Abstract
The invention discloses a flange cover plate turnover device for fixing a needle cylinder, which comprises: the friction piece comprises an arc-shaped part, the circle center of the arc-shaped part is concentric with the circle center of the body, and the body rotates relative to the fixed frame in a first direction and is hinged in a second direction. The invention ensures that the body can only rotate 90 degrees relative to the fixed frame and can not be disengaged, and also ensures that the body can not quickly fall down due to gravity when being disengaged from the fixed frame to cause structural damage.

Background
High pressure syringes are one of the devices often used in medical equipment for injecting fluids such as contrast media, saline, and the like into the body for enhancing the effectiveness of medical imaging, such as X-ray or electromagnetic imaging. Generally, a high-pressure injector requires simple, convenient, efficient and safe operation, but the existing flange cover plate turnover device for fixing a needle cylinder is easy to fall down quickly due to gravity when being disengaged, so that structural damage is caused, and the reliability of a product is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the present invention provides an embodiment of a flange cover plate turnover device for fixing a syringe, which includes a body 1, a friction member 2 capable of rotating relative to the body 1, a fixing frame 3 hinged to the body 1 and accommodating a syringe 4, and a protective cover 5 covering the outside of the syringe 4.
The body 1 is preferably a circular cover plate provided with a central hole 10 allowing one end of the needle cylinder 4 to pass through, at least two stopper projections 12 provided outside the central hole 10, and a catching portion 14.
The friction piece 2 is made of POM material and comprises an arc-shaped part 22, the circle center of the arc-shaped part 22 is concentric with the circle center of the body 1, and the circumferential angle of the arc-shaped part is larger than 90 degrees. The main body 1 is provided with a closed guide rail 21 on the peripheral side thereof for accommodating the arc portion 22. The arc-shaped part 22 can slide back and forth relative to the closed guide rail 21, and is provided with at least two matching protrusions 220 at two ends thereof, and each matching protrusion 220 is provided with a groove 222 for accommodating the limiting protrusion 12. Wherein the groove 222 is preferably an arcuate groove. The clasping portion 14 extends in the diameter direction of the body 1.
The holder 3 includes a first end cap 30, a pair of connecting portions 32 having one ends axially connected to both sides of the first end cap 30, and a second end cap 34 connected to the other ends of the connecting portions 32. The first end cap 30 includes an end cap hole 300, a pair of steps 302 disposed inside and opposite to the end cap hole 300, a connection flange 310 located outside the end cap hole 300, a hinge shaft 320 passing through the connection flange 310, and a pair of rotation cover plates 330 rotatable about the hinge shaft 320 and engaged with each other. The rotating cover plates 330 are fixedly connected to each other by screws 24. And the rotating cover plates 330 allow the closed guide rail 21 to pass therethrough. The retaining part 14 is matched with the step 302 for rotation fixation.
From this friction member 2 is connected with body 1, and body 1 is responsible for fixing syringe 4, and friction member 2 is responsible for body 1 and keeps body 1 and first end cap 30 hinged joint when rotating in the same time. The friction piece 2 is in a step shape, and the cross section of the first end cover 30 is also in a step shape, so that the friction piece is ensured to be positioned at any point of the closed guide rail 21 and not to fall out after the body 1 is turned over, and the hinge connection between the body 1 and the first end cover 30 is kept and not to be separated.

the fixing frame comprises a first end cover, a pair of connecting parts and a second end cover, wherein one end of each connecting part is axially connected with two sides of the first end cover, and the second end cover is connected with the other end of each connecting part;
the first end cover comprises an end cover hole, a pair of opposite steps arranged on the inner side of the end cover hole, a connecting flange positioned on the outer side of the end cover hole, a hinge shaft penetrating through the connecting flange, and a pair of rotating cover plates which can rotate around the hinge shaft and are mutually buckled.
