The high-temperature high-speed pump with the self-cleaning function is compact in structure, and can effectively reduce the probability of scale generation or oil sludge and oil scale.

For this reason, a high-temperature and high-speed pump having a self-cleaning function is required.

The high-temperature high-speed pump with the self-cleaning function comprises a pump body 20 connected with a driving motor 10, wherein an impeller 30 connected with an output shaft 11 of the driving motor is arranged in a cavity 21 of the pump body, the impeller comprises a shaft sleeve 31, a plurality of inner impeller blades 32 are arranged at intervals on the periphery of the shaft sleeve, an annular partition bracket 33 with inner side surfaces fixedly connected with the outer side ends of the inner impeller blades is sleeved on the periphery of the shaft sleeve, a plurality of middle impeller blades 34 with spiral directions opposite to those of the inner impeller blades are arranged at intervals on the periphery of the annular partition bracket, and the pressure difference between the front and the back of the impeller of the pump cavity is kept to be zero, so that when the output shaft rotates, the inner impeller directly washes a sealing piece body through the inner wall of a sealing cavity, and because the spiral directions of the inner impeller blades are opposite to those of the middle impeller blades, flushing medium of an axial part is stressed and flows back, and the front part and the back of the impeller form high-speed circulating rotating liquid due to standing of scale is prevented from forming a block. A pumping high temperature medium vane wheel 35 is provided at the outer side of the middle impeller vane along the circumference of the hub so that pumping will be completed.
In this embodiment, the inner impeller blade and the middle impeller blade are arranged in a staggered manner, and the size ratio of the inner impeller blade to the middle impeller blade is 2:1, so that the pressure of the front part and the rear part (the sealing cavity 24) of the impeller is mainly kept constant. The middle vane blade is arranged at the hub spoke part of the pump impeller, and has certain rigidity so as to drive the pumping medium vane wheel to rotate, and the inner middle impeller is also arranged at the hub spoke part of the pump impeller.
In the embodiment, 3-5 inner impeller blades are arranged on the periphery of the shaft sleeve at intervals, and the optimal scheme is 4 inner impeller blades; and 3-5 middle impeller blades are arranged on the periphery of the annular partition support at intervals, and the best scheme is 4 middle impeller blades.
In this embodiment, the high temperature medium pumping impeller is a circumferentially swirling impeller 36 to pump the medium.
In this embodiment, a medium inlet 22 connected with the chamber is disposed at the lower part of the pump body, and a medium outlet 23 connected with the chamber is disposed on the water outlet pipe at the upper end of the pump body, so as to facilitate medium in and out, thereby completing pumping in cooperation with the impeller.
