Abstract

本发明提供一种膝关节胫骨部件,所述膝关节胫骨部件包括与截骨面接触的接触面,所述接触面包括向所述截骨面凸起的表面。本发明实施例提供的膝关节胫骨部件,由于具有向截骨面凸起的表面,因此,膝关节胫骨部件的向截骨面凸起的表面与截骨凹面形成压配组合,实现越压越紧的目的,进而有利于产品的初期固定,以及提供较好的压配环境,并在体内骨骼和膝关节胫骨部件的压力作用下,在膝关节胫骨部件的生物固定涂层或者骨小梁结构上,实现骨长入,促进骨生长,最终实现骨长入的生物固定效果。

Description

一种膝关节胫骨部件
技术领域
本发明涉及膝关节胫骨部件。
背景技术
膝关节胫骨部件用于人工关节置换,将膝关节胫骨部件采用骨长入的方式固定到患者的胫骨中,膝关节胫骨部件与胫骨截面相接触。如图1所示,目前的胫骨103的截骨为平面截骨102,胫骨部件101的底平面为单一水平面,因此,膝关节胫骨部件的外围支撑、内部区域接触压力较小,不利于骨长入。同时,目前的胫骨平面截面后,内侧和外侧的软硬程度不同,对胫骨部件的支撑不均衡,出现“跷跷板”的效应,产品和骨之间没有紧密贴合,不利于骨长入。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提出一种膝关节胫骨部件。
本发明提供的一种膝关节胫骨部件,所述膝关节胫骨部件包括与截骨面接触的接触面,所述接触面包括向所述截骨面凸起的表面。
在本公开一实施例中,所述表面包括:锥面、球面、椭球面、NURBS曲面中的一种或多种的组合。
在本公开一实施例中,所述表面包括生物固定涂层制成的表面。
在本公开一实施例中,所述生物固定涂层包括:羟基磷灰石涂层、钛喷涂涂层、钛珠烧结涂层、多孔钽涂层、多孔钛涂层、或者多孔有机材料制成的多孔涂层。
在本公开一实施例中,所述表面包括骨小梁结构制成的表面。
在本公开一实施例中,所述接触面包括两个或两个以上的所述表面。
在本公开一实施例中,所述膝关节胫骨部件包括胫骨托和胫骨垫,所述接触面位于所述胫骨托。
本发明实施例提供的膝关节胫骨部件,由于具有向截骨面凸起的表面,因此,膝关节胫骨部件的向截骨面凸起的表面与截骨凹面形成压配组合,实现越压越紧的目的,进而有利于产品的初期固定,以及提供较好的压配环境,并在体内骨骼和膝关节胫骨部件的压力作用下,在膝关节胫骨部件的生物固定涂层或者骨小梁结构上,实现骨长入,促进骨生长,最终实现骨长入的生物固定效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明实施例,并不用于限定本发明实施例。
如图2所示为本发明一实施例提供的一种膝关节胫骨部件的截面示意图,其中,膝关节胫骨部件200包括与截骨面接触的接触面201,所述接触面201包括向截骨面凸起的表面202。
如图3所示为本发明实施例提供的膝关节胫骨部件的使用示意图。在图3中,膝关节胫骨部件200采用骨长入的方式固定到患者的胫骨300中,膝关节胫骨部件200包括与截骨面接触的接触面,接触面与胫骨截骨面相接触。
如图4所示为本发明实施例提供的膝关节胫骨部件200完全固定到患者的胫骨300中的截面示意图。膝关节胫骨部件200与胫骨300的接触面包括向胫骨300的截骨面凸起的表面202。
在本公开另一实施例中,向胫骨300的截骨面凸起的表面202可以包括:锥面、球面、椭球面、NURBS(Non-uniform rational basis spline,非均匀有理B样条)曲面中的一种或多种的组合。接触面可以包括两个或两个以上的表面202。如图2所示胫骨平台内侧和胫骨平台外侧分别设置椭球面202。如图5所示,向胫骨300的截骨面凸起的表面202为单一锥面。
在本公开另一实施例中,表面202包括生物固定涂层制成的表面。其中,生物固定涂层可以包括:羟基磷灰石涂层、钛喷涂涂层、钛珠烧结涂层、多孔钽涂层、多孔钛涂层、或者多孔有机材料制成的多孔涂层,比如聚醚醚酮及其衍生物制成的多孔涂层。
在本公开另一实施例中,表面202包括骨小梁结构制成的表面。骨小梁是骨皮质在松质骨内的延伸部分,在骨髓腔中呈不规则立体网状结构,如丝瓜络样或海绵状,起支持造血组织的作用。
膝关节胫骨部件可以是全聚乙烯胫骨单一部件。此外,在本公开一实施例中,如图6所示,膝关节胫骨部件可以包括胫骨托301和胫骨垫302,接触面201位于胫骨托301。
在使用本公开实施例提供的膝关节胫骨部件时,可以采用通用的人工关节置换术,在胫骨截骨的手术步骤,采用特殊设计的器械,对胫骨平台实现非平面的截骨,截骨后的形状和膝关节胫骨部件的基础面的表面的形状一致;采用胫骨试模对截骨的曲面进行间隙评估;采用直接安装生物固定型膝关节胫骨部件的方式,不需要骨水泥辅助固定,在骨缺损等特殊情况下,允许医生采用骨水泥辅助固定;膝关节胫骨部件安装后,截骨后的胫骨近端,与膝关节胫骨部件的形状吻合,在人体自然行走等运动力学环境下,膝关节胫骨部件的凸面和截骨凹面形成压配组合,实现越压越紧的目的,进而有利于产品的初期固定,以及提供较好的压配环境,并在体内骨骼和膝关节胫骨部件的压力作用下,在膝关节胫骨部件的生物固定涂层或者骨小梁结构上,实现骨长入,促进骨生长,最终实现骨长入的生物固定效果。

1.一种膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述膝关节胫骨部件包括与截骨面接触的接触面,所述接触面包括向所述截骨面凸起的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述表面包括:锥面、球面、椭球面、NURBS曲面中的一种或多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述表面包括生物固定涂层制成的表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述生物固定涂层包括:羟基磷灰石涂层、钛喷涂涂层、钛珠烧结涂层、多孔钽涂层、多孔钛涂层、或者多孔有机材料制成的多孔涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述表面包括骨小梁结构制成的表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述接触面包括两个或两个以上的所述表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节胫骨部件,其特征在于,所述膝关节胫骨部件包括胫骨托和胫骨垫,所述接触面位于所述胫骨托。
