The self-locking drill chuck provided by the invention comprises a drill body 6, a nut 9, clamping jaws 5, a rotatable front sleeve 10 and a self-locking structure, wherein the nut 9 and the front sleeve 10 can be connected in a key slot, interference and other modes, and the front sleeve can drive the nut to rotate. The drill chuck is provided with a fixed rear sleeve 1, the rear sleeve 1 can be fixed with the drill body in an interference fit or flat position and clamping ring axial positioning mode, the clutch sleeve 2 is of a T-shaped structure, a small diameter part of the clutch sleeve passes through the self-locking operation sleeve 3 and is matched with a rear sleeve key slot so as to fix the clutch sleeve 2 in the circumferential direction, an external tooth 23 is arranged on a large diameter part of the clutch sleeve, a reference numeral 21 is a key for carrying out key slot matching, and a reference numeral 11 is a slot for carrying out key slot matching on the rear sleeve.
The self-locking operation sleeve 3 is supported on the rear sleeve 1, and the elastic component 4 is a plurality of disc spring coils. The middle part of the drill body is provided with a boss 61 for supporting the gasket 7, and the elastic part 4 is abutted against the back surface of the boss 61. The nut is supported on a washer 7 by means of a bearing 8.
After the drill chuck clamps the drill bit, the clutch sleeve is driven to axially forward by rotating the self-locking operation sleeve 3 in one direction, the external teeth 23 are meshed with the internal teeth 101, and the self-locking state is brought into, when the self-locking operation sleeve 3 rotates reversely, the clutch sleeve is driven by the elastic component 4 to axially reset, and the external teeth 23 are disconnected from the internal teeth 101.
