Judging whether the video recording mark is a video stop mark, if so, carrying out a video recording ending program, then marking the video recording mark as standby, and if not, jumping to the step of (5) reading the m3u8 content of the picture quality by using an http:// xxx. xxx/03.m3u8 website, and continuing to execute the step; and (4) if the current time stamp is equal to the program playing ending time stamp or the storage medium is full, marking the video recording as stopping the video recording.

In summary, the mobile intelligent terminal video recording system and method thereof of the present invention can record the HLS live channel program on the storage medium of the mobile intelligent terminal or on the personal cloud while watching the HLS live channel program at the mobile intelligent terminal without complicated settings and server devices, and can directly play the recorded program film after recording. The invention can play local program films while recording, and meets the use requirement of the mobile intelligent terminal television for watching back.
In summary, the present invention has achieved the desired enhanced efficacy through the prior art, and it is not easy for those skilled in the art to understand that the improved performance and utility of the present invention are in accordance with the requirements of the patent application.

Claims (10)

1. A mobile intelligent terminal video recording system comprises:
a local program film information set providing a plurality of local program film information;
a local program film library for storing a plurality of local program films;
the mobile intelligent terminal video recording module is connected with the local program video library and the local program video information set, starts to record HLS live channel programs according to the local program video information, and stores the recorded local program videos in the local program video library;
a channel program recording setting unit, which comprises recording image quality and program HLS website; and
a local program film transcribing unit, which reads whether there is HLS sectional index website meeting the set recording picture quality through the program HLS website, if there is no HLS sectional index website meeting the set recording picture quality, the local program film transcribing unit reads the next HLS sectional index website and removes the HLS sectional index websites of other picture qualities to store the next HLS sectional index website as the local HLS sectional index website, then builds a downloading HLS sectional film list through the content of the local HLS sectional index website and the local sectional index information, and downloads the sectional film through the local program film transcribing unit and stores it into the local program film library.
2. The mobile intelligent terminal video recording system of claim 1, wherein the channel program recording setting unit further determines whether a broadcast timestamp of a program recording information set overlaps a recording timestamp, and if not, the channel program recording setting unit generates a video recording information in the program recording information set when the recording timestamp is greater than or equal to a current timestamp.
3. The mobile intelligent terminal video recording system of claim 2, wherein the mobile intelligent terminal video recording module further comprises:
and a timing monitoring recording marking unit for monitoring the recording start time and the playing end time of the program recording information set at a timing and judging whether to start recording or stop recording.
4. The mobile intelligent terminal video recording system of claim 3, wherein the transcribing local program movie unit further starts recording or stops recording according to the determination result of the timer monitor recording flag unit.
5. The mobile intelligent terminal video recording system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the mobile intelligent terminal playing module is connected with the local program film library and the local program film information set and plays the local program films.
6. A video recording method for a mobile intelligent terminal comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of local program film information by a local program film information set;
storing a plurality of local program films by a local program film library;
starting to record HLS live channel programs by a mobile intelligent terminal video recording module according to the local program film information, and storing the recorded local program films in a local program film library;
a program recording setting unit of a channel comprises recording image quality and a program HLS website; and
reading whether an HLS subsection index website which accords with the set recording image quality exists or not through an HLS website of a program by a local program film transcribing unit, if the HLS subsection index website which accords with the set recording image quality does not exist, reading the HLS subsection index website of the next image quality by the local program film transcribing unit, removing the HLS subsection index websites of other image qualities to store the HLS subsection index website of the next image quality as a local HLS subsection index website, establishing a HLS subsection film downloading list through the content of the local HLS subsection index website and the local subsection index information, and downloading the subsection film by the local program transcribing unit and storing the subsection film into a local program film library.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
judging whether a playing time stamp of a program recording information set is overlapped with a recording time stamp by the channel program recording setting unit; and
if there is no overlap and the recording time stamp is larger than or equal to a current time stamp, the channel program recording setting unit generates a recording information in the program recording information set.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the mobile intelligent terminal video recording module further comprises a timing monitoring video recording flag unit, and the method further comprises the following steps:
and the timing monitoring recording marking unit monitors the starting recording time and the ending playing time of the program recording information set at fixed time and judges whether to start recording or stop recording.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
and starting or stopping recording by the local program transcribing film unit according to the judgment result of the timing monitoring recording marking unit.
10. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and a mobile intelligent terminal playing module is connected with the local program film library and the local program film information set and plays the local program films.
