本发明公开了一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,包括在玻纤板上布置电路而构成的电路板,在玻纤板的正面上直接设置LED灯组,玻纤板上固定设置有LED灯组驱动元器件、雷达感应开关、感应距离调节开关、延时继电器、延时调节开关、模式调节器、模式调节开关和感光传感器;LED灯组包括正常白光灯组和驱蚊黄光灯组,玻纤板上设有灯组选择开关;玻纤板背面开设有相对应的安装孔,灯组选择开关设于该安装孔中。本发明结构简单,制造成本低,整体重量轻,智能化程度高;即贴即用,便于移动,无需专门安装;具有雷达感应功能、延时功能和智能化模式切换功能;具有正常照明功能的同时具备了驱蚊功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一体化可调雷达模组灯贴。
背景技术
现在,普遍使用的室内照明灯具大多是设置后,位置就固定下来,不能移动。我们在室内的工作或活动位置时长会发生变化,普通室内灯具难以改变其位置,造成需要充足照明的地方光线较弱,而不需要照明的地方光线较强,无法发挥灯具的最佳照明效果。
普通的灯具只能进行常规的照明,不具备智能化特点,而市场上售卖的智能灯具,虽然具有一定程度的智能化,但智能程度尚不理想,很多功能无法实现。另外,现在的LED灯具,其结构设置往往是LED灯组设于铝基板上,由于铝基板本身导电,电路板等其他电子元器件只能另外设置,例如我们公司的已获权发明专利雷达感应灯泡,其调节开关等智能设置于外壳上,结构十分复杂,制造成本较高。
研究表明,蚊虫惧怕犹如清晨太阳刚出现时发出的黄光。因而,如果能够设计出一种灯具既具有照明功能又具有驱蚊功能,必将改变人们的生活。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一体化可调雷达模组灯贴。
本发明通过下列技术方案来实现上述目的:
一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,包括在玻纤板上布置电路而构成的电路板,在玻纤板的正面上直接设置LED灯组,玻纤板上固定设置有LED灯组驱动元器件、雷达感应开关、感应距离调节开关、延时继电器、延时调节开关、模式调节器、模式调节开关和感光传感器;
所述玻纤板背面开设有安装孔,感应距离调节开关、延时调节开关和模式调节开关分别设于一个安装孔中。
进一步的,还包括灯罩,灯罩的形状与玻纤板相适应,由透明材料制成;灯罩上设有固定柱,固定柱上设置永磁铁;玻纤板上开设有能够与固定柱相配合的卡槽,通过该卡槽与固定柱的配合使灯罩卡扣在玻纤板上。
进一步的,玻纤板上还设有功率调节器和功率调节开关,玻纤板背面开设有相对应的安装孔,功率调节开关设于该安装孔中。
进一步的,所述LED灯组包括正常白光灯组和驱蚊黄光灯组,玻纤板上设有灯组选择开关;玻纤板背面开设有相对应的安装孔,灯组选择开关设于该安装孔中。
进一步的,所述灯组选择开关为三挡开关,三挡开关的三个档位分别对应接通驱蚊黄光灯组电路、接通正常白光灯组电路以及正常白光灯组电路和驱蚊黄光灯组电路同时接通。
进一步的,还设有应急电源,应急电源与电路电性连接;在断电的情况下,由应急电源为模组灯贴提供工作电能。
本发明的有益效果:
1、即贴即用,便于移动,无需专门安装,根据需要随时贴到要照明的地方;若使用真空吸盘,可以进一步地扩大其应用范围,可将灯贴吸附到任何表面平整的家具上,更好地满足于生活照明;
2、整个灯贴仅包含玻纤板(及其上面安装的电子元器件)和灯罩两个部分,结构简单,制造成本低,整体重量轻,使用方便,智能化程度高;
3、通过在玻纤板上设置雷达感应开关使灯贴具有雷达感应功能,移动物体进入到雷达感应范围内,灯贴点亮,而且通过和感应距离调节开关使得感应范围可调;设置延时继电器和延时调节开关,使得灯贴具有延时熄灭功能,避免频繁启停,延长灯具使用寿命,而且延长时间可调;
4、通过在玻纤板上设置模式调节器、模式调节开关和感光传感器,使灯贴具有根据外界光照条件,自动点亮或熄灭灯贴,智能化程度高;设置功率调节器和功率调节开关可以根据需要调节灯贴的功率,进而调节其照明的光线强度;
5、白光灯组、驱蚊黄光灯组和灯组选择开关的设置,而且可以根据不同时节和一天内的不同时间进行模式切换,人性化设计,使灯贴具有正常照明功能的同时具备了驱蚊功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,如图1和图2所示,包括在玻纤板1上布置电路而构成的电路板在玻纤板1的正面上直接设置LED灯组2,玻纤板1上固定设置有LED灯组驱动元器件、雷达感应开关3、感应距离调节开关31、延时继电器4、延时调节开关41、模式调节器5、模式调节开关51和感光传感器6。玻纤板1背面开设有安装孔,感应距离调节开关31、延时调节开关41和模式调节开关51分别设于一个安装孔中。
其中,感应距离调节开关31、延时调节开关41和模式调节开关51可以是两档开关。例如:将感应距离调节开关31的手柄调至两个不同的位置时,雷达感应开关3分别对应的感应距离为3~5米和5~8米;将延时调节开关41的手柄调至两个不同的位置时,延时继电器4所对应的延时时间分别为30秒和90秒;将模式调节开关51的手柄调至两个不同的位置时,模式调节器5分别对应将电路模式调节为白天和黑夜。
模式调节开关51也可以是三档开关,如图5所示,将模式调节开关51的手柄调制三个不同的位置时,模式调节器5分别对应将电路模式调节为全天、较暗和黑夜。其中,光线的明亮程度依靠感光传感器6进行分辨。在全天模式下,一天24小时内,只要有活动目标进入到雷达感应开关3的感应范围,灯贴就会点亮;在较暗模式下,只有在傍晚和黎明时分或者是阴天的时候,目标物体进入到雷达感应范围,灯贴才会点亮;而在黑夜模式下,只有在夜里,灯贴才会感应目标并点亮。
同样,感应距离调节开关31也可以设计成三挡开关,在三挡情况下,雷达感应开关3的感应距离可分别设计为2~4米、4~6米和6~8米,移动物体进入到小于以上设定距离范围,雷达感应开关3方可闭合接通电路(点亮LED灯组还要受到模式调节器5对应模式设定的控制)。
延时调节开关41也可以设计成三挡开关,三个档位可设计为分别对应延时30秒、60秒和120秒,可根据需要和生活习惯进行选择调节。延时继电器4的延时设置目的是,在灯贴点亮后,目标物体离开的时候,灯贴延时熄灭,从而避免频繁进出而造成的灯具频繁启停,延长灯具的使用寿命,节约电能。
如图3和图4所示,本发明还设有灯罩7,灯罩7的形状与玻纤板1相适应,由透明材料制成。灯罩7上设有固定柱71,固定柱71上设置永磁铁72。玻纤板1上开设有能够与固定柱71相配合的卡槽11,通过该卡槽11与固定柱71的配合使灯罩7卡扣在玻纤板1上。灯罩7与玻纤板1按照上述方式装配成一体后,即可根据照明需要将灯贴吸附在任何室内铁质金属器具(如铁皮柜等)的表面,从而满足随时的需要。当然,也可将永磁铁72换成真空吸盘,从而可进一步地将灯贴吸附到任何表面平整的家具上,扩大其应用范围,更好地满足于生活照明。
另外,还可在玻纤板上设置功率调节器8和功率调节开关81,玻纤板1上开设有相对应的安装孔,功率调节开关81设于该安装孔中。可根据照明对光线强度的需要,通过功率调节开关81,将灯贴调制10瓦、16瓦或24瓦。
如图5所示,灯组2包括正常白光灯组21和驱蚊黄光灯组22,玻纤板1上设有灯组选择开关23。玻纤板1背面开设有相对应的安装孔,灯组选择开关23设于该安装孔中。其中,灯组选择开关23为三挡开关,三挡开关的三个档位分别对应接通驱蚊黄光灯组电路、接通正常白光灯组电路以及正常白光灯组电路和驱蚊黄光灯组电路同时接通。在室内有人的傍晚,灯组选择开关23将多功能驱蚊筒灯调至中性光模式;此时,白光灯组21电路和驱蚊黄光灯组22电路同时接通,既具有室内照明功能,又能有效驱除蚊虫,使人安享闲适的傍晚时分。夜晚入睡时,可通过灯组选择开关23将多功能驱蚊筒灯调至驱蚊(黄光)模式;此时,驱蚊黄光灯组22电路接通,多功能驱蚊球泡灯仅发出柔和的黄光,完全进入驱蚊模式,使人安然入睡。没有蚊虫的季节,通过灯组选择开关23将多功能驱蚊筒灯调至白光模式,白光灯组21电路接通,进入纯照明模式。
本发明可附加设置应急电源,应急电源与电路电性连接。在断电的情况下,由应急电源为模组灯贴提供工作电能。
本发明未详细阐述部分属于本领域的公知技术,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,包括在玻纤板上布置电路而构成的电路板,其特征在于:
在玻纤板的正面上直接设置LED灯组,玻纤板上固定设置有LED灯组驱动元器件、雷达感应开关、感应距离调节开关、延时继电器、延时调节开关、模式调节器、模式调节开关和感光传感器;
所述玻纤板背面开设有安装孔,感应距离调节开关、延时调节开关和模式调节开关分别设于一个安装孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,其特征在于:还包括灯罩,灯罩的形状与玻纤板相适应,由透明材料制成;灯罩上设有固定柱,固定柱上设置永磁铁;玻纤板上开设有能够与固定柱相配合的卡槽,通过该卡槽与固定柱的配合使灯罩卡扣在玻纤板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,其特征在于:玻纤板上还设有功率调节器和功率调节开关,玻纤板背面开设有相对应的安装孔,功率调节开关设于该安装孔中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,其特征在于:所述LED灯组包括正常白光灯组和驱蚊黄光灯组,玻纤板上设有灯组选择开关;玻纤板背面开设有相对应的安装孔,灯组选择开关设于该安装孔中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,其特征在于:所述灯组选择开关为三挡开关,三挡开关的三个档位分别对应接通驱蚊黄光灯组电路、接通正常白光灯组电路以及正常白光灯组电路和驱蚊黄光灯组电路同时接通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一体化可调雷达模组灯贴,其特征在于:还设有应急电源。
