Abstract
本发明公开了一种保暖抗寒面料结构,包括外层和夹层;外层的数量为两个,两个外层分别设置在夹层的左右两侧;外层包括第一面层、第二面层和中间层;中间层夹设在第一面层和第二面层之间;夹层为中空纤维层,中空纤维层内设置有若干支撑颗粒。该保暖抗寒面料以多层材质成型,整体呈现多层结构,抗压能力好,夹层为中空纤维层,且中空纤维层内设置有支撑颗粒,能够保持空气的充盈度,使得面料不易被压实,能够长久保持蓬松感,厚度较薄的面料即可达到很好的保暖效果,轻盈不笨重。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,尤其涉及一种保暖抗寒面料结构。
背景技术
服装、被套、枕套等的制作都需要使用面料。面料作为服装的三要素之一,不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。面料可以按照材质进行分类,也可以按照功能进行分类。功能性面料是指具有某种特殊性能和用途的面料,比如防水、防风、透气、透湿、保暖、防油、易去污、防菌除臭、防紫外线、防静电、防辐射、防阻燃、耐高温、耐酸碱等功能。市场上的功能性面料以服装面料为主,多用于户外运动服、高档休闲服中。
其中,保暖型面料是冬天服饰的必备面料。冬天温度较低时,为了保暖,一些时装或睡衣会采用夹棉面料或者羽绒面料用以保暖,目前市场上常见的夹棉是采用聚酯纤维或聚酯纤维与棉的混合物,虽然弹性良好蓬松,但是保暖性也与厚度直接成正比,散热性快,要好的保暖就比较臃肿,且越厚透气性越差;而羽绒面料,容易跑绒,有时候碎羽绒跑出来会粘在内衣上,造成尴尬和清理不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖抗寒面料结构,结构简单,以中空纤维为夹层,且中空纤维内设置有支撑颗粒,蓬松透气,空气充盈度高,保暖抗寒能力好,且轻盈不笨重。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种保暖抗寒面料结构,包括外层和夹层;所述外层的数量为两个,两个所述外层分别设置在所述夹层的左右两侧;所述外层包括第一面层、第二面层和中间层;所述中间层夹设在所述第一面层和所述第二面层之间;所述夹层为中空纤维层,所述中空纤维层内设置有若干支撑颗粒。
进一步地,所述第一面层和所述第二面层均为椰炭纤维面料层;所述中间层为鸭绒层或鹅绒层。
进一步地,还包括若干第一固定线;所述第一固定线的一端与所述第一面层连接,其另一端与所述第二面层连接;若干所述第一固定线交织呈菱形分布。
进一步地,还包括第二固定线;所述第二固定线在所述中空纤维层内交织呈菱形分布;若干所述支撑颗粒分布在所述第二固定线之间。
进一步地,所述中空纤维层为聚酯中空纤维、涤纶中空纤维或中空棉纤维。
进一步地,所述中空纤维层的截面为四边形或梅花形。
进一步地,所述中空纤维层的纤维孔数为四孔、七孔或九孔。
进一步地,所述支撑颗粒为发泡塑胶颗粒。
进一步地,所述夹层的厚度大于所述外层的厚度。

相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所提供的保暖抗寒面料,整体呈现“外层—夹层—外层”这样的三明治结构,夹层采用中空纤维填充,中空纤维具有很好的保暖和蓬松性能;同时,在中空纤维内设置有支撑颗粒,支撑颗粒能够防止中空纤维坍塌,使之保持蓬松感,也能够增加中空纤维内的空气含量,提高保暖系数。此外,外层又单独呈现“第一面层—中间层—第二面层”的三明治结构,层次感丰富。该保暖抗寒面料整体呈现多层结构,抗压能力好,不易被压实,能够长久保持蓬松感,厚度较薄的面料即可达到很好的保暖效果,轻盈不笨重。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
如图1-4所示,一种保暖抗寒面料结构,包括外层10和夹层20;外层10的数量为两个,两个外层10分别设置在夹层20的左右两侧;见图2,外层10包括第一面层11、第二面层12和中间层13;中间层13夹设在第一面层11和第二面层12之间;见图3,夹层20为中空纤维层21,中空纤维层21内设置有若干支撑颗粒22。
下面,对该保暖抗寒面料结构的设置方式作进一步描述。
如图2所示,第一面层11和第二面层12均为椰炭纤维面料层;中间层13为鸭绒层或鹅绒层。椰炭纤维中含有椰炭颗粒,在制成服装后仍保持活性,对人体起到活化细胞、净化血液、消除疲劳、改善过敏体质等保健作用;异型三叶结构使椰炭纤维具有极强的吸附能力,最终产品对人体异味、油烟味、甲苯、氨等化学气体有吸收、消臭作用;椰炭纤维的远红外线释放率高达90%以上,能促进血液循环及改善人体环境;纤维中的椰炭形成一种多孔渗水的表面,能快速大量吸收湿气,迅速扩散和挥发,保证干爽透气的效果,给人一种温馨舒适的环境和服用感觉。鸭绒层或鹅绒层夹设在两层椰炭纤维之间,椰碳纤维具有除臭抗菌的功能,可以抑制动物绒散发的天然气味。
此外,为了防止中间层13的鸭绒或鹅绒跑位,还包括若干第一固定线14;第一固定线14的一端与第一面层11连接,其另一端与第二面层12连接;若干第一固定线14交织呈菱形分布。第一固定线14可以是由一根很长的线在第一面层11和第二面层12之间依次弯折固定而成,也可以是由多根线单独固定而成。菱形分布的第一固定线14能够有效防止跑绒,避免绒材堆叠在一起。
如图3所示,还包括第二固定线23;第二固定线23在中空纤维层21内交织呈菱形分布;若干支撑颗粒22分布在第二固定线23的之间。第二固定线23对支撑颗粒22起到定位作用,避免支撑颗粒22堆积在一起,确保支撑颗粒22对整个中空纤维层21起到支撑作用,增加中空纤维层21的抗压能力,使中空纤维层21长久保持蓬松;同时支撑颗粒22能够增加中空纤维层21的空气含量,提高保暖系数,也使得面料更加轻盈。
中空纤维层21可以设置为聚酯中空纤维、涤纶中空纤维或中空棉纤维;其截面可以呈现为四边形或梅花形(见图4);而纤维孔数可以为四孔、七孔或九孔。中空纤维是指纤维轴向有细管状空腔的化纤,其内包含大量静止空气,能为织物带来轻质弹性、良好透湿性以及舒适的保暖效果。中空纤维层21的具体设置方式根据实际的使用情况灵活设置。
此外,支撑颗粒22为发泡塑胶颗粒,一般为空气发泡,其为一种软质颗粒,加夹在中空纤维层21内不会造成凹凸感,不会影响穿着舒适度。若干支撑颗粒22的大小可以设置为一致,也可以不一致。
夹层20的厚度可以设置大于外层10的厚度。
本发明实施例所提供的保暖抗寒面料,整体呈现“外层10—夹层20—外层10”这样的三明治结构,夹层20采用中空纤维填充,中空纤维具有很好的保暖和蓬松性能;同时,在中空纤维内设置有支撑颗粒22,支撑颗粒22能够防止中空纤维坍塌,使之保持蓬松感,也能够增加中空纤维内的空气含量,提高保暖系数。此外,外层10又单独呈现“第一面层11—中间层13—第二面层12”的三明治结构,层次感丰富。该保暖抗寒面料以多层材质成型,整体呈现多层结构,抗压能力好,夹层20采取中空纤维设置,且中空纤维内设置有支撑颗粒22,能够保持空气的充盈度,使得面料不易被压实,能够长久保持蓬松感,厚度较薄的面料即可达到很好的保暖效果,轻盈不笨重;保暖效果比普通的棉服或羽绒服好。
此外,一般的羽绒服会散发出一种禽类的异味,穿着舒适度欠佳。而本保暖抗寒面料的外层面料上,第一面层11和第二面层12的面料为椰炭纤维,能够排湿透气,且椰炭纤维可以吸附与清除中间层13中羽绒的特有异味。夹层20的聚酯发热纤维或植物纤维起到发热保暖的作用,支撑颗粒22使面料蓬松透气,外层10和夹层20均有固定线,不会让内容物透出面料,保暖性与透气性均高于目前市面上的夹棉材质,而且更加轻薄。

1.一种保暖抗寒面料结构,其特征在于:包括外层和夹层;
所述外层的数量为两个,两个所述外层分别设置在所述夹层的左右两侧;
所述外层包括第一面层、第二面层和中间层;所述中间层夹设在所述第一面层和所述第二面层之间;
所述夹层为中空纤维层,所述中空纤维层内设置有若干支撑颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的保暖抗寒面料结构,其特征在于:所述第一面层和所述第二面层均为椰炭纤维面料层;所述中间层为鸭绒层或鹅绒层。
3.如权利要求2所述的保暖抗寒面料结构,其特征在于:还包括若干第一固定线;所述第一固定线的一端与所述第一面层连接,其另一端与所述第二面层连接;若干所述第一固定线交织呈菱形分布。
4.如权利要求1所述的保暖抗寒面料结构,其特征在于:还包括第二固定线;所述第二固定线在所述中空纤维层内交织呈菱形分布;若干所述支撑颗粒分布在所述第二固定线之间。
