Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a refrigerator according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The refrigerator 1 of the present invention includes an egg storage box 3 capable of storing a plurality of eggs, the egg storage box 3 is configured to have an open upper surface, to be disposed in a refrigerating chamber 2, and to be capable of being drawn out and inserted in and moved in a front-rear direction of the refrigerating chamber 2, and a bottom surface of the egg storage box 3 has an inclined structure for rolling the plurality of stored eggs toward a predetermined position for drawing out.
Next, an egg storage box 3 provided in the refrigerator according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The same portions as those of the conventional refrigerator will be described only when necessary, with the focus on the description of the characteristic portions of the present invention.
The eggs referred to in the present invention include at least eggs, and may be other eggs such as duck eggs, and are not particularly limited.
Fig. 1 shows an example of the external appearance of the refrigerator of the present invention, but the refrigerator 1 of the present invention is not limited to the external appearance shown in this example and may be configured arbitrarily.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an arrangement example of the egg storage case 3 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of storage cases are provided on the bottom of refrigerating chamber 2 of the refrigerator, and egg storage case 3 of the present invention is provided on the lowermost layer of the plurality of storage cases as an example. The egg storage box 3 is configured to be capable of being drawn out and inserted in the front-rear direction of the refrigerating chamber 2, and is configured to be of a drawer type.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the structure of the egg storage case 3 according to the present invention. In fig. 3, an outer-inner direction, which is sometimes referred to as a front-rear direction, and a left-right direction, which is a left-right direction of the refrigerator when a user faces the refrigerator, are shown, and the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the egg storage box 3 coincide with the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the refrigerating chamber 2 of the refrigerator.
As shown in fig. 3, the egg storage case 3 is configured in a box shape with an open upper surface, and includes: an egg storage area 4 for storing a plurality of eggs; and an egg take-out area 5 having a final resting area 6 where eggs last rest before being taken out; a communication port 7 for communicating the egg storage area 4 with the egg retrieval area 5 is provided between the egg storage area 4 and the egg retrieval area 5 so that eggs can enter the egg retrieval area 5 from the egg storage area 4. The egg storage case 3 has an egg outlet 8 at the front end of the egg outlet area 5.
The bottom surface of the egg storage case 3 is inclined downward from the egg storage area 4 toward the egg retrieval area 5, and by such inclination, eggs can roll from the egg storage area 4 toward the egg retrieval area 5.
In fig. 3, the egg storage area 5 is shown as extending in the front-rear direction of the refrigerating compartment 2 and provided on the left side of the egg storage area 4, but may be provided on the right side.
Next, the inclined structure of the egg storage area 4 will be described. Specifically, in the case of fig. 3, the bottom surface of the egg storage area 4 is inclined downward in the front-rear direction as it goes rearward, and in the left-right direction as it goes rightward (the side on which the egg storage area 5 is provided), and the corner portion of the bottom surface at the front left (the corner portion located at the front and away from the egg storage area 5) becomes the highest point and the corner portion at the rear right (the corner portion located at the diagonal position from the corner portion) becomes the lowest point. The communication port 7 between the egg storage area 4 and the egg storage area 5 is located at the lowest point. The egg storage area 4 of the present invention is inclined as described above, so that the eggs stored therein can be rolled and concentrated from the lowest point, and since the communication port 7 is located at the lowest point, the eggs rolled to the lowest point enter the egg storage area 5 through the communication port 7, roll along the egg storage area 5, and stay in the final stay area 6, and are taken out by the user.
Next, the structure of the egg extracting area 5 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the final staying zone 6 is provided inside the egg extracting area 5 at a predetermined distance from the egg extracting port 8 (the front end of the egg storing area 5). Thus, eggs can be retained at a position inside the egg outlet 8, and the eggs can be prevented from rolling out of the egg storage case.
Fig. 5 also shows a sectional view of the egg removal area 5. As shown in fig. 5, the final resting section 6 may be formed in a shallow groove shape recessed below the bottom surface of the other portion of the egg storage section 5, but is not limited thereto, and may be configured so as to be able to rest eggs thereon. Accordingly, eggs that have entered the egg storage area 5 through the communication port 7 can be reliably stopped in the final stop area 6, and the eggs can be prevented from being flushed out of the egg storage box due to inertia.
Further, a plurality of guide members 9 for guiding the rolling of eggs are provided on the bottom surface of the egg storage area 4, and the guide members 9 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction and extend in the front-rear direction. In fig. 4, the case where the guide member 9 is configured as a plurality of ribs is shown as an example, but the guide member 9 is not limited to this, and may be configured as a groove so that the rolling of eggs can be guided in the same manner.
As shown in fig. 4, the plurality of guide members 9 are configured such that the length in the front-rear direction of the leftmost guide member 9 is the shortest, the length in the front-rear direction of the middle guide member 9 is sequentially longer from the left side to the right side, and the length in the front-rear direction of the rightmost guide member 9 is the longest, that is, the length in the front-rear direction of the guide member is sequentially longer from the guide member closest to the highest point to the guide member closest to the lowest point. However, this structure is not essential, and the length of the intermediate guide member in the front-rear direction may be shortened instead of being lengthened, which does not affect the overall effect of the plurality of guide members.
In fig. 4, the adjacent guide members have a space therebetween that can accommodate at least one egg.
Next, effects of the refrigerator having the egg storage box configured as described above will be described.
Since the egg storage case 3 of the present invention is configured to have an open upper surface, when eggs are replenished, the egg storage case 3 is pulled out and the eggs are poured into the egg storage area 4, and it is not necessary to place the eggs one by one as in the conventional egg rack having egg holes. Further, the user may take out the eggs from the egg taking-out port of the egg storage box without pulling out the egg storage box, or may take out a plurality of eggs at a time from the upper opening by pulling out the egg storage box, and may use the egg storage box according to actual conditions.
Further, the egg storage case 3 of the present invention can store eggs in the egg storage area 4 in a scattered manner, unlike the conventional case in which egg holes are provided, and therefore, the number of eggs to be stored is greatly increased as compared with the conventional case.
Further, since the egg storage area 4 of the egg storage case 3 of the present invention has the above-described inclined structure, the eggs stored in the egg storage area 4 are concentrated at the lowest point, a certain area from the highest point is vacant when the egg storage area 4 is not filled with eggs, and the eggs are poured into the vacant area when the eggs are replenished into the egg storage area 4, so that it is possible to ensure that the eggs put in first are taken out first, and it is possible to prevent a situation in which the eggs put in first are not taken out and are finally deteriorated.
In the egg storage box 3 of the present invention, the egg storage area 4 and the egg storage area 5 having the above-described configuration are provided, and the eggs roll into the communication port 7 with the egg storage area 5 through the inclined structure of the bottom surface of the egg storage area, enter the egg storage area 5, roll along the egg storage area 5, stop at the final stop area 6, and are taken out by the user. Therefore, the user can directly take out the eggs without inserting hands into the refrigerating chamber and pulling out the egg storage box, thereby improving the use convenience.
Further, since the egg storage box 3 of the present invention does not have egg holes as in the conventional case, it can be used as a normal storage box for storing other articles when eggs are not stored. Thus, the flexibility of use is improved.
As described above, the refrigerator according to the present embodiment includes the egg storage box capable of storing a plurality of eggs, and the bottom surface of the egg storage box has the inclined structure for rolling the stored eggs toward the predetermined position for taking out, so that a large number of eggs can be stored, a user can easily put in the eggs, and the eggs can be automatically rolled out, and the user can conveniently take out the eggs.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are provided as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These new embodiments may be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
