Of course, in another embodiment (not shown), the first left arm 42a and the second left arm 41a of the left clip 4a may be disposed at an angle perpendicular to each other, and the first left arm 42a and the second left arm 41a may be directly connected to each other at an angle of 90 °.
The first left arm 42a is provided with a first engagement structure 420a of a male structure, and the second left arm 41a is provided with a first engagement structure 410a of a male structure. The first clamping structures (410 a, 420 a) are male-female connection structures which are used for being connected with second clamping structures (11, 12) of the female structure arranged on the decorative section bar 1 in an adapting mode to form clamping connection. The inner side of the decorative profile 1 is provided with a second clamping structure (11, 12) which is adapted to the first clamping structure (410 a, 420 a), and the inner clamping assembly 100 is accommodated behind the decorative profile 1 and is clamped to the second clamping structure (11, 12) on the decorative profile 1 through the first clamping structure (410 a, 420 a). Similarly, the right clip 4b is also received behind the decorative profile 1 and is clipped to the second clipping structure (11, 12) on the decorative profile 1 by a first clipping structure (420 b, 410 b). The left and right clips 4a, 4b of the plate-like structure and the metal inner clip 4 assembled therewith do not need to have a left-right extension as large as the decorative profile 1. The metal inner clamping piece 4 can be flexibly arranged at any position or proper position of the decorative section bar 1 according to the length of the decorative section bar 1, and can provide balanced and stable bearing force for the decorative section bar 1. The left and right clips 4a and 4b are separated from each other in the left and right directions, so that a space is formed therebetween, and the space also serves as a light transmission path. The left and right clips 4a and 4b are not arranged to block light. After the assembly is completed, the metal inner clamping piece 4 can be hidden by the aid of the decorative profile 1, and the phenomenon that the appearance effect of the suspended ceiling lamp groove is influenced due to the fact that the metal inner clamping piece 4 is exposed is avoided. The decorative profile 1 becomes a lamp trough cover of the lamp trough.
As shown in fig. 2, the first plastic connector 3 connects the left clip member 4a and the right clip member 4b and is located between the left clip member 4a and the right clip member 4 b. The first plastic connecting piece 3 is a transitional connecting piece connected between the left clamping piece 4a and the right clamping piece 4b, so that the left clamping piece 4a and the right clamping piece 4b are connected with each other, and the connection stability and the bearing force between the left clamping piece 4a and the right clamping piece 4b are enhanced. In addition, the first plastic connector 3 is in a split structure with the left and right clamping members 4a and 4b, so that the first plastic connector 3 may be made of a material completely different from the left and right clamping members 4a and 4b, for example, a plastic material. In this way, the first plastic connector 3 can be made more lightweight, less expensive, and other functional structures can be easily made thereon. For example, a positioning groove 30 extending in the left-right direction is provided in the first plastic connector 3, an elastic buckle 33 is provided in a lower side wall portion of the positioning groove 30, a pair of buckling arms 31, 32 are provided in an upper side wall portion, and distal end surfaces 310, 320 of the buckling arms 31, 32 become distal end surfaces 310, 320 of the first plastic connector 3. The metal inner clip 4 is spaced apart from the extending space in the left-right direction defined by the positioning groove 30. In this way, when it is necessary to mount the lamp 7 in the positioning groove 30 in a long shape and having a length far greater than that of the positioning groove 30 itself, the metal inner clip 4 does not hinder the mounting of the lamp 7 in a long shape, and the lamp 7 can be mounted on the positioning groove 30 and fixed by means of the elastic buckle 33 and the buckling arms (31, 32) in a convenient manner. The first plastic connecting piece 3 is a mounting seat of the lamp 7, so that the corresponding mechanism arranged on the decorative section bar 1 can be reduced, the consumption of the section bar is saved, and the cost is reduced. For example, the decorative profile 1 may omit a lamp mounting groove for positioning a lamp, i.e. the decorative profile 1 is not provided on its inner side with a lamp mounting groove on the decorative profile 1.
As regards the installation position of the first plastic connector 3, it comprises:
first, the first left support arm 42a and the first right support arm 42b are aligned and juxtaposed, and the first plastic connector 3 is located between one end formed by the first left support arm 42a and the first right support arm 42b and one end formed by the second left support arm 41a and the second right support arm 41 b. In this configuration, the inner clip assembly 100 and the decorative profile 1 to which it is attached can be positioned directly onto the upright building surface B by means of the connecting lugs provided on the first left arm 42a or the first right arm 42B, while the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41B extend below the level of the corner.
Second, the first left arm 42a and the first right arm 42b may be aligned and juxtaposed, the first plastic connector 3 connects the first left arm 42a and the first right arm 42b, and the outer side 421a of the first left arm 42a and the outer side 421b of the first right arm 42b do not protrude from the outer side 300 of the first plastic connector 3. In this way, the inner clip assembly 100 and the decorative profile 1 to which it is connected can be positioned directly onto the upright building surface B by means of the connecting lugs 2 provided on the first plastic connecting piece 3. In addition, in the case where the outer edge 13 of the decorative profile 1 does not protrude beyond the outer side 300 of the first plastic connector 3, the outer side 300 of the first plastic connector 3 may also be a support surface on which the inside card assembly 100 is supported on the upright building surface B. The mounting stability of the inner card assembly 100 and the decorative profile 1 is improved. This second solution is also adopted in this embodiment.
The inner card assembly 100 further includes a second plastic connector 5, and the second plastic connector 5 connects the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41b. Thus, the first plastic connector 3 and the second plastic connector 5 are separated at both ends of the left clip 4a and the right clip 4 b. The connection stability and the bearing force of the left and right clamping pieces 4a and 4b can be further enhanced by the second plastic connecting piece 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the decorative profile 1 itself is provided as an exposed decorative surface in the shape of an arc, which is not convenient to saw for cutting 45 ° and which often requires the decorative profile 1 to be leveled by means of a spacer. The use of these blocks often presents processing inconveniences and more importantly, processing inaccuracy. In view of this, the present invention proposes various solutions.
First, the top end surface 50 of the second plastic connector 5 is lower than the top end surface 411a of the second left arm 41a and the top end surface 411b of the second right arm 41b, and the top end surfaces (310, 320) of the first plastic connector 3 are flush with the top end surfaces (411 a, 411 b) of the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41b. In this way, by means of the top end surfaces (310, 320) of the first plastic connecting piece 3, a sawing positioning surface is formed to be level with the top end surfaces (411 a, 411 b) of the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41b. The sawing locating surface is used for enabling the section bar to be in a horizontal position working surface when the decoration section bar is sawed, so that 45-degree corner is sawed conveniently. The advantage of this solution is that the inner clamping assembly can be used directly to level the decorative profile without having to find other specially shaped spacers when the profile is sawed in the engineering installation site, and the inner clamping assembly 100 can be used to counteract the downward pressure of the decorative profile 1 during the cutting process, and the left clamping member 4a and the right clamping member 4b can be used to shape the decorative profile 1, so as to reduce the stress deformation of the decorative profile 1. The inner card assembly 100 has a dual-purpose function. When the top end surfaces 14 of the decorative section bar 1 protrude from the top end surfaces (411 a, 411 b) of the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41b, a plate-shaped cushion block may be placed under the top end surfaces 50 of the second plastic connector 5 and the top end surfaces (411 a, 411 b) of the second left arm 41a and the second right arm 41b to lift the top end surfaces 14 of the decorative section bar 1.
Second, the top end surface 50 of the second plastic connector 5 is not lower than the top end surface 411a of the second left arm 41a and the top end surface 411b of the second right arm 41b, and the top end surfaces (310, 320) of the first plastic connector 3 are flush with the top end surface 50 of the second plastic connector 5. In this way, a further sawing plane is formed by means of the top end face (310, 320) of the first plastic connector 3 being flush with the top end face 50 of the second plastic connector 5.
Third, the outer side 421a of the first left arm 42a and the outer side 421b of the first right arm 42b do not protrude from the outer side 300 of the first plastic connector 1. In this way, a further sawing plane is formed by means of the outer side 300 of the first plastic connecting piece 1. Further, the first plastic connector 3 is placed in the standing orientation, the outer side 300 of the first plastic connector 3 being flush with the outer edge 13 of the decorative profile 1. The outer side 300 of the first plastic connecting piece 1 is also flush with the outer edge 13 of the decorative profile 1 to form a further sawing and positioning surface.
Fourth, when the first plastic connector 3 is set in the standing direction, the top end surface 50 of the second plastic connector 5, the top end surface 411a of the second left arm 41a, and the top end surface 411b of the second right arm 41b are lower than the top end surfaces (310, 320) of the first plastic connector 3. The top end face (310, 320) of the first plastic connecting piece 3 is flush with the top end face 14 of the decorative profile 1. In this way, the front end face (310, 320) of the first plastic connecting piece 3 is flush with the front end face 14 of the decorative profile 1 to form a further sawing and positioning surface.
As shown in fig. 2, the attachment lugs 2 are attachment features for attaching the inner card assembly 100 to the upright building surface B. It may be integrally provided with the first plastic connector 3, and may be a structure of the first plastic connector 3. Alternatively, the connecting lugs 2 may be integrally provided with the left or right engaging pieces 4a, 4 b. Or the connecting lug 2 is detachably arranged on the left clamping piece 4a or the right clamping piece 4 b.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting lugs 2 are separate members detachably provided on the first plastic connector 3. A mounting recess 35 is provided on the first plastic connector 3, a first fastening arm 34 is provided in the mounting recess 35, and a socket 36 is provided at the bottom of the mounting recess 35. A second latch arm 22 and a lower insertion arm 220 are provided on the connection lug 2. When the connecting lug 2 is mounted, the lower inserting arm 220 of the connecting lug 2 is inserted into the socket 36, and the second buckling arm 22 is buckled on the first buckling arm 34, namely, the connecting lug 2 can be connected to the first plastic connecting piece 3. The connecting lugs 2 are provided with positioning holes 20, and the positioning holes 20 are used for allowing positioning screws connected to the building surface to pass through. A set screw is passed through the set hole 20 to connect the inner clip assembly 100 and the decorative profile 1 to which it is attached to the upright building surface B.
In addition, other structures and connection modes can be adopted for the connecting lugs. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, for example, the connecting lug 2a is a metal plate member on which a positioning hole 20a is provided. The inner card assembly 100a also includes an extension arm 6, the extension arm 6 including a front extension arm section 61 and a rear extension arm section 62. The front extension arm segment 61 and the rear extension arm segment 62 are telescopically coupled together. The front extension arm section 61 includes a first front connection arm 611 and a second front connection arm 612 that are separated left and right, and a front connection plate 613 that connects the first front connection arm 611 and the second front connection arm 612 together. The rear extension arm section 62 includes a first rear connecting arm 621 and a second rear connecting arm 622 that are spaced apart from each other, and a rear connecting plate 623 that connects the first rear connecting arm 621 and the second rear connecting arm 622 together. Wherein the first front connection arm 611 and the second front connection arm 612 are detachably connected to the left clip member 4a and the right clip member 4b, respectively. The connecting lug 2a is integrally connected to the first rear connecting arm 621 and the second rear connecting arm 622 by a connection means such as welding. In this way, the horizontal distance between the decorative profile 1a and the upright building surface B can be increased by means of the extension arm 6. More decorative elements, such as decorative gusset plates 8, can be added between the upright building surface B and the decorative profile 1a, the decorative gusset plates 8 and the decorative profile 1a being combined into a composite corner ceiling layer. Greatly enriches the structural form and applicability of the lamp groove.
Alternatively, the connecting lugs may also adopt a structural form and a connecting mode as shown in fig. 7 and 8. The connecting lug 2b includes a pair of side arms (21 b, 22 b) which are separated from each other in the left and right direction, and a back plate 23b which is connected between the pair of side arms (21 b, 22 b). The back plate 23b is provided with a positioning hole 20b. The pair of side arms (21 b, 22 b) are respectively connected to the left clamping piece 4a and the right clamping piece 4b, encircle the first plastic connecting piece 3, and make the outer side face 230b of the back plate 23b be level with the outer side edge 13b of the decorative section bar 1 b. In this way, the connecting lugs 2b not only have the function of connecting and positioning, but also form another sawing and positioning surface by means of the outer side surface 230b of the back plate 23b being leveled with the outer side edge 13b of the decorative profile 1b, and become a supporting surface for the inner card assembly 100b to be supported on the upright building surface, improving the installation stability of the inner card assembly 100b and the decorative profile 1 b.
Therefore, the connecting lugs (2, 2a, 2 b) have various structural modes and connecting modes, one of the connecting lugs can be selected according to different lamp trough application scenes, and the diversity of the connecting lugs (2, 2a, 2 b) greatly expands the applicability of the inner card assembly.

Claims (16)

1. The inner clamping assembly is used for mounting the lamp trough and is characterized by comprising a metal inner clamping piece used for connecting the decorative section bar, a first plastic connecting piece connected to the metal inner clamping piece and a connecting lug used for connecting the inner clamping assembly to a building surface, wherein a first clamping structure capable of clamping the decorative section bar is arranged on the metal inner clamping piece; a positioning groove extending in the left-right direction is formed in the first plastic connecting piece, an elastic buckle is arranged on one side wall part of the positioning groove, and the metal inner clamping piece avoids an extending space defined by the positioning groove in the left-right direction; the decorative profile is characterized by further comprising an extension arm for increasing the horizontal or vertical distance between the decorative profile and the building surface, wherein the extension arm is detachably connected to the metal inner clamping piece, and the connecting lug and the extension arm are integrally arranged.
2. The inner clip assembly of claim 1, wherein the connecting ear is integrally formed with the first plastic connector, or the connecting ear is removably formed on the first plastic connector, or the connecting ear is integrally formed with the metal inner clip, or the connecting ear is removably formed on the metal inner clip; the connecting lugs are provided with positioning holes, and the positioning holes are used for allowing positioning screws connected to the building surface to pass through.

An inner card assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the metal inner card comprises two arms, namely a first arm and a second arm, the first arm and the second arm are arranged at an angle perpendicular to each other, the first arm and the second arm are respectively provided with the first clamping structure, and the first plastic connecting piece is plate-shaped and is arranged along the extending direction of the first arm.
4. The inner card assembly of claim 3 wherein the top end surface of the first plastic connector is flush with the top end surface of the second arm.

The inner clamping assembly for mounting the lamp trough is characterized by comprising a metal inner clamping piece for connecting the decorative profile, a first plastic connecting piece connected to the metal inner clamping piece and a connecting lug for connecting the inner clamping assembly to a building surface, wherein a positioning groove extending along the left-right direction is formed in the first plastic connecting piece, an elastic buckle is arranged at one side wall part of the positioning groove, and the metal inner clamping piece avoids an extending space defined by the positioning groove in the left-right direction; the metal inner clamping piece comprises a left clamping piece and a right clamping piece which are arranged left and right separately, and first clamping structures capable of clamping the decorative section bar are respectively arranged on the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece; the decorative profile is characterized by further comprising an extension arm for increasing the horizontal or vertical distance between the decorative profile and the building surface, wherein the extension arm comprises a pair of left and right separated connection arms, the connection arms are detachably connected to the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece respectively, and the connection lugs and the extension arm are integrally arranged.
7. The inner card assembly of claim 6 wherein the left and right cards are two separate pieces from each other, the left and right cards being connected by the first plastic connector.

The inner clip assembly of claim 6, wherein the connecting ear is integrally formed with the first plastic connector, or the connecting ear is detachably formed on the first plastic connector, or the connecting ear is integrally formed with the left clip member or the right clip member, or the connecting ear is detachably formed on the left clip member or the right clip member; the connecting lugs are provided with positioning holes, and the positioning holes are used for allowing positioning screws connected to the building surface to pass through.

The inner card assembly of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the left card member comprises two arms, a first left arm and a second left arm, the first left arm and the second left arm being arranged at an angle perpendicular to each other, the first clamping structure being provided on the first left arm and the second left arm, respectively; the right clamping piece comprises two support arms, namely a first right support arm and a second right support arm, wherein the first right support arm and the second right support arm are arranged at an angle perpendicular to each other, and the first clamping structure is also respectively arranged on the first right support arm and the second right support arm; the first left support arm and the first right support arm are aligned and parallel, and the first plastic connecting piece is plate-shaped and is arranged along the extending direction of the first left support arm and the first right support arm.

The inner card assembly of claim 9, further comprising a second plastic connector, wherein the first plastic connector connects the first left arm and the first right arm, wherein the second plastic connector connects the second left arm and the second right arm, wherein a top surface of the second plastic connector is not lower than a top surface of the second left arm and the second right arm, and wherein a top surface of the first plastic connector is flush with a top surface of the second plastic connector.
13. The simple ceiling lamp trough using the inner clamping assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising a decorative section bar and at least one pair of inner clamping assemblies arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the decorative section bar, wherein the inner side of the decorative section bar is provided with a second clamping structure which is adapted to the first clamping structure, and the inner clamping assembly is accommodated behind the decorative section bar and is clamped to the second clamping structure on the decorative section bar through the first clamping structure.
14. The simple suspended ceiling light channel of claim 13, wherein the interior side of the decorative profile is free of light mounting channels on the decorative profile.
15. The simple suspended ceiling light channel of claim 13, wherein the top end surface of the first plastic connector is flush with the top end surface of the decorative profile when the first plastic connector is in the upright orientation.
16. The simple suspended ceiling light channel of claim 13, wherein the outer side of the first plastic connector is flush with the outer side edge of the decorative profile when the first plastic connector is in the upright orientation.
