本发明提供了一种室外空气净化传媒智能一体机,包括显示屏及用以安装所述显示屏的壳体,在所述壳体内设有一用以净化室外空气的空气净化机构,所述空气净化机构包括一层以上设于所述壳体内的V形分级过滤网、一层或两层V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网、喇叭形风道;在所述壳体下方还设有一用于接收颗粒物和粉尘的可拆卸的灰尘收集料斗。本发明具有的有益效果是:实现了室外高层空气净化与广告传媒的结合,兼顾公共利益与经济效益,结构科学,绿色环保,提高了高层建筑外墙广告的接纳度,也保证了高层办公楼宇的空气质量。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,尤其是涉及一种集空气净化与广告传媒功能于一身,可为办公大楼连续提供新鲜空气的室外空气净化传媒智能一体机。
背景技术
现代城市高楼林立,外墙上的大型智能广告机也层出不穷。但悬挂于办公楼外的大型广告机不可避免地影响了楼内办公室的空气对流,而就算没有大型广告机的遮挡,大城市的雾霾天气也让人们对室外的空气敬而远之。如何将这些大型智能广告机改造成具有广阔市场潜力的空气净化设备,是一个十分诱人且必要的研发工作。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提出了一种结构科学、绿色环保、公益与效益并举的室外空气净化传媒智能一体机。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
室外空气净化传媒智能一体机,包括显示屏及用以安装所述显示屏的壳体,其特征在于:在所述壳体内设有一用以净化室外空气的空气净化机构,所述空气净化机构包括一层以上设于所述壳体内的V形分级过滤网、一层或两层V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网、喇叭形风道,在所述壳体下方还设有一用于接收颗粒物和粉尘的可拆卸的灰尘收集料斗;
在所述壳体内还设有一用以安装所述显示屏的电子元器件的安装板,所述安装板与所述喇叭形风道之间形成空气净化空腔,在所述喇叭形风道的端口还安装有一个以上吸风风机,以及在所述喇叭形风道的端口的一侧还开设有多个出风口;
在所述壳体上密布设置有众多进气孔以及长条形进气槽,其中,所述进气孔密布于所述显示屏的四周,所述长条形进气槽分别开设于所述显示屏的两侧;
所述V形分级过滤网及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网处于该空气净化空腔内,所述V形分级过滤网及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网重叠布设于所述喇叭形风道内;
所述安装板上还安装有用以控制所述显示屏的控制处理器及信号传输器,在所述壳体内还设有空气探测传感器。
本发明具有的有益效果是:实现了室外高层空气净化与广告传媒的结合,兼顾公共利益与经济效益,结构科学,绿色环保,提高了高层建筑外墙广告的接纳度,也保证了高层办公楼宇的空气质量。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参照图1-3所示的室外空气净化传媒智能一体机,由显示屏1及用以安装显示屏1的壳体2组成。在壳体2上密布设置有众多进气孔21以及长条形进气槽22,其中,进气孔21密布于显示屏1的四周,长条形进气槽22分别开设于显示屏1的两侧。
在壳体2内还设置有一种用以净化室外空气的空气净化机构3,该空气净化机构3由一层以上设于壳体内的V形分级过滤网31、一层或两层V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网32、喇叭形风道33组成。V形分级过滤网31及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网32重叠布设于喇叭形风道33内。本实施例选用四层V形分级过滤网,由外向内滤孔越来越细,最细的地方孔径达微米级,最后叠加一层V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网32。在壳体2下方还设有一用于接收颗粒物和粉尘的可拆卸的灰尘收集料斗4,方便定时取出清灰。
在壳体2内还设有一个用以安装显示屏1的电子元器件的安装板5(本技术方案所提“电子元器件”为本技术领域人员所公知,固不在附图中标示),安装板5与喇叭形风道33之间形成空气净化空腔6,V形分级过滤网31及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网32处于该空气净化空腔6内。
在喇叭形风道33的端口还安装有一个以上吸风风机7,以及在所述喇叭形风道33的端口的一侧还开设有多个出风口8。本实施例在喇叭形风道33的端口的一侧开设多个出风口8,且出风口8正对大楼办公室的窗户,吸风风机7将进气孔21与长条形气槽22外部的室外空气吸入空气净化腔6内,经过V形分级过滤网31及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网32过滤,从出风口8吹出清晰的空气提供给大楼办公室。
所述安装板5上还安装有用以控制所述显示屏1的控制处理器51及信号传输器52。在所述壳体2内还设有空气探测传感器9。本实施例在进气孔21、长条形气槽22、喇叭形风道33内部的吸风风机7前均设有型号为MQ135的空气探测传感器9,用以实时监控检测进气及出气的质量和组分,并将监测结果传送给控制处理器51,控制处理器51再将监测结果转化成红色或绿色警示信号传输给显示屏1显示,信号传输器52将监测结果传送至云端或远端总控端,以便管理部门掌握环境数据。

1.室外空气净化传媒智能一体机,包括显示屏及用以安装所述显示屏的壳体,其特征在于:在所述壳体内设有一用以净化室外空气的空气净化机构,所述空气净化机构包括一层以上设于所述壳体内的V形分级过滤网、一层或两层V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网、喇叭形风道,在所述壳体下方还设有一用于接收颗粒物和粉尘的可拆卸的灰尘收集料斗;
在所述壳体内还设有一用以安装所述显示屏的电子元器件的安装板,所述安装板与所述喇叭形风道之间形成空气净化空腔,在所述喇叭形风道的端口还安装有一个以上吸风风机,以及在所述喇叭形风道的端口的一侧还开设有多个出风口;
在所述壳体上密布设置有众多进气孔以及长条形进气槽,其中,所述进气孔密布于所述显示屏的四周,所述长条形进气槽分别开设于所述显示屏的两侧;
所述V形分级过滤网及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网处于该空气净化空腔内,所述V形分级过滤网及V型纳米级银离子杀菌过滤网重叠布设于所述喇叭形风道内;
所述安装板上还安装有用以控制所述显示屏的控制处理器及信号传输器,在所述壳体内还设有空气探测传感器。
