本发明公开了一种设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖，为盘状构件，包括盖体；盖体上端面设有广告膜，广告膜上覆盖有透明保护膜，将广告膜密封固定在盖体上端面上；盖体环边一角设有向外延伸的把手；进一步改进在于：盖体两个以上的环边一角设有向外延伸的把手。本发明有效保护广告膜，掀开方便。

本发明属于食物容器领域，具体涉及一种餐盒盖。
背景技术
餐盒用途多实用性强，可冷藏、冷冻、微波、保鲜，也可用于送外卖。为了做广告，现有用于送外卖的餐盒盖将广告膜贴在餐盒盖上端面，使用时，广告膜外露，容易老化、破损；掀开不方便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种有效保护广告膜，掀开方便的设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖，为盘状构件，包括盖体；其改进之处在于：所述盖体上端面设有广告膜，所述广告膜上覆盖有透明保护膜，将广告膜密封固定在盖体上端面上；所述盖体环边一角设有向外延伸的把手。
上述结构中，所述盖体两个以上的环边一角设有向外延伸的把手。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：
1. 广告膜上覆盖有透明保护膜，将广告膜密封固定在盖体上端面上，有效保护广告膜。
2. 盖体环边一角设有向外延伸的把手，方便掀开盒盖。
3. 盖体两个以上的环边一角设有向外延伸的把手，可从不同位置掀开盒盖，使用更方便。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖，为盘状构件，包括盖体1；盖体1上端面设有广告膜2，广告膜2上覆盖有透明保护膜4，将广告膜2密封固定在盖体1上端面上。
盖体1两个环边一角设有向外延伸的把手3（其他实施例中也有如下两种情况：一种是多于两个环边一角设有向外延伸的把手3，另一种是只有一个环边一角设有向外延伸的把手3）。

1.一种设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖，为盘状构件，包括盖体（1）；其特征在于：所述盖体（1）上端面设有广告膜（2），所述广告膜（2）上覆盖有透明保护膜（4），将广告膜（2）密封固定在盖体（1）上端面上；所述盖体（1）环边一角设有向外延伸的把手（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有保护层的广告型餐盒盖，其特征在于：所述盖体（1）两个以上的环边一角设有向外延伸的把手（3）。
