Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 6, the plastic housing 3 is mounted on the insulating body 1 from top to bottom, the plastic housing 3 has a top 31 corresponding to the top surface 11, the side walls 13 and the end walls 14 of the insulating body 1, side portions 32 and an end portion 33 connecting the two side portions 32, and the side portions 32 and the end portion 33 together enclose a receiving space 311 for receiving the insulating body 1.
