本发明涉及一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物及其制备方法,按照重量份计,包括氟醚菌酰胺3‑5份、碧拓微生物菌剂1‑3份、黄连提取物1‑3份、大蒜油1‑3份、麦饭石3‑5份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1‑0.5份、润湿剂5~10份、分散剂3~10份、硅藻土25~35份和水15~20份。本发明组合物组方合理,制备简单,属于环保新剂型,防治黄瓜霜霉病效果显著。黄瓜生产中,往往是多种有害生物同时存在,四种杀菌剂混合使用可以扩大控制范围、增强防治效果、降低药剂毒害、延长施药适期、节省防治成本、减少施药次数、强化适应性能、延缓靶标抗药性的产生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物及其制备方法,属于农药领域。
背景技术
黄瓜霜霉病是一种重要的黄瓜病害,可能发生在任何种植黄瓜的地方。黄瓜霜霉病的症状主要表现在叶片上。成株期发病,且多在开花结瓜之后发病。通常情况下,发病是从底部叶片开始。当黄瓜受害后,初期,叶片正面会出现不规则的褪绿。叶片出现水渍状病班,清晨或雨后最为明显。然后逐渐扩大,变成黄绿色甚至黄色和褐色,病斑受叶脉限制,但是不穿孔,当湿度较大时,病斑背面会有紫黑色的霉层。病情严重时,多个病斑汇合成片,全叶卷缩干枯,甚至整株死亡。该病由气流传播、再侵染频繁,潜育期短,危害严重。在我国北方,黄瓜受害尤为严重。目前,黄瓜霜霉病已经成为了制约黄瓜生产的关键因素。目前防治黄瓜霜霉病主要以化学农药为主,例如:72%普力克水剂800倍液、72%克露可湿性粉剂600倍液、90%疫霜灵可湿性粉剂400~500倍液、25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂800~1000倍液、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂600倍液、69%安克锰锌可湿性粉剂600倍液等,多数都是普通化学药剂,残留重,影响黄瓜品质,无法达到无公害生产的要求;且农户习惯长期使用同一种药剂,容易出现抗性,防治效果下降,导致菜农在生产中超浓度、超剂量滥用农药的现象频频发生,造成药害和蔬菜、土壤农药残留严重,形成恶性循环,严重地威胁和影响了人们的身体健康以及环境的安全。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物及其制备方法,解决了现有化学药物防治效果下降,导致菜农在生产中超浓度、超剂量滥用农药的现象频频发生,造成药害和蔬菜、土壤农药残留严重,形成恶性循环,严重地威胁和影响了人们的身体健康以及环境的安全等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,按照重量份计,包括氟醚菌酰胺3-5份、碧拓微生物菌剂1-3份、黄连提取物1-3份、大蒜油1-3份、麦饭石3-5份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1-0.5份、润湿剂5~10份、分散剂3~10份、硅藻土25~35份和水15~20份。
优选地:所述的分散剂为羟甲基纤维素。
优选地:所述润湿剂为甘油或乙醇。
优选地:所述的黄连提取物的制备方法为:取干燥黄连粉碎,按照黄连与80%乙醇的体积比为1:6的比例加入80%乙醇室温下浸泡24h后放入超声波清洗器(50khz)超声提取10分钟,过滤,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,既得黄连提取物。
本发明也提供了一种所述的防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将氟醚菌酰胺、碧拓微生物菌剂、黄连提取物、大蒜油、麦饭石、农药肥料缓释剂、润湿剂、分散剂、硅藻土和水份混合均匀,并粉碎,经30μm的筛网过滤,既得防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明组合物组方合理,制备简单,属于环保新剂型,防治黄瓜霜霉病效果显著。黄瓜生产中,往往是多种有害生物同时存在,四种杀菌剂混合使用可以扩大控制范围、增强防治效果、降低药剂毒害、延长施药适期、节省防治成本、减少施药次数、强化适应性能、延缓靶标抗药性的产生。
氟醚菌酰胺为内吸性杀菌剂,具有双向传导的特性,且植株对其吸收以主动吸收为主。碧拓微生物菌剂为纯天然微生物菌剂,有机环保微生物制剂,通过破坏病原体细胞壁并阻止病原体细胞壁的形成及成长、干扰真菌及细菌的呼吸、防止孢子的萌发,感染和扩散传播,从而达到病害的防治效果。将它们二者组合使用可以有效的提高防治效果,有效的降低使用量。黄连提取物和大蒜油为植物提取物,具有广泛的抗菌作用。将它们与微生物菌剂复配使用,可以有效的提高抗菌效果,达到降低使用量,提高防效的作用。
麦饭石具有多种微量元素,添加它一方面可以有效的提高抗菌效果,另一方面可以及时补充黄瓜的营养,有效的降低霜霉病对黄瓜的影响。
本发明使用的农药肥料缓释剂是石家庄天源淀粉衍生物有限公司生产的,该农药肥料缓释剂是由天然高分子材料研制而成,能够自动降解,环保无毒。其分解的终端产物不含有害金属,不会对农药的化学质量产生负面影响,有利于环境保护,是帮助提高农药市场竞争力的“天然环保型农药助剂。在粉剂、液体、颗粒农药中加入该专利产品后,可大幅度减少农药的蒸发淋失,具有良好的的缓释和增效作用,对不同的原药,增效倍数可达6到20倍,在实际使用中可以减少农药的参考用量达50%以上,又是一种节约、高效型助剂。添加农药肥料缓释剂有效提高药效,降低使用量。

下面将结合本发明具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下实施例所用黄连提取物的制备方法为:取干燥黄连粉碎,按照黄连与80%乙醇的体积比为1:6的比例加入80%乙醇室温下浸泡24h后放入超声波清洗器(50khz)超声提取10分钟,过滤,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,既得黄连提取物。

其制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将氟醚菌酰胺、碧拓微生物菌剂、黄连提取物、大蒜油、麦饭石、农药肥料缓释剂、润湿剂、分散剂、硅藻土和水份混合均匀,并粉碎,经30μm的筛网过滤,既得防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物。
实施例2
一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,按照重量份计,包括氟醚菌酰胺4份、碧拓微生物菌剂1份、黄连提取物2份、大蒜油2份、麦饭石4份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1份、润湿剂10份、分散剂6份、硅藻土30份和水18份。
分散剂为羟甲基纤维素。
润湿剂为乙醇。
其制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将氟醚菌酰胺、碧拓微生物菌剂、黄连提取物、大蒜油、麦饭石、农药肥料缓释剂、润湿剂、分散剂、硅藻土和水份混合均匀,并粉碎,经30μm的筛网过滤,既得防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物。
实施例3
一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,按照重量份计,包括氟醚菌酰胺5份、碧拓微生物菌剂3份、黄连提取物1份、大蒜油3份、麦饭石5份、农药肥料缓释剂0.5份、润湿剂5份、分散剂10份、硅藻土35份和水20份。
分散剂为羟甲基纤维素。
润湿剂为甘油。
其制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将氟醚菌酰胺、碧拓微生物菌剂、黄连提取物、大蒜油、麦饭石、农药肥料缓释剂、润湿剂、分散剂、硅藻土和水份混合均匀,并粉碎,经30μm的筛网过滤,既得防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物。
效果实验
试验点选取合肥某处菜地,药剂:以实施例1-3和50%氟醚菌酰胺水分散粒剂,稀释500倍,喷施,黄瓜品种为津优36号,在春茬黄瓜上实验,试验采用随机区组排列,小区面积约13.2m2,施药温度为15℃~25℃,施药湿度为40%~50%,分别在施药前,每个方案最后一次施药14d调查防治效果。参照农业部农药田间试验准则杀菌剂防治黄瓜霜霉病杀菌剂的方法进行调查统计分析,具体见下表。

由上表可知,本发明的药物的防效达到92%以上,与50%氟醚菌酰胺水分散粒剂相比,具有很大的提高,而且有效的降低了氟醚菌酰胺的使用量。

1.一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,其特征在于:按照重量份计,包括氟醚菌酰胺3-5份、碧拓微生物菌剂1-3份、黄连提取物1-3份、大蒜油1-3份、麦饭石3-5份、农药肥料缓释剂0.1-0.5份、润湿剂5~10份、分散剂3~10份、硅藻土25~35份和水15~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为羟甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为甘油或乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物,其特征在于:所述的黄连提取物的制备方法为:取干燥黄连粉碎,按照黄连与80%乙醇的体积比为1:6的比例加入80%乙醇室温下浸泡24h后放入超声波清洗器(50khz)超声提取10分钟,过滤,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,既得黄连提取物。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将氟醚菌酰胺、碧拓微生物菌剂、黄连提取物、大蒜油、麦饭石、农药肥料缓释剂、润湿剂、分散剂、硅藻土和水份混合均匀,并粉碎,经30μm的筛网过滤,既得防治黄瓜霜霉病的药物。
