Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,以纸浆为主要原料,采用适宜的预处理方法制取微米级纤维素,再与活性炭溶液及分散助剂另加少量吸附剂等混合抄造,经恒温恒湿干燥制得一种兼具吸味和环保性能的包装纸膜。

一种吸味纸膜的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,特别是以天然植物纤维为主要原料,添加活性炭等助剂混合而成,具有吸收异味,可用做食品包装的纸膜的制作方法,具体技术涉及制浆造纸、食品包装行业领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及物流的发展,越来越多的瓜果蔬菜可以一年四季通过运输出现在餐桌上。但对于其中一些有味道的热带水果,如榴莲等,却因为所散发出的异味而不易被运输,特别是空运。如果能够改进包装,达到吸收异味的性能,则是实现运输异味食品的一个便捷而有效的途径。
目前市场上的食品包装产品种类繁多,质量和性能也参差不齐。其中大部分产品是塑料薄膜或者纸包装。塑料薄膜以透明轻便而被广泛使用,但却难以降解,是白色垃圾的主要来源。随着人们环保意识的不断增强,人们更倾向于利用天然纤维素等天然易降解材料作为包装产品。但纸质包装不能吸附异味,仅能起到包装以便运输的作用,若对一些自身具有异味的食品,则不能防止异味的散发,给运输带来一定的不便。常用的吸味产品为活性炭,且已被应用到家居等领域用于吸收异味。但对于食品包装来说,要求活性炭达到食用标准的等级并且要合理控制用量。若能将活性炭与其他具有大比较面积的材料,如微米级纤维素等相结合,则可以大大提高活性炭的吸附作用,同时很大程度上减少活性炭的用量。
本发明的目的在于针对现有纸质包装的缺点,开发一种以天然植物原材料为主,兼具吸收食物异味功能,且环保的纸膜包装材料。
发明内容
本发明以纸浆主要原料,采用适宜的预处理工艺制取微米级纤维素,再与活性炭溶液及助剂混合后过滤进而干燥,制成具有一定强度的纸膜,将其作为包装材料,该包装兼具吸收食物异味的功能,具体制作方法如下:
(1)制备微米级纤维素:将纸浆原料用酶预处理后机械均质即实现纤维帚化分离,要求纤维维度在微米级别,也就是要求所得纤维比表面积较大,以保证纸膜的吸附性良好;
(2)制备活性炭溶液:将普通活性炭粉碎为能够通过100目筛的炭粉,使之融于水溶液;
(3)制备纸膜:将相当于绝干纤维素重量1~2%的活性炭粉与微米级纤维素混合均匀,其中辅加0.01~0.05%的聚乙二醇分散剂、0.01~0.05%的氯化钙吸附剂,来提高活性炭的留着率、改善纸膜的匀度,混合均匀后真空过滤得到纸膜;
(4)纸膜的干燥处理:为避免因过度干燥而造成微米级纤维素的孔隙结构的闭合,采取较温和的干燥方式,即将过滤后的膜放在恒温室内干燥成成品。
本发明的特点在于:
(1)以天然植物纤维和活性炭为主要原材料,结合了微米级纤维素的天然易降解和活性炭所具有的高比表面积及高吸附性的特点,使成品兼具吸味和环保的性能。
(2)采用酶预处理和机械处理方法,使纤维表面发生分丝帚化,增大比表面积,并暴露出更多的亲水基团,使含有活性炭的吸味纸膜比单独使用活性炭时具有更强的吸附性,并大大减少了活性炭的用量。
(3)所用原材料均普通常见,植物纤维的分离和处理、纸膜的制备均成熟易行,产品的实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做更为详细的介绍:
实施例1:
将纸浆溶液用纤维素酶在50℃下预处理2h,纤维素酶用量为5FPU/g绝干浆重量,浆浓度为10%,预处理完成后用高压均质机均质20min;取适量该微米级纤维素,加入相当于绝干微米级纤维素重量2%的活性炭粉溶液(过100目筛,100ml,pH~5)、0.01%的聚乙二醇分散剂、0.01%的氯化钙吸附剂,充分混合均匀,30min后抽真空过滤,形成一层膜,将该膜放置于25℃,50%HR的恒温恒湿室干燥24hr,既得成品吸味纸膜。
实施例2:
将纸浆溶液用纤维素酶在50℃下预处理2h,纤维素酶用量为10FPU/g绝干浆重量,浆浓度为10%,预处理完成后用高压均质机均质20min;取适量该微米级纤维素,加入相当于绝干微米级纤维素重量2%的活性炭粉溶液(过100目筛,100ml,pH~5)、0.01%的聚乙二醇分散剂、0.01%的氯化钙吸附剂,充分混合均匀,30min后抽真空过滤,形成一层膜,将该膜放置于25℃,50%HR的恒温恒湿室干燥24hr,既得成品吸味纸膜。
实施例3:
将纸浆溶液用纤维素酶在50℃下预处理2h,纤维素酶用量为5FPU/g绝干浆重量,浆浓度为10%,预处理完成后用高压均质机均质20min;取适量该微米级纤维素,加入相当于绝干微米级纤维素重量2%的活性炭粉溶液(过100目筛,100ml,pH~5)、0.05%的聚乙二醇分散剂、0.05%的氯化钙吸附剂,充分混合均匀,30min后抽真空过滤,形成一层膜,将该膜放置于25℃,50%HR的恒温恒湿室干燥24hr,既得成品吸味纸膜。
以上实施例所制得的吸味纸成品经过包装榴莲等有味道的食品,感觉味道扩散明显减少,包裹后异味明显小于市场上的普通产品。

Claims (8)

1.一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于以天然植物纤维和活性炭粉为主要原料抄造而成的纸膜,具体制作过程包括以下步骤:
(1)将纸浆原料用酶预处理后机械均质得到微米级别纤维素;
(2)将普通活性炭粉碎为能够通过100目筛的炭粉,制备活性炭水溶液;
(3)将一定配比的活性炭粉、微米级纤维素、聚乙二醇分散剂和氯化钙吸附剂混合均匀后过滤成膜;
(4)对膜进行恒温恒湿的干燥处理,得成品纸膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于制取微米级纤维素的原料可以是任何化学漂白浆,纤维帚化方法是酶预处理法加上机械均质处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于所用活性炭需要粉碎并过100目筛,且配置成水溶液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于所用微米级纤维素具有较高的长宽比,长度为毫米级别而宽度为1~100μm不等。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于将活性炭先溶解于水溶液,并加以聚乙二醇分散剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于最后加入氯化钙吸附剂,与活性炭/微米级纤维素形成复合吸附剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于纸膜的原料构成为:微米级纤维素和相当于绝干纤维素重量1~2%的活性炭粉水溶液、0.01~0.05%的聚乙二醇分散剂、0.01~0.05%的氯化钙吸附剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种吸味纸膜的制作方法,其特征在于对纸膜的干燥采用恒温恒湿的干燥方法。
