The method of claim 2, wherein the base station sends cooperative communication measurement indication information to the second terminal within the area range according to the area range, and the method comprises: and the base station sends the broadcast message to a second terminal in the area range periodically or in a triggering manner according to the area range and on demand.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after the base station sends the cooperative communication establishment indication information to the second terminal within the area range according to the area range, the method further includes:
the base station acquires cooperative communication establishment indication response information sent by the second terminal, wherein the cooperative communication establishment indication response information comprises a message for completing cooperative establishment between the first terminal and the second terminal;
and the base station determines to stop sending the cooperative communication measurement indication information to the second terminal in the area range according to the cooperative communication establishment indication response information.
5. A collaboration establishing apparatus, comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain collaboration request information sent by a first terminal, where the collaboration request information includes: the position information comprises information of the position of the first terminal, and the channel quality information comprises information of the channel quality between the first terminal and a base station;
a determining module, configured to determine, according to the cooperation request information, an area range in which cooperation communication establishment indication information is sent, where the cooperation communication establishment indication information is used to indicate cooperation establishment between a second terminal and the first terminal, the second terminal at least includes a capability of forwarding information between the first terminal and the base station, and the area range includes a sector in which the first terminal is located or a beam coverage area in which the first terminal is located;
a sending module, configured to send the cooperative communication establishment indication information to a second terminal in the area range according to the area range, where the cooperative communication establishment indication information includes indication information for performing cooperative establishment between the first terminal and the second terminal;
the sending module is further configured to send cooperative communication measurement indication information to each second terminal in the area range, where the cooperative communication measurement indication information is used to indicate the second terminal to measure a first channel quality and a second channel quality, the first channel quality includes a channel quality between the second terminal and the first terminal, the second channel quality includes a channel quality between the second terminal and the base station, and the cooperative communication measurement indication information at least includes identification information of the first terminal, uplink reference signal configuration information of the first terminal, and a reason for establishing cooperative communication;
the obtaining module is further configured to obtain cooperative communication measurement indication response information sent by each second terminal, where the cooperative communication measurement indication response information carries information of the first channel quality and the second channel quality;
the determining module is further configured to determine, according to the cooperative communication measurement indication response information, a second terminal for performing cooperative establishment with the first terminal.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the cooperative communication measurement indication information is carried in a broadcast message.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the sending module is specifically configured to send the broadcast message to a second terminal within the area range periodically or on demand according to the area range.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to obtain cooperative communication establishment indication response information sent by the second terminal, where the cooperative communication establishment indication response information includes a message that the cooperation establishment between the first terminal and the second terminal is completed;
the determining module is further configured to determine to stop sending the cooperative communication measurement indication information to the second terminal within the area range according to the cooperative communication establishment indication response information.
