本发明公开了一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,包括消毒箱本体,所述消毒箱本体后壁开设有孔,所述孔内密封插装有单杆气缸的有杆端,所述单杆气缸的A口与电磁阀的A口连接,所述单杆气缸的B口与电磁阀的B口连接,所述电磁阀的T口与空气嘴连接,所述电磁阀的P口与单向节流阀的出口连接,所述单向节流阀的进口与空压机连接,所述安全阀连接在单向节流阀出口与电磁阀的P口之间,所述弹簧板是一端与L型架的水平端相铰接的支板,所述L型架内盛放着消毒抽屉;所述消毒门一侧铰接在消毒箱本体的开口框架一侧,所述继电器安装在消毒门与消毒箱本体相接处的位置。本发明的有益效果是,避免被蒸汽熏伤。

Description

一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱。
背景技术
蒸汽消毒箱可以满足医疗单位对消毒物件的严格规定,它可以对不能煮沸、浸泡的高温灭菌物品或精密仪器进行灭菌消毒。例如,各种水流管、T型管、导尿管、各类羊肠线、引流袋、明胶海绵及电刀导线、喉腔镜、口镜、气管镜、腹腔镜、宫腔镜、胃肠镜,包裹各种手术器械、介入室导管、B超室探头、病案室病历单及血压计、听诊器等,均按各种类型及大小进行整理放入抽屉内。将消毒剂配好后倒入蒸汽消毒箱最下层抽屉内,然后关门进行熏蒸。
但由于在消毒后,温度较高,无法拿取,所以需要全自动的蒸汽消毒箱来解决这个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,包括消毒箱本体,所述消毒箱本体后壁开设有孔,所述孔内密封插装有单杆气缸的有杆端,所述单杆气缸的A口与电磁阀的A口连接,所述单杆气缸的B口与电磁阀的B口连接,所述电磁阀的T口与空气嘴连接,所述电磁阀的P口与单向节流阀的出口连接,所述单向节流阀的进口与空压机连接,所述安全阀连接在单向节流阀出口与电磁阀的P口之间,所述弹簧板是一端与L型架的水平端相铰接的支板,所述L型架内盛放着消毒抽屉;所述消毒门一侧铰接在消毒箱本体的开口框架一侧,所述继电器安装在消毒门与消毒箱本体相接处的位置。
所述控制箱的控制端连接有空压机,所述控制箱的信号输入端连接有安全阀、电磁阀、继电器。
所述弹簧板与L型架的铰接端分别固定在旋涡弹簧/卷曲弹簧的两端。
所述弹簧板的数量至少为一个。
所述电磁阀可以采用两位四通电磁换向阀。
所述压力表设置在安全阀与电磁阀之间。
所述抽屉的侧壁设置有高度大于侧壁高度的凸形滑轨。
所述凸形滑轨与抽屉底面两侧的凹形槽相适配。
所述消毒箱本体内侧底板上有活动放置的熏盘。
所述熏盘的宽度小于抽屉底面上两侧凹形槽之间的距离。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,工作人员只需要做开门和关门的动作,就可以完成消毒抽屉的抽拉动作,方便放置或拿取医疗器械,避免被蒸汽熏伤。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-4所示,一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,包括消毒箱本体1,所述消毒箱本体1后壁开设有孔11,所述孔11内密封插装有单杆气缸2的有杆端,所述单杆气缸2的A口与电磁阀3的A口连接,所述单杆气缸的B口与电磁阀3的B口连接,所述电磁阀3的T口与空气嘴4连接,所述电磁阀3的P口与单向节流阀5的出口连接,所述单向节流阀的进口与空压机6连接,所述安全阀7连接在单向节流阀5出口与电磁阀3的P口之间,所述弹簧板8是一端与L型架9的水平端相铰接的支板,所述L型架9内盛放着消毒抽屉12;所述消毒门13一侧铰接在消毒箱本体1的开口框架一侧,所述继电器14安装在消毒门13与消毒箱本体相接处的位置;所述控制箱的控制端连接有空压机6,所述控制箱的信号输入端连接有安全阀7、电磁阀3、继电器14;所述弹簧板8与L型架9的铰接端分别固定在旋涡弹簧/卷曲弹簧的两端;所述弹簧板8的数量至少为一个;所述电磁阀3可以采用两位四通电磁换向阀;所述压力表10设置在安全阀7与电磁阀3之间;所述抽屉12的侧壁设置有高度大于侧壁高度的凸形滑轨15;所述凸形滑轨15与抽屉12底面两侧的凹形槽16相适配;所述消毒箱本体1内侧底板上有活动放置的熏盘17;所述熏盘17的宽度小于抽屉12底面上两侧凹形槽之间的距离。
本实施方案的特点为,工作人员只需要做开门和关门的动作,就可以完成消毒抽屉的抽拉动作,方便放置或拿取医疗器械。避免被蒸汽熏伤。
在本实施方案中,当消毒箱进行消毒前或完成消毒后,将门打开,此时门触碰继电器,使空压机或气源电路接通,气缸无杆腔进气,推动活塞向外伸长,当抽屉接触到弹簧板时,由于活塞的推力,会将弹簧板推开至水平位置,当活塞运动到最大行程时,可以进行拿取已消毒完成的医疗器械或放入待消毒的医疗器械;操作完毕后,将门关闭,此时门松开继电器,电磁换向阀进行换向,使气缸有杆腔内进气,推动活塞做收缩运动,当抽屉缩回到消毒箱内,弹簧板依靠弹簧力复位,随后门完全关闭,进入消毒过程。
在本实施方案中,可以在熏盘内放入熏蒸的药物,配合蒸汽消毒方式共同进行杀菌。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,包括消毒箱本体(1)其特征在于,所述消毒箱本体(1)后壁开设有孔(11),所述孔(11)内密封插装有单杆气缸(2)的有杆端,所述单杆气缸(2)的A口与电磁阀(3)的A口连接,所述单杆气缸的B口与电磁阀(3)的B口连接,所述电磁阀(3)的T口与空气嘴(4)连接,所述电磁阀(3)的P口与单向节流阀(5)的出口连接,所述单向节流阀的进口与空压机(6)连接,所述安全阀(7)连接在单向节流阀(5)出口与电磁阀(3)的P口之间,所述弹簧板(8)是一端与L型架(9)的水平端相铰接的支板,所述L型架(9)内盛放着消毒抽屉(12);所述消毒门(13)一侧铰接在消毒箱本体(1)的开口框架一侧,所述继电器(14)安装在消毒门(13)与消毒箱本体相接处的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,其特征在于:所述控制箱的控制端连接有空压机(6),所述控制箱的信号输入端连接有安全阀(7)、电磁阀(3)、继电器(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动医疗器械清洗消毒箱,其特征在于:所述弹簧板(8)与L型架(9)的铰接端分别固定在旋涡弹簧/卷曲弹簧的两端。
