(1) Weighing a proper amount of polyester polyol, diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, adding the polyester polyol, the diisocyanate and the polyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, heating to 85 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed materials are uniformly mixed, and then keeping the temperature for 0.5 h;
(2) cooling the reaction kettle in the step (1) to 65 ℃, adding a proper amount of catalyst and chain extender, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 0.5h to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) extruding and granulating the mixed raw materials in the step (2) to obtain a polyurethane elastomer;
(4) weighing a proper amount of epoxy resin, polypropylene, EVA resin, an initiator, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (3), and drying at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain a dried material;
(5) heating the dried material obtained in the step (4) to 160 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed material is uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 0.5h to obtain a mixed material;
(6) and (5) injecting the mixed material in the step (5) into a mould, cooling and forming to obtain the required breast support.
Example 4
This example differs from examples 1-3 in that: the breast support is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of polyester polyol
Diisocyanate 20 parts
15 portions of polyethylene glycol
Chain extender 2 parts
Catalyst 2 parts
Epoxy resin 25 parts
18 portions of polypropylene
EVA resin 20 parts
Antibacterial agent 3 parts
1.5 portions of antioxidant
Initiator 1.5 parts
3 parts of a crosslinking agent.
The preparation method of the milk powder comprises the following steps
(1) Weighing a proper amount of polyester polyol, diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, adding the polyester polyol, the diisocyanate and the polyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, heating to 100 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed materials are uniformly mixed, and then keeping the temperature for 0.8 h;
(2) cooling the reaction kettle in the step (1) to 70 ℃, adding a proper amount of catalyst and chain extender, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 0.8h to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) extruding and granulating the mixed raw materials in the step (2) to obtain a polyurethane elastomer;
(4) weighing a proper amount of epoxy resin, polypropylene, EVA resin, an initiator, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (3), and drying at 65 ℃ for 2.5 hours to obtain a dried material;
(5) heating the dried material obtained in the step (4) to 200 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed material is uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 0.8h to obtain a mixed material;
(6) and (5) injecting the mixed material in the step (5) into a mould, cooling and forming to obtain the required breast support.
Example 5
This example differs from examples 1-4 in that: the breast support is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60 parts of polyester polyol
50 parts of diisocyanate
30 portions of polyethylene glycol
Chain extender 2.5 parts
Catalyst 3 parts
28 parts of epoxy resin
20 portions of polypropylene
EVA resin 20 parts
4 portions of antibacterial agent
2 portions of antioxidant
2.5 parts of initiator
4 parts of a crosslinking agent.
The preparation method of the milk powder comprises the following steps
(1) Weighing a proper amount of polyester polyol, diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, adding the polyester polyol, the diisocyanate and the polyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, heating to 110 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed materials are uniformly mixed, and then keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 h;
(2) cooling the reaction kettle in the step (1) to 72 ℃, adding a proper amount of catalyst and chain extender, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 1h to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) extruding and granulating the mixed raw materials in the step (2) to obtain a polyurethane elastomer;
(4) weighing a proper amount of epoxy resin, polypropylene, EVA resin, an initiator, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (3), and drying at 68 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain a dried material;
(5) heating the dried material obtained in the step (4) to 220 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed material is uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 1h to obtain a mixed material;
(6) and (5) injecting the mixed material in the step (5) into a mould, cooling and forming to obtain the required breast support.
Example 6
This example differs from examples 1-5 in that: the breast support is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
80 parts of polyester polyol
Diisocyanate 60 parts
40 portions of polyethylene glycol
Chain extender 3 parts
Catalyst 4 parts
30 parts of epoxy resin
25 parts of polypropylene
25 parts of EVA resin
5 portions of antibacterial agent
3 portions of antioxidant
3 portions of initiator
5 parts of a crosslinking agent.
The preparation method of the milk powder comprises the following steps
(1) Weighing a proper amount of polyester polyol, diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, adding the polyester polyol, the diisocyanate and the polyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, heating to 115 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed materials are uniformly mixed, and then keeping the temperature for 1 h;
(2) cooling the reaction kettle in the step (1) to 75 ℃, adding a proper amount of catalyst and chain extender, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 1h to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) extruding and granulating the mixed raw materials in the step (2) to obtain a polyurethane elastomer;
(4) weighing a proper amount of epoxy resin, polypropylene, EVA resin, an initiator, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (3), and drying at 70 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain a dried material;
(5) heating the dried material obtained in the step (4) to 250 ℃, melting, stirring until the mixed material is uniformly mixed, and then preserving heat for 1h to obtain a mixed material;
(6) and (5) injecting the mixed material in the step (5) into a mould, cooling and forming to obtain the required breast support.
Example 7
This embodiment relates to a brassiere made from the breast brace of embodiments 1-6, the brassiere being an upright cotton brassiere.
The method comprises the following steps: (1) the surface bottom material is singly pasted with upright cotton; (2) spraying quick-drying glue on the bottom material; (3) cutting the noodle base material; (4) opening and cutting the hand-pushed cotton; (5) hand-pushing cotton single-side glue spraying; (6) spraying glue on the single side of the breast support; (7) setting the fabric once; (8) placing the breast support; (9) placing hand-pushed cotton; (10) secondary sizing; (11) and cooling; (12) trimming the semi-finished product; (13) and (5) shaping a finished product.
The vertical cotton bra manufactured by the breast support of the invention replaces a steel ring and an inner container, and the vertical cotton bra of the invention achieves the effect of softness with the steel ring enclosure rather than the effect of no steel ring enclosure and lightness, so that the breast cancer and the liver channel extrusion are reduced in the long-term wearing process of women, and the effects of ventilation and gathering can be achieved at the same time.

(2) cooling the material subjected to heat preservation in the step (1) to 65-75 ℃, adding a catalyst and a chain extender, uniformly mixing, and preserving heat for 0.5-1.0 h;
(3) extruding and granulating the materials subjected to heat preservation in the step (2) to obtain a polyurethane elastomer;
(4) mixing the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (3) with epoxy resin, polypropylene, EVA resin, an initiator, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant and a crosslinking agent, and drying at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 2-3 h;
(5) heating the material dried in the step (4) to 160-250 ℃, uniformly mixing, and keeping the temperature for 0.5-1.0 h;
(6) and (5) injecting the material subjected to heat preservation in the step (5) into a mold, and cooling and forming to obtain the breast support.
