本发明公开了一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,包括:表面吸湿层和背面抑菌层,所述表面吸湿层设置在背面抑菌层的上表面,所述表面吸湿层是由亚麻纤维、玉石纤维和棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,所述背面抑菌层由纳米银纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料,所述纳米银纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为12%~15%,所述玉石纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为25%~32%,所述表面吸湿层上设置有印花图案。通过上述方式,本发明指出的一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,表面吸湿层的质感柔软又温和,吸湿排汗速度快,体感清凉但不会过分冰冷而伤害体质,背面抑菌层有效抑菌,防止霉变,印花图案美观,档次提升明显,适合夏季使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及印花面料领域,特别是涉及一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料。
背景技术
夏天的天气炎热,很多人喜欢在床上铺凉席,凉席根据制作材料主要分为竹编和草编凉席。凉席的体感凉爽,在炎热的下有效为人体进行降温,深受人们的喜爱。
普通的凉席虽然体感凉爽,但吸湿和排湿的性能非常有限,人体排出的汗液难以及时排湿,发汗部分变得湿滑,长期如此凉席容易发生霉变而产生异味,另外凉席的质地大多不够柔软,部分竹编凉席甚至过硬,舒适性差,影响人们的睡眠,而且过于冰爽的质地容易伤害部分人体的虚弱体质,缺乏美感。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,提升美感效果,使得床单柔软吸湿,抑菌防霉,体感清凉而又温和。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,包括:表面吸湿层和背面抑菌层,所述表面吸湿层设置在背面抑菌层的上表面,所述表面吸湿层是由亚麻纤维、玉石纤维和棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,所述背面抑菌层由纳米银纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料,所述纳米银纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为12%~15%,所述玉石纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为25%~32%,所述表面吸湿层上设置有印花图案。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述竹纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为85%~88%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亚麻纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为35%~42%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述棉纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为26%~33%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述印花图案为转移印花图案或者烫花印花图案。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面吸湿层与背面抑菌层的边缘采用缝纫线相连接或者边缘热压复合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,表面吸湿层的质感柔软又温和,吸湿排汗速度快,体感清凉但不会过分冰冷而伤害体质,背面抑菌层有效抑菌,防止霉变,适合夏季使用,而且表面的印花图案提升了美观效果,档次高。

本发明实施例包括:
一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,包括:表面吸湿层和背面抑菌层,所述表面吸湿层设置在背面抑菌层的上表面,所述表面吸湿层是由亚麻纤维、玉石纤维和棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,所述背面抑菌层由纳米银纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料,所述纳米银纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为12%~15%,纳米银纤维最大的特点就是抑菌效果好,所述玉石纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为25%~32%,玉石纤维体感非常凉爽,玉石纤维制成的织物,特别适合在炎热的夏天使用。
本发明一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,所述竹纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为85%~88%。竹纤维是天然环保纤维,竹纤维具有良好的透气性和瞬间吸水性,而且具有天然抗菌、抑菌和防臭功能。
所述亚麻纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为35%~42%。亚麻纤维的吸湿量大,而且导湿的速度快。所述棉纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为26%~33%。棉纤维柔软舒适,保暖吸湿,而且对人体没有不良影响,适合贴身使用。
所述表面吸湿层上设置有印花图案,所述印花图案为转移印花图案或者烫花印花图案,图案美观,而且不易褪色。所述表面吸湿层与背面抑菌层的边缘采用缝纫线相连接或者边缘热压复合,结构牢固。
实施例1:
取12重量份的纳米银纤维和88重量份的竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料;
取42重量份的亚麻纤维、32重量份的玉石纤维和26重量份的棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,并在表面进行转移印花处理,得到转移印花图案;
把吸湿面料放置在抑菌面料上方进行叠加,然后利用缝纫或者锁边设备对吸湿面料和抑菌面料的边缘进行连接固定。
实施例2:
取15重量份的纳米银纤维和85重量份的竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料;
取35重量份的亚麻纤维、25重量份的玉石纤维和33重量份的棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,并在表面进行烫花处理,得到烫花印花图案;
把吸湿面料放置在抑菌面料上方进行叠加,然后热压设备对吸湿面料和抑菌面料的边缘进行热压复合固定。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,结合了凉席和普通床单的优点,吸湿排汗速度快,触感柔软清凉,而且温和对人体无损害,抑菌效果好,防霉除异味,适合炎热的夏季使用,表面图案美观,提升了档次。

1.一种吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,包括:表面吸湿层和背面抑菌层,所述表面吸湿层设置在背面抑菌层的上表面,所述表面吸湿层是由亚麻纤维、玉石纤维和棉纤维混纺制成的吸湿面料,所述背面抑菌层由纳米银纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的抑菌面料,所述纳米银纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为12%~15%,所述玉石纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为25%~32%,所述表面吸湿层上设置有印花图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,所述竹纤维在背面抑菌层中所占的重量百分比为85%~88%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,所述亚麻纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为35%~42%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,所述棉纤维在表面吸湿层中所占的重量百分比为26%~33%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,所述印花图案为转移印花图案或者烫花印花图案。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿清凉印花床单面料,其特征在于,所述表面吸湿层与背面抑菌层的边缘采用缝纫线相连接或者边缘热压复合。
