Abstract
A positioning connecting pin block assembly comprises a first object and a second object, wherein the first object and the second object are arranged up and down, left and right or front and back, and connecting holes with matched shapes and sizes are correspondingly formed in the first object and the second object; the positioning connecting pin block assembly comprises a pair of positioning connecting blocks which are provided with two right-angle pins and are arranged back to back, and a positioning connecting plate which is tightly inserted between the back surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks; the right-angle pins on the two positioning connecting blocks are respectively inserted from the two longitudinal ends of the outer side face of the connecting hole of the first object in the two adjacent objects and horizontally hooked on the outer side face of the connecting hole of the other first object; the contact surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks and the positioning connecting plate are in a shape of a Chinese character 'men', the inside of the two positioning connecting blocks is sequentially provided with front and rear continuous inclined surfaces, and positioning pins with inclined top surfaces are movably inserted below the inclined surfaces. The positioning connection between two adjacent objects or adjacent parts of two large-sized objects is realized, and meanwhile, the rapid disassembly of the two adjacent objects is realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning connectors, and relates to a positioning connecting pin block assembly for two adjacent objects.
Background
For the positioning connection between two adjacent objects or two adjacent parts of two large objects, no related positioning connection products have been reported so far.
The semi-submersible platform has become one of the most important offshore tools for deep sea and open sea to perform exploration, drilling, oil extraction and other production operations by virtue of the advantages of wide deck space, stable offshore operation, large variable load and the like, and the christmas tree is an important wellhead control device for testing oil (gas) after completion of an oil (gas) well or for oil extraction from a jet well.
The christmas tree is lowered to the seabed through the drill rod, and the whole platform can shake in multiple directions such as rolling, pitching and heaving due to the influence of severe environments such as wind, waves and air currents on the sea in the process of lowering the christmas tree, so that the christmas tree inevitably collides with other structural members of the platform due to the inertia of the christmas tree, and the safety of the device and the platform is directly threatened.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a device or structure that provides guidance and support for the lowering of the tree, ensuring smooth lowering of the tree and safe operation of the entire platform.
The fixed guide structural member can interfere with other operations under the working condition of not lowering the christmas tree, and occupies the space of the deck for a long time, so that the space is extremely wasted;
and a single guiding device cannot effectively perform a guiding function over the entire lowering space, and is difficult to be adopted due to expensive equipment cost.
Therefore, technological equipment capable of realizing the lowering and guiding functions of the christmas tree through quick assembly and disassembly is urgently needed in the market, the limited space of a deck is not occupied for a long time, the equipment can be repeatedly used, guiding and supporting are provided for lowering the christmas tree, and stable lowering of the christmas tree and safe operation of the whole platform are ensured.
The upper base of the tree lowering guide fixture is arranged on an upper platform (also called a drill floor) of the semi-submersible platform moon pool area. Because the drill floor is internally provided with a plurality of running rails for sliding of drilling equipment, see fig. 17 and 18, and a plurality of sliding holes are internally arranged on the running rails, the upper base of the production tree lowering guide tool can be positioned and installed on the drill floor only by utilizing the inherent sliding holes on the running rails and through corresponding positioning connectors, and the integral positioning of the sliding rails of the production tree lowering guide tool on the semi-submersible platform is realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects or the shortcomings of the prior art and provide a positioning connecting pin block assembly, which utilizes a positioning connecting block and an organic combination of the positioning connecting plate and a positioning pin to realize the positioning connection between two adjacent objects or two adjacent parts of two large-sized objects and realize the quick disassembly and assembly of the two adjacent objects.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the positioning connecting pin block assembly is used for positioning connection between two adjacent objects and is characterized by comprising two positioning connecting blocks which are provided with two right-angle pins and are arranged back to back at intervals and a positioning connecting plate which is tightly inserted between the back surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks;
the contact surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks and the positioning connecting plate are in a shape like a Chinese character 'men', slots with the top surfaces continuously inclined are sequentially arranged in the two positioning connecting blocks, and positioning pins with the inclined top surfaces are positioned and inserted below the slots; the inclination angle of the top surface of the positioning pin is matched with the angle of the top surface of the slot which is continuously inclined on the positioning connecting block;
the two adjacent objects are a first object and a second object which are in close contact, and strip-shaped connecting holes with matched shapes and sizes are correspondingly formed in the first object and the second object, and the hole positions of the first object and the second object are mutually aligned.
The above-mentioned locating connection pin block assembly, wherein,
the right-angle pins on the two positioning connecting blocks are respectively inserted from the two longitudinal ends of the connecting holes of the first object and the second object and horizontally hooked on the second object, and the top surfaces of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks are closely attached to the outer side surfaces of the connecting holes of the second object;
the positioning connecting plates penetrate through the connecting holes of the first object and the second object and are vertically and tightly inserted between the two positioning connecting blocks, and the bottom surfaces of the positioning connecting plates are flush with the bottom surfaces of the right-angle pins of the positioning connecting blocks;
the locating pin is horizontally inserted into the slots of the locating connecting block and the locating connecting plate, and the bottom surface of the locating pin is tightly attached to the first object.
Further, the method comprises the steps of,
the length of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks is greater than half of the length of the first object connecting hole and the second object connecting hole; the width of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks is slightly smaller than the width of the first object connecting holes and the second object connecting holes;
the sum of the thicknesses of the two positioning connecting blocks and the part of the positioning connecting plate protruding out of the outer side surface of the first object is slightly smaller than the length of the first or second object connecting hole.
The connecting holes of the first object and the second object comprise rectangular holes or kidney-shaped holes.
The outer ends of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks are rectangular or semicircular and are matched with the shapes of the two ends of the connecting holes on the first object or the second object.
The top of the positioning connecting plate is fixedly provided with a handle which is convenient to disassemble and assemble quickly.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the positioning connecting pin block assembly not only realizes the positioning connection between two adjacent objects or two large-sized object adjacent parts, but also realizes the quick disassembly and assembly of the two adjacent objects or the two large-sized object adjacent parts by utilizing the two positioning connecting blocks, one positioning connecting plate and one positioning pin. The positioning connection of the two large objects is realized through the positioning connection between the adjacent parts of the two large objects.
The positioning connecting pin block assembly has the advantages of ingenious overall design conception, compact product structure, quick assembly or disassembly and wide application.

The technical scheme and beneficial effects of the present invention are further described and illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, and referring to fig. 3-18, there is shown a positioning connection pin block assembly according to the present invention, for positioning connection between two adjacent objects, the key technical scheme adopted is as follows:
the positioning connecting plate comprises two positioning connecting blocks 11A and 11B with two right-angle pins and arranged back to back at intervals and a positioning connecting plate 12 tightly inserted between the back surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks;
the contact surfaces of the two positioning connection blocks 11A and 11B and the positioning connection plate 12 are in a shape of a gate, slots 11Ab, 12B and 11Bb with the top surfaces inclined continuously are sequentially arranged in the two positioning connection blocks, and positioning pins 13 with the top surfaces inclined are positioned and inserted below the slots 11Ab, 12B and 11 Bb; the inclination angle of the top surface of the positioning pin 13 is matched with the angles of the top surfaces of the positioning connecting block and the slots 11Ab, 12b and 11Bb which are continuously inclined on the positioning connecting block;
the two adjacent objects are a first object 2 and a second object 3 which are in close contact, and the first object 2 and the second object 3 are correspondingly provided with strip-shaped connecting holes 2A and 3A with matched shapes and sizes, and the hole positions of the strip-shaped connecting holes are mutually aligned.
The right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba on the two positioning connection blocks 11A and 11B are respectively inserted from the two longitudinal ends of the first object and the second object connecting holes 2A and 3A and horizontally hooked on the second object 3, and the top surfaces of the right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba of the two positioning connection blocks are tightly attached to the outer side surface of the connecting hole 3A of the second object;
the positioning connection plate 12 passes through the connection holes 2A and 3A of the first object and the second object, is vertically and tightly inserted between the two positioning connection blocks 11A and 11B, and the bottom surface of the positioning connection plate is level with the bottom surfaces of the right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba of the positioning connection blocks;
the positioning pin 13 is horizontally inserted into the slots 11Ab, 12b and 11Bb of the two positioning connection blocks and the positioning connection plates, and the bottom surface of the positioning pin is closely attached to the first object 2.
The length of the right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba of the two positioning connection blocks is larger than half of the length of the first object connection holes 2A and the second object connection holes 3A; the widths of the right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba of the two positioning connection blocks are slightly smaller than the widths of the first object connection holes 2A and the second object connection holes 3A;
the sum of the thicknesses of the two positioning connection blocks 11A, 11B and the positioning connection plate 12 protruding from the outer side face of the first object 2 is slightly smaller than the length of the first or second object connection hole 2A or 3A.
As shown in fig. 4a, 4b or 7a, 7b, the connection hole 2A or 3A of the first object 2 or the second object 3 includes a rectangular hole or a kidney-shaped hole.
The outer ends of the right-angle pins 11Aa and 11Ba of the two positioning connection blocks are rectangular or semicircular and are matched with the shapes of the two ends of the connection holes 2A or 3A on the first object or the second object.
In addition, in order to realize the integral quick assembly and disassembly of the positioning connecting pin block assembly 1, the top surface of the positioning connecting plate 12 is fixedly provided with a handle 12A.
The positioning connection pin block assembly can be also used for positioning connection occasions between two large objects, and positioning connection between the two large objects is realized through positioning connection between two adjacent parts of the two large objects.
Application example:
as shown in fig. 17-18, the positioning and installation between the upper base 2 'of the christmas tree lowering guide tool and the sliding running rail 3' of the drill floor equipment is realized by using the positioning and connecting pin block assembly 1 related to the invention, so that the integral positioning of the sliding rail of the christmas tree lowering guide tool on the semi-submersible platform is perfectly realized.
The assembly process between the locating connection pin block assembly 1, the upper base 2 'and the drill floor apparatus skid rails 3' is seen in fig. 13-16.
Through the description of the embodiment, it is easy to see that the positioning connecting pin block assembly has smart design conception of the whole structure, compact structure, quick installation or disassembly and wide application.

the contact surfaces of the two positioning connecting blocks and the positioning connecting plate are in a shape like a Chinese character 'men', slots with the top surfaces continuously inclined are sequentially arranged in the two positioning connecting blocks, and positioning pins with the inclined top surfaces are positioned and inserted below the slots; the inclination angle of the top surface of the positioning pin is matched with the angle of the top surface of the slot which is continuously inclined on the positioning connecting block;
the two adjacent objects are a first object and a second object which are in close contact, and strip-shaped connecting holes with matched shapes and sizes are correspondingly formed in the first object and the second object, and the hole positions of the first object and the second object are mutually aligned;
the right-angle pins on the two positioning connecting blocks are respectively inserted from the two longitudinal ends of the connecting holes of the first object and the second object and horizontally hooked on the second object, and the top surfaces of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks are closely attached to the outer side surfaces of the connecting holes of the second object;
the positioning connecting plates penetrate through the connecting holes of the first object and the second object and are vertically and tightly inserted between the two positioning connecting blocks, and the bottom surfaces of the positioning connecting plates are flush with the bottom surfaces of the right-angle pins of the positioning connecting blocks;

the connecting holes of the two adjacent objects comprise rectangular holes or kidney-shaped holes.
3. The locating connection pin block assembly of claim 2 wherein,
the outer ends of the right-angle pins of the two positioning connecting blocks are rectangular or semicircular and are matched with the shapes of the two ends of the connecting holes on the first object or the second object.
4. The locating connection pin block assembly of claim 1 wherein,
the top of the positioning connecting plate is fixedly provided with a handle which is convenient to disassemble and assemble quickly.
