Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,包括聚合主站系统、配套从站和通讯模块。聚合主站系统和配套从站通过通讯模块连接,聚合主站系统包括工程师站和操作员站电脑、profibus‑DP主站接口卡、主控卡、数据转发卡、IO输入输出卡和SCNETⅡ网络,从站系统为各个自带PLC控制器能独立运行的辅助生产机构。通讯模块采用总线型拓扑结构。本发明通过中央DCS系统和各设备PLC系统互相通讯模式,实现了工艺人员对整个产线的工艺调整和把控,使产线的操作更流畅,降低了整个系统电缆成本,提高了生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚酯切片领域,具体涉及一种聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置。
背景技术
目前聚酯生产线的系统控制,大都采用聚合产线DCS控制,而附属配套设备(如锅炉房,压空系统,水处理系统,切粒系统等)单一控制的模式。而这种控制方式的缺点:导致设备运行各行其是,互通性差,不利于整个系统工程的整合,也不利于工艺人员对整个厂区工艺的掌控和调整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设备互通性好,有利于系统工程整合,有利于工艺人员对整个厂区工艺的掌握和调整的聚酯生产线的网络自动化控制装置。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,包括聚合主站系统、配套从站和通讯模块,聚合主站系统和配套从站通过通讯模块连接,聚合主站系统包括工程师站和操作员站电脑、profibus-DP主站接口卡、主控卡、数据转发卡、IO输入输出卡和SCNETⅡ网络,所述主控卡和主站接口卡分别通过SCNETⅡ网络链接到工程师站和操作员电脑,所述IO输入输出卡通过数据转发卡与主控卡连接,所述profibus-DP主站接口卡和主控卡总数量应小于31个,且每个profibus-DP主站接口卡通过通讯模块对应连接小于31个配套从站,通讯模块采用总线型拓扑结构。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,通讯模块总线速度为9.6K-12M可调。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,通讯模块为profibus-DP。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,profibus-DP主站接口卡为XP239-DP卡。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,配套从站为锅炉房、压空系统、水处理系统或切粒系统中的一种或多种。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,当配套从站间距离过远,通讯信号衰减较大,配套从站间通过中继器连接。
本发明有益效果:降低成本,设备互通性好,有利于系统工程整合,有利于工艺人员对整个厂区工艺的掌握和调整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,本发明包括聚合主站系统1、配套从站2和通讯模块3。聚合主站系统1和配套从站2通过通讯模块3连接。聚合主站系统1选用浙大中控JX-300XP,聚合主站系统1主要设置有JX-300XP的组态软件AdvanTrol-Pro V2.70,配置软件为基本版SyCon。聚合主站系统1包括工程师站和操作员站电脑11、profibus-DP主站接口卡12、主控卡13、数据转发卡14、IO输入输出卡15和SCNETⅡ网络16,IO输入输出卡15通过数据转发卡14与主控卡13连接,主控卡13和profibus-DP主站接口卡12分别通过SCNETⅡ网络16链接到工程师站和操作员站电脑11,每个profibus-DP主站接口卡12对应连接小于31个配套从站2。profibus-DP主站接口卡12最大可以有3.5K byte的输入数据和3.5K byte的输出数据,profibus-DP主站接口卡12参与控制的输入数据和参与控制的输出数据都要小于512byte,profibus-DP主站接口卡12的实时数据位号要小于4096个。所述profibus-DP主站接口卡12和主控卡13总数量应小于31个。配套从站2采用具有支持profibus-DP模块的西门子PLC系统。配套从站2配置为装有EM277DP通讯模块的S7-200 PLC和装有CP342-5模块的S7-300 PLC,两种模块的拨码开关数字不能重复。配套从站2的通讯模块S7-200 PLC的编程软件为STEP 7-MicroWINV4.0 incl.SP9,模块S7-300 PLC的编程软件为Step7V5.5 CN SP4。
如图2所示,通讯模块3采用总线型拓扑结构,选用PROFIBUS-DP通讯模块。配套从站2间通过各终端4连接,当距离较远时配套从站2与中继器31也是通过终端4连接。中继器31选用型号RS-485的中继器。当通讯距离特别远或者电磁干扰比较大的环境中,考虑使用光链路模块扩展profibus-DP总线段。

Claims (6)
1.一种聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:包括聚合主站系统、配套从站和通讯模块,聚合主站系统和配套从站通过通讯模块连接,聚合主站系统包括工程师站和操作员站电脑、profibus-DP主站接口卡、主控卡、数据转发卡、IO输入输出卡和SCNETⅡ网络,所述主控卡和profibus-DP主站接口卡分别通过SCNETⅡ网络链接到工程师站和操作员站电脑,所述IO输入输出卡通过数据转发卡与主控卡连接,所述profibus-DP主站接口卡和主控卡总数量应小于31个,且每个profibus-DP主站接口卡通过通讯模块对应连接小于31个配套从站,通讯模块采用总线型拓扑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:通讯模块总线速度为9.6K-12M可调。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:通讯模块为profibus-DP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:profibus-DP主站接口卡为XP239-DP卡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:配套从站为锅炉房、压空系统、水处理系统或切粒系统中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯生产线的网络自动化装置,其特征在于:当配套从站间距离过远,通讯信号衰减较大,配套从站间通过中继器连接。
