Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-5, a rapid lens assembly and disassembly structure of the present invention includes two lenses 1, a nose bridge 2, and a nose pad (not shown) disposed on the nose bridge 2 or the lenses 1. The lens refers to a pure lens (i.e. without a rim) or a lens with a rim, and the present embodiment is described by taking the pure lens as an example. The invention also includes:
a clamping block 3 for locking the two lenses 1 to the nose bridge 2, wherein the clamping block is movably arranged on the nose bridge 2;
a reset member for holding the latch 3 in a locked position;
the clamping block 3 is clamped and locked on the inner ends of the two lenses 1 at the locking position, and the clamping block 3 can be pulled or pushed to leave the locking position and unlock the two lenses 1.
In this embodiment, the left and right sides of the nose middle frame 2 are respectively provided with a positioning groove 21, the positioning groove 21 is provided with a yielding hole 213 for the local ingress and egress of the clamping block 3, and in the assembled state, the inner ends of the two lenses 1 are respectively inserted into the positioning groove 21 and are engaged with the clamping block 3. The clamping block 3 is arranged at the upper part of the nose middle frame, and the clamping block 3 can be lifted upwards. The positioning groove 21 limits the upper side, the lower side, the front side and the rear side of the lens 1. The positioning groove 21 specifically comprises an upper groove portion 211 and a side groove portion 212, the upper groove portion 211 is in clamping fit with an upper edge portion 13 of the inner end portion of the lens 1, and the height of the upper edge portion 13 is lower than the height of the upper edge of the lens 1, so that the height difference between the top end of the nose middle frame 2 and the upper edge of the lens 1 is small, and the attractive appearance of the glasses is improved. The restoring member is an elastic member, specifically a spring 5, and the spring 5 is sleeved on the screw 4 and stretched between the head of the screw 4 and a limiting table 221 arranged on the inner wall of the channel 22. The nose center frame 2 top still is equipped with accommodation groove 23, passageway 22 and hole 213 that gives way communicate this accommodation groove 23, fixture block 3 is in locking position adaptation in this accommodation groove 23, makes whole more pleasing to the eye, and fixture block 3 is equipped with the portion of pulling that exposes to be convenient for pull fixture block 3. Specifically, the lifting portion is a rib 32 disposed on the top side of the clamping block 3, as shown in fig. 2.
When the lens 1 is installed, the clamping block 3 is lifted upwards, so that the clamping block moves upwards to leave the locking position, and the spring 5 is compressed; then, the inner ends of the two lenses 1 are respectively inserted into the positioning grooves 21 of the nose middle frame 2, and the bulges 12 at the inner ends of the lenses 1 are ensured to be clamped into the clamping holes 214 of the positioning grooves 21; finally, the clamping block 3 is released, the spring 5 releases energy to drive the clamping block 3 to reset downwards, the two clamping bodies 31 of the clamping block 3 are respectively clamped into the clamping grooves 11 at the inner ends of the two lenses 1, and the clamping block 3 is kept at the locking position, so that the inner ends of the two lenses 1 are limited to be separated from the positioning grooves 21 of the nose middle frame 2. The clamping block can be pushed to move upwards by pushing the screw.
When the lens 1 is disassembled, the clamping block 3 is lifted upwards to move upwards to leave the locking position and unlock the two lenses 1 (namely, the two clamping bodies 31 of the clamping block 3 respectively withdraw from the clamping grooves 11 at the inner ends of the two lenses), and the spring 5 is compressed. At this time, the inner ends of the lenses 1 can be pulled out from the positioning grooves 21 of the nose bridge 2. After the clamping block 3 is released by a human hand, the clamping block 3 is reset downwards under the action of the restoring force of the spring 5.
