所述治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物的煎服方法:将上述中药置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡60-90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15-20min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
所述治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物的煎服方法:将上述中药和占中药总重0.5%的促提剂置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡60-90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15-20min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
所述促提剂由如下重量的原料混合而成:壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸3g、泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠1g、预糊化淀粉0.3g、羟丙甲纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯0.1g、甘草酸二钾0.1g、酪朊酸钠0.05g。
所述壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸的制备方法为:向15g水中加入2g聚天门冬氨酸和0.05g田菁胶,搅拌溶解完全后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理3min,再加入2g壳寡糖和0.05g茶油,搅拌溶解完全后继续微波处理5min,并转入0~5℃环境中静置30min,随后再次微波处理5min,所得混合液自然冷却至室温,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸。
所述泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠的制备方法为:将1g交联羧甲基纤维素钠和0.05g甘露醇升温至110~115℃保温混合10min,再加入1g泊洛沙姆和0.05g柠檬酸钠,继续在110~115℃保温混合15min,所得混合物转入-5~0℃环境中密封静置1h,最后利用超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠。
上述所制促提剂能显著加快药材药效成分的浸出速度,增加所制药液中药效成分的有效含量,从而使所制药液具有起效快、治愈时间短的优势;并且该促提剂经静置后以沉淀形式沉降到药材表面,经过滤后仅有微量促提剂残留在药液中,残留在药液中的少量促提剂也不会对人体造成任何不良反应和毒副作用。
作用机理:
仙人掌理气和胃消胀,破故纸消疣温胃,鳖甲软坚滋阴,煅牡蛎、煅瓦楞子祛疣、散结制酸,白芨修复胃黏膜、愈糜烂,降香、乌药、片姜黄行气、消胀止痛,桂枝温通行气、促血运,乳香、蒲黄活血生机、止痛止血。
本发明的有益效果是:利用本发明所述中药组合物经常规煎煮制得的药液用于治疗疣状胃炎,每天服用两次,4周为一个疗程,临床应用10余年,服用2个疗程后治愈率达到88%、显效率达到92%、有效率达到96%;并且添加促提剂煎煮制得的药液服用后起效更快,从而更有效地利用了药材的药效成分;同时经该中药组合物治愈后的患者随访2年未见复发,同时患者服药期间没有出现任何身体不适症状,使用安全性高,副作用极小。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
将40g鲜仙人掌、8g破故纸、20g炙鳖甲、20g煅牡蛎、6g白芨粉、8g降香、5g姜黄、10g乌药、12g煅瓦楞子、8g桂枝、10g生蒲黄置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
实施例2
将50g鲜仙人掌、5g破故纸、15g炙鳖甲、15g煅牡蛎、8g白芨粉、5g降香、8g姜黄、8g乌药、10g煅瓦楞子、8g桂枝、6g生蒲黄置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
实施例3
将50g鲜仙人掌、5g破故纸、15g炙鳖甲、15g煅牡蛎、8g白芨粉、5g降香、8g姜黄、8g乌药、10g煅瓦楞子、8g桂枝、6g生蒲黄和占中药总重0.5%的促提剂置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
促提剂的制备:由3g壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸、1g泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠、0.3g预糊化淀粉、0.1g羟丙甲纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯、0.1g甘草酸二钾和0.05g酪朊酸钠混合而成。
壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸的制备:向15g水中加入2g聚天门冬氨酸和0.05g田菁胶,搅拌溶解完全后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理3min,再加入2g壳寡糖和0.05g茶油,搅拌溶解完全后继续微波处理5min,并转入0~5℃环境中静置30min,随后再次微波处理5min,所得混合液自然冷却至室温,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸。

实施例4
(1)动物急性毒性试验
试验对象:小白鼠,体重18-22g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取小白鼠130只,随机选取10只作为空白组,其余平均分为试验一组、试验二组、试验三组,每个试验组再平均分为4个小组,每个小组10只,试验组给药前禁食12h,将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所制药液分别灌喂试验一组、试验二组、试验三组小白鼠,每只每次灌喂10ml,24h内分别灌喂1、2、3、4次,具体给药组别和给药时间见表1,灌喂后观察7天;

试验结果:试验小白鼠活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡。
(2)动物长期毒性试验
试验对象:大白鼠,体重120-150g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取大白鼠80只,分成4组,每组20只,其中一组为空白组,其余为试验一组、试验二组、试验三组,将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所制药液分别灌喂试验一组、试验二组、试验三组大白鼠,试验组每日分别灌喂两次,每天灌喂50ml,连续灌喂90天,监测体重,于最后一次给药后24h断头处死,测血、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、取心、肾等内脏,观察组织形态的变化;
试验结果:试验组活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡,处死后的各项检查与空白组无任何区别。
(3)临床研究
研究对象:设置促提剂分别不添加壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸、泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠的对照例1和对照例2,随机选取250名疣状胃炎患者,平均分成5组,每组50人。
服用方法:每人每天服用两次,每次服用药液200mL,4周为一个疗程。
疗效测定:记录患者治疗情况,结果如表2所示。

(4)典型病例
饶某,女,46岁,安徽长丰人,患慢性疣状胃炎5年,病情较重,服此方2个疗程后症状基本消失。
刘某,男,52岁,河南郑州人,患疣状胃炎3年,反复发作,服此方2个疗程后痊愈。
贺某,女,42岁,江苏南京人,患慢性疣状胃炎2年,服此方2个疗程后痊愈。

Claims (6)
1.一种治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量的中药制成:
鲜仙人掌30-50g、破故纸3-9g、炙鳖甲9-30g、煅牡蛎15-30g、白芨粉6-9g、降香3-10g、姜黄3-10g、乌药8-12g、煅瓦楞子9-15g、桂枝7-9g、生蒲黄6-12g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,其煎服方法:将上述中药置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡60-90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15-20min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,其煎服方法:将上述中药和占中药总重0.5%的促提剂置于砂锅内,并加水没过药面,浸泡60-90min,再用文火煎煮,煮沸后续煮15-20min,静置,溶液过滤即得药液;每剂煎两次,每次煎煮药液200mL。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述促提剂由如下重量的原料混合而成:壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸3g、泊洛沙姆/交联羧甲基纤维素钠1g、预糊化淀粉0.3g、羟丙甲纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯0.1g、甘草酸二钾0.1g、酪朊酸钠0.05g。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗疣状胃炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸的制备方法为:向15g水中加入2g聚天门冬氨酸和0.05g田菁胶,搅拌溶解完全后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理3min,再加入2g壳寡糖和0.05g茶油,搅拌溶解完全后继续微波处理5min,并转入0~5℃环境中静置30min,随后再次微波处理5min,所得混合液自然冷却至室温,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得壳寡糖/聚天门冬氨酸。
