本发明的作法：1.以纱布袋将所有药材包起来并捆紧；2.加适量水浸泡10-20分钟，再烧沸10-15分钟；3.倒入泡盆，再调和冷水至适当的温度，用其浸泡下肢，水要没过脚踝部。

具体实施方式：
取桑枝20克、生姜15-30克、艾草20-40克、当归10-15克、桂皮10-15克、花椒8-15克、红花8-15克，作法：1.以纱布袋将所有药材包起来并捆紧；2.加适量水浸泡10-15分钟，再烧沸10-15分钟；3.倒入泡盆，再调和冷水至适当的温度，用其浸泡下肢，水要没过脚踝部。
