Abstract
一种无支撑立柱的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统,属于海上风力发电和海上养殖技术领域。系统主体由浮筒、立柱和底板搭建成的,四个浮筒垂直固定在底板上,位于正四边形的四个顶点处;两根立柱相互垂直固定在浮筒上,位于正四边形的对角线处;风机固定在底板上,位于正四边形对角线的交点处;四个圆形养殖网箱对称分别在底板上,位于正四边形的四条边上,圆形养殖网箱上端通过水平锚链A固定在浮筒和风机之间,圆形养殖网箱下端通过带重量块的垂直锚链B定位,限制其在海流和鱼群作用下的运动;所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统通过分布式锚链C定位在海底。通过调节浮筒和立柱内部的压载舱,调整系统的稳性和波浪中运动性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于海上风力发电和海上养殖技术领域,尤其涉及到一种半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统。
背景技术
随着海上风能在整个能源架构中所占的比例逐年上升,适合深水的浮式风机基础的开发也越来越受关注。当前主要的浮式风机基础有Spar式,半潜式和张力腿式等。Spar式风机基础一般吃水和重量较大,建造复杂,因而总成本较高。而张力腿平台的锚泊装置成本和安装费用都较高,并且受海底土质影响较大。相比较Spar式和张力腿式风机,半潜式风机基础的建造工艺相对简单,安装费用也相对较低。因而开发总体性能好,综合成本低的半潜式风机对深海风电的发展具有重要意义。其中,浮式风机的多用途开发是降低综合成本的一个重要途径。
发明内容
现有的半潜式风机基础多采用支撑立柱增加结构强度,导致建造复杂,并容易产生疲劳损伤。本发明提出了一种无支撑立柱的半潜式风机和浮式网箱的集成系统,有效的结合了深海浮式风机系统和养殖装置。从而达到提高浮式基础利用率并降低总成本的目的。
本发明的技术方案:
一种无支撑立柱的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统,包括浮筒1、立柱2、风机3、圆形养殖网箱4和锚链系统;所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统主体由浮筒1、立柱2和底板搭建成的,四个浮筒1垂直固定在底板上,位于正四边形的四个顶点处;两根立柱2相互垂直固定在浮筒1上,位于正四边形的对角线处;风机3固定在底板上,位于正四边形对角线的交点处;
所述的锚链系统包括锚链A、锚链B和锚链C;
四个圆形养殖网箱4对称分别在底板上,位于正四边形的四条边上,圆形养殖网箱4上端通过水平锚链A固定在浮筒1和风机3之间,圆形养殖网箱4下端通过带重量块的垂直锚链B定位,限制其在海流和鱼群作用下的运动;
所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统通过分布式锚链C定位在海底。
通过调节浮筒1和立柱2内部的压载舱,可以调整整个浮式基础的吃水,进而调整系统的稳性和波浪中运动性能。
本发明采用无支撑立柱结构,简化了建造工艺,并且避免了支撑立柱产生的结构疲劳问题。比较传统的三立柱半潜式风机,本发明的水线面面积增大,因此稳性惯性矩也较大,提高了浮式基础的整体稳性。养殖网箱增加了整个浮体的重量和垂向运动阻尼,改善了其在波浪中的运动性能。
风机内装有叶轮、齿轮变速箱、风能调速机构、发电机、偏航控制;叶轮的输出端通过主轴和齿轮变速箱的输入端相连,以增大转速,变速箱的输出端经调速机构使其输出的速度均匀,调速机构与发电机相连;风机内有偏航控制系统,用于调节风机的方位使其正对风向,以达到更好的捕能效果。风机产生的电量可以为养殖装置提供电力。比较单一的海上风机和海上养殖网箱,此浮式基础提高了单位海域利用率,从而使整个系统的经济性能提高。每个养殖网箱都可以从侧面直接靠近,便于喂食和捕捞等操作。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和技术方案,进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1和图2出示了本发明一种无支撑立柱的半潜式风机和养殖网箱的集成系统,包括风机3和圆形养殖网箱4。风机安装在浮筒1中心,4个圆形养殖网箱分别通过3条锚链A5固定在立柱2和风机3之间,每个圆形养殖网箱4底部连接12条带重量块的垂直锚链B6间隔30度角均匀分布,浮式基础通过8条分布式锚链C7固定在海底,锚链C7间隔45度角均匀分布。
该方法为:风机在风力作用下发出电能,部分通过传输系统送至电网,供陆地用户使用,其他部分用来给深海养殖系统提供电力;深海养殖系统可充分提高浮式基础的利用率,比较单一的深海风力发电和深海养殖,综合成本大大降低。

1.一种无支撑立柱的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统,其特征在于,所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统包括浮筒(1)、立柱(2)、风机(3)、圆形养殖网箱(4)和锚链系统;所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统主体由浮筒(1)、立柱(2)和底板搭建成的,四个浮筒(1)垂直固定在底板上,位于正四边形的四个顶点处;两根立柱(2)相互垂直固定在浮筒(1)上,位于正四边形的对角线处;风机(3)固定在底板上,位于正四边形对角线的交点处;
所述的锚链系统包括锚链A(5)、锚链B(6)和锚链C(7);
四个圆形养殖网箱(4)对称分别在底板上,位于正四边形的四条边上,圆形养殖网箱(4)上端通过水平锚链A(5)固定在浮筒(1)和风机(3)之间,圆形养殖网箱(4)下端通过带重量块的垂直锚链B(6)定位,限制其在海流和鱼群作用下的运动;
所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统通过分布式锚链C(7)定位在海底。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统,其特征在于,通过调节浮筒(1)和立柱(2)内部的压载舱,调整整个浮式基础的吃水,进而调整半潜式风机和养殖网箱集成系统的稳性和波浪中运动性能。
