (serial peripheral interface) bus, decodes received fingerprint module image data, and sends the data after image decoding and related information to the PHY chip.

3. The fingerprint module data collection device of claim 1, wherein the communication interface is a USB2.0 interface.
