本发明公开了一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架,包括有截面为倒L形的挂架本体,挂架本体的纵向壁的外表面设有多个集热管安装槽;所述挂架本体的横向壁的内部设有多个与安装槽对应的软管管道;软管管道将挂架本体的横向壁的两端连通;统一了挂架形状,首先,消费者可以先在房屋装修时就安装该架,不占地方,等到需要装热水器的时候,直接安装在相应位置即可,非常方便,其次,可以有效实现集热管的更换,方便简单。

本发明涉及一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架。
背景技术
太阳能热水器是用来将太阳能转化为热能将水烧热的一种电器,目前太阳能热水器的安装位置主要是放置在屋顶上,然后,越来越多的厂商开始使用墙面壁挂式的方式来装太阳能热水器,这种太阳能热水器放置在墙面,可以有节省空间。但,目前这种太阳能安装的方法非常复杂,主要有以下确定:1、需要一次性的将集热管安装好,无法拆卸,更换。2、市场的安装方法不统一,造成需要装太阳能的时候要砸墙等工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上所述的缺点,提供一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架。
为实现上述目的,本发明的具体方案如下:一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架,包括有截面为倒L形的挂架本体,挂架本体的纵向壁的外表面设有多个集热管安装槽;所述挂架本体的横向壁的内部设有多个与安装槽对应的软管管道;软管管道将挂架本体的横向壁的两端连通;
还包括有从挂架本体的横向壁的底面向下延伸出的回力壁,所述挂架本体的纵向壁的内表面设有多个缓冲垫。
其中,所述回力壁的底部设有多个用于安装水箱的槽口。
其中,所述挂架本体为铝合金挂架本体。
其中,所述挂架本体与回力壁为一体成型。
其中,所述集热管安装槽内铺垫有缓冲棉。
本发明的有益效果为:统一了挂架形状,首先,消费者可以先在房屋装修时就安装该架,不占地方,等到需要装热水器的时候,直接安装在相应位置即可,非常方便,其次,可以有效实现集热管的更换,方便简单。

如图1至图2所示,本实施例所述的一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架,包括有截面为倒L形的挂架本体1,挂架本体1的纵向壁的外表面设有多个集热管安装槽11;所述挂架本体1的横向壁的内部设有多个与安装槽对应的软管管道12;软管管道12将挂架本体1的横向壁的两端连通;还包括有从挂架本体1的横向壁的底面向下延伸出的回力壁13,所述挂架本体1的纵向壁的内表面设有多个缓冲垫15。
如图3所示,消费者可以在装修前将本安装架安装在墙体3上,窗户2安装在挂架本体1的横壁顶面上;这样以后再需要安装热水器的时候,只需要将热水器的集热管等部件安装到安装槽内即可。缓冲垫15可以有效降低风等外力引起的震动。本发明统一了挂架形状,首先,消费者可以先在房屋装修时就安装该架,不占地方,等到需要装热水器的时候,直接安装在相应位置即可,非常方便,其次,可以有效实现集热管的更换,方便简单。
本实施例所述中,所述回力壁13的底部设有多个用于安装水箱的槽口14。如图3,可以用于挂设水箱。本实施例所述中,所述挂架本体1为铝合金挂架本体1。本实施例所述中,所述挂架本体1与回力壁13为一体成型。本实施例所述中,所述集热管安装槽11内铺垫有缓冲棉。可以有效防止集热管的冷缩热涨引起的爆裂,还具有保温功能,防护功能。
统一了挂架形状,首先,消费者可以先在房屋装修时就安装该架,不占地方,等到需要装热水器的时候,直接安装在相应位置即可,非常方便,其次,可以有效实现集热管的更换,方便简单。

1.一种屋面太阳能热水器安装架,其特征在于:包括有截面为倒L形的挂架本体(1),挂架本体(1)的纵向壁的外表面设有多个集热管安装槽(11);所述挂架本体(1)的横向壁的内部设有多个与安装槽对应的软管管道(12);软管管道(12)将挂架本体(1)的横向壁的两端连通;
还包括有从挂架本体(1)的横向壁的底面向下延伸出的回力壁(13),所述挂架本体(1)的纵向壁的内表面设有多个缓冲垫(15)。
