Preferably, in this embodiment, the lower ends of the limiting pulleys 14 are respectively spaced from the upper cover 500 of the detergent box by a certain gap, so as to effectively avoid the detergent box upper cover 500 from contacting with other parts, and prevent the upper cover 500 from generating friction during the pushing and pulling process of the detergent box 100; meanwhile, when the detergent box 100 is displaced in the vertical direction and the detergent box upper cover 500 is in contact with other parts (mainly the top wall of the water box 200), the detergent box upper cover 500 can only be in mutual contact with the limiting pulleys 14 due to the action of the limiting pulleys 14 which are arranged on the top wall of the water box 200 in a downward protruding manner, so that only sliding friction is generated at the detergent box upper cover 500, and the friction resistance in the pushing and pulling process of the detergent box 100 is effectively reduced.
In this embodiment, at least two rows of limiting pulleys 14 are disposed on the top wall of the water box 200, each row includes a plurality of limiting pulleys 14 arranged at intervals along the push-pull movement direction of the detergent box 100, and the two rows of limiting pulleys 14 are disposed above the left side and the right side of the detergent box 100 respectively; preferably, the two rows of position-limiting pulleys 14 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of the detergent box 100.
Two rows of limiting pulleys are respectively arranged at the positions close to the left side and the right side of the detergent box, so that the left side and the right side of the upper cover of the detergent box are respectively limited by the limiting pulleys in a sliding manner, the left side and the right side of the upper cover of the detergent box are effectively limited and supported, and the left side and the right side of the detergent box are prevented from generating a vertical direction deflection; simultaneously, two are listed as the department and set up the spacing pulley that a plurality of intervals were arranged respectively about to carry out effective spacing everywhere to the detergent box, carry out the effective sliding friction of omnidirectional to the detergent box, improve the stationarity of detergent box push-and-pull switching process.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 13 to 18, in the present embodiment, a push latch applied to a push-latch type detergent box of the present invention is described, which includes a latch tongue 4 and a push latch body 5, wherein the latch tongue 4 is movably inserted into the push latch body 5, a cam 7 is installed in the push latch body 5, and a groove matched and locked with a latch hook 21 at an end portion of the latch tongue 4 is formed on the cam 7; the inside of the spring pushing lock body 5 is also provided with a lock catch reed 8, one end of the lock catch reed 8 is fixed with the spring pushing lock body 5, and the other end of the lock catch reed 8 is provided with a lock catch 24 matched with a lock catch slide way on the cam 7 so as to lock or unlock the rotation action of the cam 7.
In this embodiment, the outer periphery of the cam 7 is respectively provided with a first protrusion 19 and a second protrusion 20 protruding in the radial direction, and a gap between the first protrusion 19 and the second protrusion 20 forms a groove correspondingly matched with a locking hook 21 at the end of the locking tongue 4.
As shown in fig. 14, in this embodiment, the end of the bolt 4 is in limit contact with the first protrusion 19, the end of the bolt 4 is provided with a lock hook hole 22 into which the second protrusion 20 is inserted, so that when the bolt 4 moves towards the push-spring lock body 5 under the action of the push-spring external force, the bolt pushes the first protrusion 19 to rotate the cam 7, so that the second protrusion 20 is inserted into the lock hook hole 22 at the end of the bolt 4, the lock hook 21 at the end of the bolt 4 is locked in the groove between the first protrusion 19 and the second protrusion 20, the lock catch 24 is locked with the cam 7 to prevent the cam 7 from rotating again, and the push-spring lock assembly 700 is in a locked state;
as shown in fig. 13, in this embodiment, when the latch tongue 4 is moved into the push latch body 5 by the external force of the push latch again, the latch tongue 4 pushes the first protrusion 19 to rotate the cam 7 again, so that the latch catch 24 is unlocked from the cam 7, and the cam 7 is in a free state, the latch tongue is driven to move out of the push latch body by the restoring force (preferably, the restoring force is provided by a torsion spring installed at the cam to drive the cam to move in the direction of pushing the latch tongue out), the cam rotates reversely, so that the second protrusion 20 is separated from the latch hook hole 22 at the end of the latch tongue 4, the latch hook 21 at the end of the latch tongue 4 slides out from the groove between the first protrusion 19 and the second protrusion 20, and the push latch assembly is in an unlocked state.
In this embodiment, the position of the latch bolt 4 and/or the cam 7 is provided with a reset driving structure, and the reset driving structure provides a restoring force for the latch bolt 4 and/or the cam 7 to push the latch bolt 4 to move towards the outer direction of the push latch body 5. Preferably, a torsion spring is arranged at the cam 7, and when the cam 7 is locked with the lock catch 24, the torsion spring is in a stretching state and provides restoring force which rotates reversely for the cam 7 and pushes the bolt 4 to move towards the outside of the push spring lock body 5; when the cam 7 is disengaged from the catch 24, the torsion spring is in a free state.
When the second protrusion 20 is inserted into the latch hook hole 22 at the end of the latch bolt 4 and the latch hook 21 at the end of the latch bolt 4 is buckled in the groove between the first protrusion 19 and the second protrusion 20, the cam 7 is locked by the latch 24, so that the cam 7 cannot rotate, and the restoring force provided by the torsion spring cannot overcome the locking force of the latch 24, so that the push-spring lock body 5 and the latch bolt 4 cannot be locked with each other and separated; when the lock catch 24 unlocks the cam 7 and the cam 7 can rotate freely, restoring force provided by the torsion spring drives the cam 7 to rotate reversely so as to push the bolt 4 to move towards the direction of separating from the spring-pushing lock body 5, and the bolt 4 and the spring-pushing lock body 5 are separated from each other.
In this embodiment, a third protrusion 23 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the cam 7, and the third protrusion 23 forms a lock slide for limiting the sliding displacement of the lock 24 at the end of the lock reed 8; the lock catch slide way comprises a sliding locking surface a, a lock catch groove surface b and a sliding unlocking surface c which are sequentially connected end to end;
when the cam 7 is in the initial state of free rotation (as shown in fig. 15), after applying a pushing and ejecting external force to the bolt 4, the cam 7 is driven to rotate, so that the lock catch 24 in the free state moves along the sliding locking surface a and slides into the lock catch groove surface b from the first end (as shown in fig. 16), and the lock catch 24 at the end part of the lock catch spring 8 locks the cam 7; after the external force of the rebound is applied again, the driving cam 7 rotates again, so that the latch 24 slides out of the latch groove surface b from the second end (as shown in fig. 17), and the driving cam 7 rotates reversely by a certain angle under the action of the restoring force, so that the latch 24 moves to the free state (as shown in fig. 18) along the slide unlocking surface c, and the cam 7 returns to the initial state capable of rotating freely.
In this embodiment, the third protrusion 23 extends along the circumferential direction of the cam 7, one end of the third protrusion 23 is a free end that is separated from the lock catch of the lock catch spring, the other end of the third protrusion 23 is provided with a locking groove that is recessed inwards for the lock catch 24 to slide into for locking, and the inner wall of the locking groove forms a sliding locking surface b; one side surface of the third protrusion 23 is an inclined surface which gradually inclines outwards from the free end to the locking groove direction, and the inclined surface forms a sliding locking surface a; the other side of the third bulge is a slope surface which is gradually increased from the self-locking groove to the direction of the free end, and the slope surface forms a sliding unlocking surface c.
In this embodiment, the middle of the locking reed 8 is connected to one side of the spring pushing lock body 5 close to the sliding unlocking surface c through the return spring 18 to provide a return elastic force for the locking reed 8, and the return elastic force drives the locking buckle 24 of the locking reed 8 to displace from the sliding locking surface a to the sliding unlocking surface c.
In this embodiment, the locking groove includes an L-shaped channel formed by an axial section and a circumferential section, the axial section extends in the axial parallel direction of the pulley, the open end of the axial section is connected with the sliding locking surface a, and the other end of the axial section is connected with one end of the circumferential section; the circumferential section extends from the axial section to a direction away from the free end of the third protrusion 23, and the open end of the axial section is connected with the sliding locking surface b. Preferably, the open end of axial section is equipped with the guide and keeps off the muscle, and the one end that the guide kept off the muscle links to each other with the upside of axial section open end, the other end is buckled back and is radially extended along the cam and with the axial section open end opposite side between a certain clearance to guarantee that the hasp from the clearance slides in the locking inslot through the axial section open end, and can't reverse roll-off. Further preferably, one side of the circumferential section is directly formed by a sliding unlocking surface c to limit and block the blocking rib, so that the blocking rib slides along the circumferential section of the locking groove and slides out from the opening end of the circumferential section.
Preferably, one side of the radial section of the locking groove is an inclined plane which inclines from the middle part to the two ends respectively towards the locking groove, so that the lock catch can slide in and out of the locking groove conveniently.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the cam is provided with a fourth protrusion 25, the fourth protrusion 25 is disposed between the second protrusion 20 and the third protrusion 23, and the fourth cam 25 and the latch bolt 4 are at least partially interfered and overlapped on a vertical surface, so that the latch bolt 4 pushes the cam 7 to rotate to a certain angle, and then the fourth protrusion 25 and the latch bolt 4 are in mutual interference contact, thereby preventing the rotation angle of the cam 7 from being too large, and avoiding the situation that the latch bolt 4 pushes too much, which causes the cam 7 to rotate too much to cause the falling off.
In this embodiment, one end of the locking spring 8 is fixedly mounted to the spring pushing lock body 5 through the mounting bolt 26, so that the locking spring 8 can elastically rotate and/or move relatively, and the locking catch 24 at the other end of the locking spring 8 is rotated by the cam 7 to move along the locking catch slide.
In this embodiment, the locking spring 8 is inclined from bottom to top, and the lower end of the locking spring is fixedly mounted on the push-latch body 5 through a mounting bolt 26 which is arranged in a penetrating manner and is vertical to the axis; the upper end is provided with a lock catch 24 which is bent downwards and is vertical to the axis.
The end part of the locking spring leaf is arranged on the push spring lock body through a mounting bolt, so that the locking spring leaf can rotate around the axis direction of the bolt, the locking at the other end of the spring leaf can rotate around the axis direction of the bolt and elastically jump and move along the axis direction of the bolt, and the locking at the end part of the elastic spring leaf can move along a limiting slide way formed by the third protrusion.
The specific working process of the push latch is as follows:
the initial state is a push-latch unlocking state, at this time, the lock catch 24 is at the free end of the third cam, and the cam is in a free state;
as shown in fig. 15, an external pushing force is provided to the locking tongue 4, the locking tongue 4 pushes the cam 7 to rotate counterclockwise, the lock catch 24 moves from the free state at the upper end of the third protrusion 23 to the lower end of the third protrusion 23 along the sliding locking surface a formed by the inclined surface until the lock catch 24 moves to the lower end of the sliding locking surface a, and the lock catch 24 moves to the lower end of the third protrusion 23 under the action of the return spring 18;
as shown in fig. 16, the open end of the lock catch 24 slides into the locking groove from the axial section of the locking groove, so that the lock catch 24 is located at a lock catch groove surface b formed by the inner wall of the locking groove, at this time, the lock hook 21 at the end of the lock tongue 4 is located in the groove between the first protrusion 19 and the second protrusion 20, the second protrusion 20 is inserted into the lock hook hole 22, and the push-spring lock is in the locking state, so that the locking cooperation between the lock catch 24 and the cam 7 is realized, the restoring force applied to the elastic lock body 500 by the elastic assembly 600 is overcome, the cam 7 is prevented from generating clockwise return rotation, and the elastic lock body 5 is prevented from moving in the direction of disengaging the lock tongue 4;
as shown in fig. 17, when a spring-pushing external force is applied to the latch bolt 4 again, the latch bolt 4 pushes the cam 7 to rotate counterclockwise again, and the lock catch 24 moves to the opening end of the circumferential section along the circumferential section of the locking groove;
as shown in fig. 18, the latch 24 slides out from the opening end of the circumferential section of the locking groove, and under the action of the return spring 18, the latch 24 is pulled to the lower end of the sliding unlocking surface c, the cam 7 moves clockwise under the action of the return provided by the torsion spring, and the latch 24 moves towards the upper end of the third protrusion 23 along the sliding unlocking surface c until the latch 24 returns to the initial state.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the present embodiment describes a push-type detergent box 100, including a water box 200 mounted on a washing machine housing 300, wherein the detergent box 100 is installed in the water box 200 and can be pulled out and pushed in; a push latch assembly 700 is further disposed between the water tank 200 and the detergent tank 100 to change a locking state of the push latch assembly 700 after a push external force is provided to the detergent tank 100, so that the water tank 200 and the detergent tank 100 are locked or unlocked.
The washing agent box is controlled by the push-spring lock and provided with pushing power by the elastic component, so that the washing agent box can realize the use purposes of automatic locking and push-spring opening only by small push-spring external force, and the washing agent box has the function of push-spring opening and closing.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 100 is provided with a bolt 4, and the water box 200 is provided with a push-spring lock body 5 corresponding to the bolt 4; after the detergent box 100 is pushed into the water box 200 and the external force of the push spring is applied, the bolt 4 extends into the push spring lock body 5 and is locked; after the external pushing and ejecting force is applied again, the bolt 4 and the pushing and ejecting lock body 5 are unlocked, so that the aim of controlling the locking or unlocking of the detergent box 100 can be fulfilled only by applying the external pushing and ejecting force to the detergent box 100.
In this embodiment, a handle 400 is disposed at the front end of the detergent box 100, a latch 4 horizontally extending toward the water box 200 is mounted on the handle 400, a push-spring lock body 5 is mounted on the water box 200, and a lock hole of the push-spring lock body 5 is disposed corresponding to the latch 4, so that the latch 4 extends into the push-spring lock body 5 from the lock hole after the detergent box 100 is pushed into the water box 200, and the latch 4 and a locking mechanism in the push-spring lock body 5 are locked or unlocked under the action of an external force of the push-spring.
In this embodiment, the push latch installed in the structure of the push-latch type detergent box 100 is the push latch described in the third embodiment, the push latch body 4 described in the third embodiment is installed on the water box 200, and the latch 3 described in the third embodiment is correspondingly installed on the latch handle 400 at the front end of the detergent box 100, so that the latch 4 is correspondingly inserted into the push latch body 5, and the purpose of locking or unlocking the latch 4 and the push latch body 5 is achieved. Preferably, the periphery of the handle protrudes out of the detergent box, the latch is mounted on the protruding part on the lower side of the handle, and the push latch body 5 is correspondingly mounted below the lower side wall of the water box 200, so that after the detergent box 100 is completely and correspondingly pushed into the water box 200, the latch 4 at the front end of the detergent box 100 is correspondingly inserted into the push latch body 5, and the locking between the two is realized.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment describes a push-spring type detergent box 100, which includes a water box 200 mounted on a washing machine housing 300, wherein the detergent box 100 is installed in the water box 200 and can be pulled out and pushed in; an elastic member 600 is provided between the water tank 200 and the detergent tank 100 for providing power to eject the detergent tank 100.
The elastic component is arranged between the detergent box and the water box to apply a pushing elastic force to the detergent box and drive the detergent box to move towards the outside of the water box, so that after a pushing elastic lock arranged on the pushing elastic detergent box is unlocked, the detergent box is driven to automatically pop up the water box by the pushing elastic force applied by the elastic component, and the purpose that the detergent box is automatically pushed and opened is achieved.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in this embodiment, the elastic component 600 includes a push rod sleeve 15, and a push rod 16 inserted into the push rod sleeve 15 and capable of sliding along the axial direction, one end of the push rod 16 is connected to the push rod sleeve 15 through a compressed spring 17, and the other end of the push rod 16 telescopically penetrates through a corresponding end opening of the push rod sleeve 15.
In this embodiment, the push rod sleeve 15 is fixedly connected to the detergent box 100, and the telescopic end of the push rod 16 penetrates through the push rod sleeve 15 and contacts with the inner wall of the water box 200 in a limited manner.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the push rod sleeve 15 is fixedly connected to the water box 200, and the telescopic end of the push rod 16 penetrates through the push rod sleeve 15 and is in limited contact with the outer wall of the detergent box 100.
The push rod sleeve is correspondingly arranged on the detergent box or the water box, and the telescopic end of the push rod is correspondingly contacted with the water box or the detergent box, so that after the compression spring applies elasticity to the push rod, the detergent box is driven to move towards the direction of pushing out the water box, and the purpose that the detergent box is automatically pushed away by the elasticity provided by the elastic component is achieved.
In this embodiment, the push rod 16 and the push rod sleeve 15 are coaxially arranged, and the axes of the push rod sleeve 15 and the push rod 16 are both parallel to the push-pull movement direction of the detergent box 100; preferably, the axes of the push rod sleeve 15 and the push rod 16 coincide.
In this embodiment, one end of the push rod sleeve 15 is hermetically arranged, and the other end is provided with an opening through which the telescopic end of the push rod 16 passes; one end of the push rod 16 penetrating the push rod sleeve 15 is a penetrating end, the penetrating end is provided with a mounting part protruding outwards in the radial direction, the periphery of the mounting part is correspondingly attached to the inner wall of the push rod sleeve 15, and a spring 17 in a compressed state is arranged between the mounting part and the sealing end of the push rod sleeve 15; the radial diameter of the opening of the push rod sleeve 15 is smaller than the outer diameter of the mounting portion to prevent the push rod 16 from falling out.
In this embodiment, a damping assembly is disposed between the push rod sleeve 15 and the push rod 16 to increase a damping force of relative displacement between the push rod 15 and the push rod sleeve 16, so as to correspondingly adjust a speed of the detergent box when the detergent box is opened.
In this embodiment, at least one elastic component 600 is respectively installed on the left and right sides of the rear end of the detergent box 100, so as to ensure the stress uniformity during the pushing and pulling movement of the left and right sides of the detergent box 100, and avoid the occurrence of position deviation during the pushing out process of the detergent box 100.
In this embodiment, the elastic component 600 is installed at the gap between the rear end of the detergent box 100 and the water box 200, the elastic sleeve 15 extends along the push-pull moving direction of the detergent box 100, one end of the push rod sleeve 15 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the detergent box 100, and the telescopic end of the push rod 16 extends out from the other end of the push rod sleeve 15 and is in limit contact with the inner wall of the water box 200; the axial length of the push rod sleeve 15 is less than or equal to the gap distance between the detergent box 100 and the water box 200; when the spring 17 is in a free state, the sum of the extending length of the telescopic end of the push rod 16 and the axial length of the push rod sleeve 15 is greater than the gap distance between the water box 200 and the rear wall of the detergent box 100, so that the purpose that the detergent box 100 is installed in the water box 200 and automatically pushed and bounced by the elastic component to locate the water box 200 is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, 19 and 20, the present embodiment describes a push-spring type detergent box 100, which includes a water box 200 mounted on a washing machine housing 300, and a pull-out and push-in detergent box 100 is mounted in the water box 200; the left side and the right side of the detergent box 100 are respectively provided with a roller guide groove 6 which extends along the parallel direction of the axis of the detergent box 100 and has an opening at the lower end, the inner wall of the water box 200 is provided with a plurality of pulleys 1 with wheel surfaces arranged along the axis direction of the roller guide groove 6, and the upper part of each pulley 1 extends into the roller guide groove 6 and is contacted with the top wall of the roller guide groove 6; the end of the roller guide 6 is provided with an opening 27 for the pulley 1 to enter the roller guide 6.
In this embodiment, the one end that the gyro wheel guide slot stretched into water box 200 is equipped with the opening 27 that is convenient for pulley 1 to slide into in gyro wheel guide slot 6, opening 27 is the tubaeform opening 27 of the width that widens gradually from inside to outside to guide pulley 1 gets into in gyro wheel guide slot 6 from tubaeform opening 27, and make inside quick, the convenient gyro wheel guide slot 6 that slides into of pulley 1 through setting up tubaeform opening 27 that expands money gradually outward.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment describes a push-spring type detergent box 100, which includes a water box 200 mounted on a washing machine housing, wherein the detergent box 100 is installed in the water box 200 and can be pulled out and pushed in; at least one positioning column is arranged on the detergent box 100, and positioning holes corresponding to the positioning columns are arranged on the water box 200, so that the positioning columns are inserted into the corresponding positioning holes after the detergent box 100 is pushed into the water box 200.
Through set up between detergent box 100 and water box 200 and correspond reference column and the locating hole of pegging graft to make detergent box 100 push into water box 200's corresponding position under the reference column effect, and then guarantee the degree of consistency in detergent box 100 periphery gap, improve the pleasing to the eye degree in the detergent box 100 outside.

In this embodiment, the front end of the water box 200 is provided with a mounting part corresponding to the handle 400, and the mounting part is integrally provided with the washing machine housing 300; the mounting part is provided with a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole which are respectively coaxial with the first positioning column 2 and the second positioning column 3 and are correspondingly arranged on the same cross section.
The positioning column is arranged at the rear side of the handle at the front end of the detergent box, so that the positioning column is hidden between the contact surfaces of the detergent box and the water box; and make two reference columns set up respectively in the detergent box left and right sides, make the clearance of detergent box left and right sides adjusted by corresponding respectively, avoid the emergence of detergent box effect direction skew condition, further guarantee the degree of consistency in detergent box periphery clearance.

Claims (9)

1. A push-spring type detergent box comprises a water box arranged on a shell of a washing machine, wherein a pull-out and push-in detergent box is arranged in the water box; the method is characterized in that: an elastic component is arranged between the water box and the detergent box and used for providing power for pushing and ejecting the detergent box;
a push-spring lock assembly is arranged between the water box and the detergent box so as to change the locking state of the lock assembly after providing a push-spring external force to the detergent box and lock or unlock the water box and the detergent box;
the push latch assembly comprises a push latch body and a lock tongue;
a cam is arranged in the push spring lock body, and a groove matched and locked with a lock hook at the end part of the lock tongue is arranged on the cam; the push spring lock body is also internally provided with a lock catch reed, one end of the lock catch reed is fixed, and the other end of the lock catch reed is provided with a lock catch matched with the lock catch slide rail on the cam so as to lock or unlock the cam to rotate.

The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the resilient member comprises a push rod sleeve, a push rod inserted into the push rod sleeve and capable of sliding axially, one end of the push rod is connected to the push rod sleeve via a compressed spring, and the other end of the push rod is telescopically inserted through an opening at the corresponding end of the push rod sleeve.
3. The push type detergent box according to claim 2, wherein the push rod sleeve is fixedly connected with the detergent box, and the telescopic end of the push rod penetrates through the push rod sleeve and is in limit contact with the inner wall of the water box.
4. The push type detergent box according to claim 2, wherein the push rod sleeve is fixedly connected with the water box, and the telescopic end of the push rod penetrates through the push rod sleeve and is in limit contact with the outer wall of the detergent box.
5. A push type detergent box according to any of claims 2 to 4, wherein the push rod is coaxially arranged with the push rod sleeve, and the axis of the push rod sleeve is parallel to the push-pull movement direction of the detergent box.

The cartridge of claim 5, wherein one end of the push rod sleeve is hermetically disposed, and the other end is provided with an opening through which the telescopic end of the push rod passes; one end of the push rod penetrating into the push rod sleeve is a penetrating end, the penetrating end is provided with an installation part protruding outwards in the radial direction, the periphery of the installation part is correspondingly attached to the inner wall of the push rod sleeve, and a spring in a compressed state is arranged between the installation part and the sealing section of the push rod sleeve; the radial diameter of the opening of the push rod sleeve is smaller than the outer diameter of the mounting part so as to prevent the push rod from falling off.
7. The push type detergent box according to claim 6, wherein a damping member is provided between the push rod sleeve and the push rod to increase a damping force for relative displacement between the push rod and the push rod sleeve.
8. The push type detergent box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least one resilient member is installed at each of left and right sides of a rear end of the detergent box.
9. A washing machine, characterized by, including, the above-mentioned bullet-pushing type detergent box of any one of claims 1 to 8, the lock tongue is installed on the detergent box, the body of the bullet-pushing lock is correspondingly installed on the water box.
