本发明公开了一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,包括冷藏柜壳体,所述冷藏柜壳体的内部安装有内胆,所述内胆上安装有货物摆放架,所述冷藏柜壳体的顶部安装有控制柜,所述控制柜的内部安装有压缩机、冷凝器和干燥过滤器,所述控制柜的底部安装有蒸发器,所述操控面板的表面安装有液晶显示屏幕和功能按键,所述冷藏柜壳体的前表面安装有柜门,所述柜门的表面设有观察窗,所述冷藏柜壳体的底部安装有支撑底座,所述支撑底座的底部安装有活动脚轮。本发明,通过控制柜的内壁上安装有消声器以及底部安装有LED紫外线杀菌灯,消声器降低压缩机产生的噪音,LED紫外线杀菌灯可以将冷藏的食物进行杀毒消菌处理,避免食物被细菌污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏柜设备技术领域,具体为一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜。
背景技术
冷藏柜,主要作用是保证冷藏食物的新鲜,因此保鲜的效果是作为一个重要的选购依据的。据科学分析,要想保持食物的新鲜,一方面需要冷藏柜内部具有恒温强“冻力”,另一方面,需要保持冷藏柜内的空气净化新鲜。随着科技的发展,立式冷藏柜的种类也越来越多样化,人们具有许多的选择性。但是传统的立式冷藏柜功能比较单一,体积十分的笨重,移动不是很方便,而且在冷藏食物中耗费的能量较多,从而导致立式冷藏柜的使用范围受到很大的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,包括冷藏柜壳体,所述冷藏柜壳体的内部安装有内胆,所述内胆上安装有货物摆放架,且内胆的内壁上安装有温度感应探头,所述冷藏柜壳体的顶部安装有控制柜,所述控制柜的内部安装有压缩机、冷凝器和干燥过滤器,所述压缩机和干燥过滤器分为位于冷凝器的两侧,所述控制柜的底部安装有蒸发器,且控制柜的前表壁安装有操控面板,所述控制柜的内部一侧安装有AVR单片机,所述AVR单片机位于压缩机的一侧,所述操控面板的表面安装有液晶显示屏幕和功能按键,所述冷藏柜壳体的前表面安装有柜门,所述柜门的表面设有观察窗,所述冷藏柜壳体的底部安装有支撑底座,所述支撑底座的底部安装有活动脚轮。
优选的,所述控制柜的底部设有LED紫外线杀菌灯,且LED紫外线杀菌灯位于蒸发器的两侧。
优选的,所述控制柜的内壁上焊接有消声器,且消声器共设有两个。
优选的,所述冷藏柜壳体的一侧设有多个换气孔,且换气孔的内部安装有过滤膜。
优选的,所述内胆的间隙出设有隔热层。
优选的,所述观察窗的前表壁粘贴有信息标签。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用方便高效;通过支撑底座的底部安装有四个活动脚轮,使该立式冷藏柜移动十分的方便,同时也保证了立式冷藏柜的稳定性,避免在开关柜门时发生晃动现象;通过内胆内壁上安装有温度感应探头,温度感应探头可以检测出内胆冷藏温度的大小,当检测的温度达到预设的标准温度时,压缩机会停止工作,从而实现了节能减排的功效;通过控制柜的内壁上安装有消声器以及底部安装有LED紫外线杀菌灯,降低压缩机产生的噪音,LED紫外线杀菌灯可以将冷藏的食物进行杀毒消菌处理,避免食物被细菌污染;通过冷藏柜壳体的一侧设有换气孔,可以定期的对内胆内气体进行更换,保证了内胆内气体的清洁性;通过信息标签标注对应食物的名称,方便使用者的观察以及对冷藏食物的拿取。

请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,包括冷藏柜壳体1,冷藏柜壳体1的内部安装有内胆2,内胆2上安装有货物摆放架10,且内胆2的内壁上安装有温度感应探头9,通过内胆2内壁上安装有温度感应探头9,温度感应探头9可以检测出内胆2冷藏温度的大小,当检测的温度达到预设的标准温度时,压缩机4会停止工作,从而实现了节能减排的功效,冷藏柜壳体1的顶部安装有控制柜8,控制柜8的内部安装有压缩机4、冷凝器6和干燥过滤器7,压缩机4和干燥过滤器7分为位于冷凝器6的两侧,控制柜8的底部安装有蒸发器5,且控制柜8的前表壁安装有操控面板16,控制柜8的内部一侧安装有AVR单片机3,AVR单片机3位于压缩机4的一侧,操控面板16的表面安装有液晶显示屏幕15和功能按键17,冷藏柜壳体1的前表面安装有柜门13,柜门13的表面设有观察窗14,冷藏柜壳体1的底部安装有支撑底座11,支撑底座11的底部安装有活动脚轮12,通过支撑底座11的底部安装有四个活动脚轮12,使该立式冷藏柜移动十分的方便,同时也保证了立式冷藏柜的稳定性,避免在开关柜门13时发生晃动现象,控制柜8的底部设有LED紫外线杀菌灯19,通过控制柜8底部安装有LED紫外线杀菌灯19,LED紫外线杀菌灯19可以将冷藏的食物进行杀毒消菌处理,避免食物被细菌污染,且LED紫外线杀菌灯19位于蒸发器5的两侧,控制柜8的内壁上焊接有消声器21,且消声器21共设有两个,消声器21降低压缩机4产生的噪音,冷藏柜壳体1的一侧设有多个换气孔20,通过冷藏柜壳体1的一侧设有换气孔20,可以定期的对内胆2内气体进行更换,保证了内胆2内气体的清洁性,且换气孔20的内部安装有过滤膜,内胆2的间隙出设有隔热层,观察窗14的前表壁粘贴有信息标签18,通过信息标签18标注对应食物的名称,方便使用者的观察以及对冷藏食物的拿取。
打开柜门13,将食物摆放到内胆2上的货物摆放架10上,关闭柜门13,通过压缩机4将食物产生的热量压缩成高温的气体,将该气体排入冷凝器6中,在冷凝器6不断向周围空间放热,逐步凝结成液体,将该液体在蒸发器5里持续不断的汽化,吸热降温,从而实现了对食物的冷藏,通过温度感应探头9可以检测内胆2冷藏的温度大小,当检测温度达到预定范围时,压缩机4停止工作,实现了节能减排的功效,同时支撑底座11的底部安装有活动脚轮12,使该立式冷藏柜移动便利,并且消声器21可以降低压缩机4产生的噪音,LED紫外线杀菌灯19可以将冷藏的食物进行杀毒消菌处理,避免食物被细菌污染,提高了立式冷藏柜的实用性。

1.一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,包括冷藏柜壳体(1),其特征在于:所述冷藏柜壳体(1)的内部安装有内胆(2),所述内胆(2)上安装有货物摆放架(10),且内胆(2)的内壁上安装有温度感应探头(9),所述冷藏柜壳体(1)的顶部安装有控制柜(8),所述控制柜(8)的内部安装有压缩机(4)、冷凝器(6)和干燥过滤器(7),所述压缩机(4)和干燥过滤器(7)分为位于冷凝器(6)的两侧,所述控制柜(8)的底部安装有蒸发器(5),且控制柜(8)的前表壁安装有操控面板(16),所述控制柜(8)的内部一侧安装有AVR单片机(3),所述AVR单片机(3)位于压缩机(4)的一侧,所述操控面板(16)的表面安装有液晶显示屏幕(15)和功能按键(17),所述冷藏柜壳体(1)的前表面安装有柜门(13),所述柜门(13)的表面设有观察窗(14),所述冷藏柜壳体(1)的底部安装有支撑底座(11),所述支撑底座(11)的底部安装有活动脚轮(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种实用性强的立式冷藏柜,其特征在于:所述控制柜(8)的底部设有LED紫外线杀菌灯(19),且LED紫外线杀菌灯(19)位于蒸发器(5)的两侧。
