The assembling method of the bathtub with the multifunctional massage pillow arranged inside as shown in the figure comprises the following steps:
at least one bathtub through hole 101 is arranged at any position on the bathtub body 10;
hermetically passing each shaft 22 of the massage pillow 20 through one bath through hole 101 of the bath body 10;
the driving part 21 and the massage part 23 of the massage pillow 20 are respectively arranged outside and inside the bathtub body 10, and are connected with the driving part 21 and the massage part 23 through the rotating shaft 22.
In addition, the multifunctional massage pillow can be assembled independently, is used as an assembly selecting part of a bathtub, is arranged on any installed bathtub, and can be assembled on any position required by a user on the bathtub by only punching a through hole at the position of the bathtub where the multifunctional massage pillow is pre-installed according to the installation mode, so that the suitability of the massage pillow is improved without being limited by the shape and the size of the massage pillow. In view of the suitability of the assembly mode, the shape and the size of the massage pillow can be diversified, and different massage demands and appearance favorites of users can be met.
It should be appreciated that the steps of the assembly method are not limited to the sequence of steps of the above-described embodiments, and in other alternative embodiments, the massage pillow 20 may be mounted to the tub body 10 first and then the tub body 10 may be mounted.

Claims (8)

1. A bathtub of built-in multi-functional massage pillow, its characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the bathtub body is provided with at least one bathtub through hole,
the massage pillow comprises a driving piece, a sealing plate, a flexible pillow body, at least one rotating shaft, at least one massage piece and a plurality of quick rotating knobs, wherein the driving piece drives the massage piece to rotate through the rotating shaft so as to realize a massage function;
the driving piece and the massage piece are respectively arranged outside and inside the bathtub body, and each rotating shaft passes through the bathtub through hole in a sealing way to drive one massage piece to rotate; the massage piece is driven by the rotating shaft to rotate on the flexible surface of the flexible pillow body so as to realize a massage function;
the sealing plate is abutted against the inner side of the bathtub body and used for sealing the bathtub through hole; the quick rotating knobs are used for detachably connecting the flexible pillow body and the sealing plate; each quick rotating knob comprises a knob body, a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the knob body and an abutting part arranged on the rotating shaft,
the flexible pillow body is provided with a plurality of first quick mounting holes for mounting the quick rotating knob, and the area of the first quick mounting holes is smaller than the projection area of the knob body on the surface of the flexible pillow body;
the sealing plate is provided with a rotary fixing part corresponding to each first quick-mounting hole, the rotary fixing part comprises a connecting column fixedly connected with the sealing plate and internally provided with a cavity, and a cover plate fixed at one end of the connecting column and sealing the cavity, the cover plate is provided with a second quick-mounting hole correspondingly communicated with the cavity, the second quick-mounting hole is correspondingly and coaxially communicated with the first quick-mounting hole,
when the rotary pillow is assembled, the rotary shaft of each quick rotary knob sequentially passes through the first quick mounting hole and the second quick mounting hole, so that the rotary knob body is abutted against the flexible pillow body, and the abutting part extends into and is accommodated in the cavity;
when the rotary knob is used, the knob body is rotated to drive the abutting part to rotate, so that the abutting part abuts against the cover plate, and the flexible pillow body and the sealing plate are detachably connected.

A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 1, wherein: the sealing plate is provided with a first through hole at the position corresponding to each bathtub through hole, the sealing plate outwards extends at the position corresponding to each first through hole to form a hollow column for sealing the bathtub through hole, and when the bathtub through hole is assembled, the hollow column stretches into the bathtub through hole, the rotating shaft stretches into the hollow column and sequentially penetrates through the bathtub through hole and the first through hole.

A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 2, wherein: the hollow column is coaxially communicated with the first through hole, and the inner diameter of the hollow column is larger than the diameter of the first through hole, so that a first abutting step is formed at the joint of the hollow column and the first through hole;
the rotary shaft is provided with a second abutting step at a position corresponding to the first abutting step, and when the rotary shaft is assembled, the V-shaped sealing ring sleeved on the outer side of the rotary shaft is respectively abutted against the first abutting step and the second abutting step, so that dynamic sealing connection between the rotary shaft and the sealing plate is realized.

A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 2, wherein: the outer wall of hollow post is equipped with first sealed step, and when the assembly, the hollow post stretches into in the bathtub through-hole, the cover is located two relative sealing surfaces of the first sealing washer in the hollow post outside respectively butt first sealed step with the inner wall of bathtub body, thereby realize the closing plate with static sealing connection between the bathtub body.
5. A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 1, wherein: the abutting surface of the cover plate and the abutting part is an inclined surface.

A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 2, wherein: the massage pillow further comprises a base, a bottom plate and a bracket, wherein the base and the bottom plate are used for enclosing a containing space for containing the driving piece together, the bracket supports and limits the driving piece, and the bracket and the driving piece are contained in the containing space and are fixed in the base;
the bottom plate corresponds the position of pivot is equipped with the bottom plate through-hole, the bottom plate through-hole respectively with the cavity post first through-hole with bathtub through-hole coaxial intercommunication, just the one end of pivot stretches into in the bottom plate through-hole with the driving piece transmission is connected, the other end of pivot stretches into in the cavity post, and pass in proper order the bathtub through-hole with first through-hole.

A bathtub with a built-in multifunctional massage pillow as defined in claim 6, wherein: the bottom plate is also provided with a sealing groove corresponding to the position of each hollow column in the sealing plate, the inner wall of each sealing groove is provided with a second sealing step, the bottom of each sealing groove is provided with at least one fixing hole, and the position of the end surface of each hollow column corresponding to each fixing hole is provided with a threaded hole;
during assembly, the hollow column stretches into the sealing groove and abuts against the bottom of the sealing groove, and the hollow column stretches into the threaded hole through a bolt to realize fixed connection of the bottom plate and the hollow column; and the two opposite sides of the second sealing ring sleeved on the outer side of the hollow column are respectively abutted against the second sealing step and the outer wall of the bathtub body, so that static sealing connection between the bottom plate and the bathtub body is realized.

hermetically penetrating each rotating shaft of the massage pillow through a bathtub through hole of the bathtub body;
the driving piece and the massage piece of the massage pillow are respectively arranged outside and inside the bathtub body, and are connected with the driving piece and the massage piece through the rotating shaft.
