本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种角度可调LED显示装置。
背景技术
LED显示屏具有体积小,重量轻,能耗低等诸多优点,其已经代替了传统的CRT显示器。现有的LED显示屏往往固定在墙面,无法自由选择角度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种一种角度可调LED显示装置,以解现有的LED显示屏往往固定在墙面,无法自由选择高度的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种角度可调LED显示装置,包括:
前壳、后盖、LED模块、控制器以及玻璃挡板;
所述LED模块设置于所述前壳和所述后盖之间,所述控制器设置于所述LED模块上方,所述控制器与所述LED模块连接,所述玻璃挡板罩设于所述前壳上;
所述前壳和后盖底部设置有底座,所述底座底部设置有转动连接件,所述转动连接件下方设置有球状连接槽,所述底座通过所述转动连接件与所述球状连接槽转动连接,所述转动连接件为球形,所述底座的一侧设置有支架。
所述前壳、所述后盖为塑料与铝合金复合层。
玻璃挡板与所述前壳之间设置有密封圈。

如图1所示,本发明的一种角度可调LED显示装置,包括:前壳1、后盖2、LED模块3、控制器4以及玻璃挡板10;所述LED模块3设置于所述前壳1和所述后盖2之间,所述控制器4设置于所述LED模块3上方,所述控制器4与所述LED模块3连接,所述玻璃挡板10罩设于所述前壳1上;所述前壳1和后盖2底部设置有底座5,所述底座5底部设置有转动连接件6,所述转动连接件6下方设置有球状连接槽7,所述底座5通过所述转动连接件6与所述球状连接槽7转动连接,所述转动连接件6为球形,所述底座5的一侧设置有支架8。所述前壳1、所述后盖2为塑料与铝合金复合层。玻璃挡板5与所述前壳1之间设置有密封圈。

前壳(1)、后盖(2)、LED模块(3)、控制器(4)以及玻璃挡板(10);
所述LED模块(3)设置于所述前壳(1)和所述后盖(2)之间,所述控制器(4)设置于所述LED模块(3)上方,所述控制器(4)与所述LED模块(3)连接,所述玻璃挡板(10)罩设于所述前壳(1)上;
所述前壳(1)和后盖(2)底部设置有底座(5),所述底座(5)底部设置有转动连接件(6),所述转动连接件(6)下方设置有球状连接槽(7),所述底座(5)通过所述转动连接件(6)与所述球状连接槽(7)转动连接,所述转动连接件(6)为球形,所述底座(5)的一侧设置有支架(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种角度可调LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述前壳(1)、所述后盖(2)为塑料与铝合金复合层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种角度可调LED显示装置,其特征在于,玻璃挡板(5)与所述前壳(1)之间设置有密封圈。
