s1, detecting that a mobile terminal has a call incoming;
s2, starting a timer, calculating the time from call incoming to call connection, and starting a voice assistant if the calculated time of the timer reaches a preset time threshold value and the two hands of the user are determined not to be in contact with the mobile terminal;
s3, the voice assistant starts to perform voice recognition, obtains a user instruction, and performs operation according to the user instruction, wherein the user instruction comprises a call answering instruction, a call hang-up instruction or a short message reply instruction, if a long string of characters are input by the voice of the user, the call hang-up instruction is used, a character recognition module is started, character contents are recognized, and the character contents are sent to the opposite side as quick short message reply contents;
and S4, recording the number of the incoming call, setting a memo, reminding a user of dialing back the recorded number when a preset time T1 is reached, detecting that the number can be dialed back when the user clicks for determination, and adjusting the preset time T1 according to the identified contents of the approximate numbers.
Here, it should be noted that: the above description related to the mobile terminal is similar to the foregoing description of the mobile terminal convenient and fast communication method, and the description of the beneficial effects of the same method is omitted for brevity. For technical details not disclosed in the embodiments of the mobile terminal of the present invention, refer to the description of the embodiments of the method of the present invention.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned method for facilitating a call by a mobile terminal and the above-mentioned storage medium carrying a plurality of operation instructions should not be understood as being only available or implemented in the information pushing apparatus in this embodiment, but may be implemented in any terminal, storage device or network device.
That is, in the embodiments of the present invention, a storage medium is also provided, where a plurality of instructions are stored, and the instructions are adapted to be loaded by a processor and execute the steps in the processes of the mobile terminal convenient call method according to the embodiments of the present invention, for example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.

Claims (10)

1. A convenient communication method for a mobile terminal comprises the following steps:
s1, detecting that a mobile terminal has a call incoming;
s2, starting a timer, calculating the time from call incoming to call connection, and starting a voice assistant if the calculated time of the timer reaches a preset time threshold value and the two hands of the user are determined not to be in contact with the mobile terminal;
s3, the voice assistant starts to perform voice recognition, obtains a user instruction, and performs operation according to the user instruction, wherein the user instruction comprises a call answering or short message replying instruction;
s4, recording the number of the incoming call, setting a memo, reminding a user of dialing back the recorded number when a preset time T1 is reached, detecting that the number can be dialed back when the user clicks to determine, wherein the preset time T1 is adjusted according to the contents of the approximate numbers recognized from the voice of the user or specific numbers, if the contents of the approximate numbers are recognized from the voice of the user, T1 is a preset time length, and if the contents of the approximate numbers are recognized from the voice of the user to include the specific numbers, T1 is a time length corresponding to the specific numbers.
2. The method for facilitating call of mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the user does not reach the preset time threshold value, the user puts through the phone call, and timing is finished.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the timer is a timer of the mobile terminal system.
4. The method for facilitating call of mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if the voice assistant recognizes that the user inputs a long string of characters by voice, the telephone is hung up, the character recognition module is started, the character content is recognized, and the character content is sent to the opposite side as the quick short message reply content.
5. A mobile terminal convenient conversation system is characterized by comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting that the mobile terminal has a call incoming;
the judging module is used for judging whether the two hands of the user are in contact with the mobile terminal or not, and when the two hands of the user are not in contact with the mobile terminal, the voice assistant is started;
the execution module is used for the voice assistant to start voice recognition, acquire a user instruction and operate according to the user instruction, wherein the user instruction comprises a call answering or short message replying instruction, if a long string of characters is input by the voice of a user, the call is hung up, the character content is sent to the opposite side as the quick short message replying content, and the character recognition module is started to recognize the character content;
the reminding module is used for recording the number of the incoming call, setting a memo, reminding a user of calling back the recorded number when a preset time T1 is reached, and detecting that the number can be called back when the user clicks and is determined, wherein the preset time T1 is adjusted according to the contents of the approximate numbers or specific numbers recognized by the user through voice recognition, if the contents of the approximate numbers are recognized through the user through voice recognition, T1 is a preset time length, and if the contents of the approximate numbers are recognized through the user through voice recognition, T1 is a time length corresponding to the specific numbers;
wherein the judging module comprises: the mobile terminal comprises a detection module, a timer and a control module, wherein the detection module is used for starting the timer and calculating the time from the incoming call to the call connection when the mobile terminal has the incoming call; the contact judging module is used for judging that the two hands of the user are not in contact with the mobile terminal when the calculated time of the timer reaches a preset time threshold value, and otherwise, judging that the two hands of the user are in contact with the mobile terminal; and the starting module is used for starting the voice assistant when the two hands of the user are not in contact with the mobile terminal.
6. The portable phone call system of claim 5, wherein the detection module is further configured to:
and if the user does not reach the preset time threshold value, the user puts through the phone call, and timing is finished.
7. The portable communication system of claim 5, wherein the timer is a self-contained timer of the mobile terminal system.
8. The portable phone system of any of claims 5-7, wherein the execution module is further configured to:
if the voice assistant recognizes that the user inputs a long string of characters by voice, the telephone is hung up, the character recognition module is started, the character content is recognized, and the character content is sent to the opposite side as the quick short message reply content.
9. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a processor for executing instructions;
a storage medium for storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor for implementing the steps of the method for facilitating a call by a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A storage medium having stored therein a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by a processor to implement the steps of the method for facilitating call by a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
