本发明公开了一种带铅管‑粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体及作法,属于建筑节能抗震技术领域。T形复合墙板主要由再生混凝土墙板、EPS保温模块、PVC管、铅管‑粗砂消能减震键组成。本发明采用铅管‑粗砂消能减震键,在上、下复合墙板拼装时装配于上、下复合墙板中预留孔洞的PVC管内。所述T形复合墙体有两道抗震防线,具有良好的消能减震性能。本发明改变了普通混凝土墙体保温差的缺点,同时克服了装配式混凝土墙体抗震能力差的不足,将发明的铅管‑粗砂减震控制装置与新型构造的装配式复合墙体有机组合,形成了抗震、节能、防火一体化的墙体。同时所述复合墙体,利用了再生混凝土材料,有利于建筑垃圾资源化发展,环境效益明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体及作法,属于建筑节能抗震技术领域。
背景技术
(1)我国地域广阔,人口众多,多数建筑在地震区,其中部分建筑以自建为主,由于对抗震知识的缺乏,建造工艺不能满足抗震基本要求,抗震能力十分薄弱。唐山、汶川、玉树、雅安大地震,房屋破坏与倒塌极其惨重。研发低成本、易操作、实用型的装配式抗震节能一体化结构适应国家发展的重大需求。
(2)房屋墙体保温性能较差,冬冷时节,采暖耗费大量能源,室内热环境和舒适度较差;夏热时节,使用降温电器,耗电量较大。发展低能耗装配式抗震节能一体化结构受到国家高度重视,社会普遍关注。
(3)传统的多层砌体结构耐久性、整体抗震性能普遍较差。而高层住宅剪力墙结构由于对墙体厚度的限制及其配筋构造复杂,在多层剪力墙结构中直接套用存在造价较高、墙体较厚,不易推广的问题。此外,研发模块化结构体系和工业化建造技术,是低、多层结构建设与发展的巨大需求,生态环保建材在房屋结构中的应用是可持续发展的战略需求。基于此,本发明提出了一种低能耗,易于施工,用EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)外保温取代全混凝土墙体,用再生混凝土取代普通混凝土适于建筑垃圾资源化,用轻质墙体中的再生混凝土取代传统的粘土砖,节能抗震一体化、适宜于低多层建筑抗震节能的结构新体系发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供操作简单、实用性强、绿色环保、抗震节能、可装配化施工等优点的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体及作法,以期有效解决传统砖房建筑抗震耗能能力低,保温性能差、施工速度慢等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,T形复合墙体由两个或多个上、下T形复合墙板装配而成;T形复合墙板由再生混凝土墙板1、EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)保温模块2、PVC管3和铅管-粗砂消能减震键4组合装配而成,其中铅管-粗砂消能减震键4由铅管5、粗砂6、镀锌薄钢片盖板7和螺栓8组成。所述铅管-粗砂消能减震键4通过在铅管5中灌注粒径2mm-5mm的粗砂6,采用镀锌薄钢片盖板7对铅管上、下端加盖封堵,并采用螺栓8拧紧。铅管-粗砂消能减震键4插嵌在PVC管3内。
所述再生混凝土墙板1为单排配筋再生混凝土墙板,位于EPS保温模块2的内侧,既有利于受力,并且防护EPS保温模块,还起到防火的作用。
所述EPS保温模块2作为再生混凝土墙板的外保温层,EPS保温模块2的表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽,有利于浇筑再生混凝土成型后,EPS保温模块2与其内侧的再生混凝土墙板1进行机械咬合,构成外保温T形墙体。EPS保温模块2的四周设有企口,方便模块拼接,使较小的EPS保温模块2咬合拼接成较大的EPS保温模板。
所述PVC管3嵌套在再生混凝土墙板1的预留孔洞中,用于放置铅管-粗砂消能减震键。预留孔洞设置在再生混凝土墙板1的转角及端部。
所述铅管-粗砂消能减震键4是由塑性变形消能减震性能好的铅管5、摩擦消能减震性能好的粗砂6、镀锌薄钢片盖板7和螺栓8组成。
所述再生混凝土墙板1是由再生混凝土和单排配筋钢丝网组成,其中再生混凝土粗骨料颗粒直径为5mm-10mm;再生混凝土墙板1规格:长度为600mm-6000mm,长度模数为300mm;截面高度为300mm-1500mm,高度模数为100mm;厚度30mm-60mm,厚度模数为10mm;再生混凝土墙板接缝边缘带有45°坡角,坡角边长为3mm-5mm,在装配接缝处用水泥胶浆密封;再生混凝土墙板1的内表面采用5mm~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层;再生混凝土墙板1的四周设有企口,方便墙体拼装。
所述EPS保温模块2作为再生混凝土墙板的外保温层,增强了房屋的保温隔热能力;EPS保温模块2兼做再生混凝土墙板的外模板,其内侧再生混凝土墙板配置单排配筋钢丝网,工程塑料制作的断桥键穿过EPS保温模块,将内侧单排配筋钢丝网固定,在浇筑再生混凝土过程中,EPS保温模块表面的燕尾槽与T形复合墙板的再生混凝土墙板构成机械咬合;EPS保温模块四周设有企口,便于用小尺寸的EPS保温模块拼装成大尺寸的EPS保温模板,在拼装接缝处EPS保温模块通过企口紧密咬合;EPS保温模块厚度为60mm-100mm;为了防止上、下T形复合墙板装配时尘土、杂物和积水进入EPS保温模块和再生混凝土墙板企口内,下部装配墙板的EPS保温模块和和再生混凝土墙板上端企口应为凸槽,装配的上部墙板相应部位的下端企口应为凹槽。
所述PVC管插3嵌于再生混凝土墙板的预留孔洞中,在PVC管内放置铅管-粗砂消能减震键,PVC管可防止再生混凝土墙板在剪切过程中预留孔洞处产生局部破坏。
铅管-粗砂消能减震键4中镀锌薄钢板盖板与铅管外径相同,为40mm~80mm;高度不小于装配接缝处上、下墙板预留孔洞中PVC管深度之和,且不小于100mm。铅管-粗砂消能减震键间隔为300mm~1500mm,模数为100mm,且应在纵、横墙交叉处设置。
上述一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体的作法,制作如下:
第一步:将EPS保温模块作为保温板兼做再生混凝土墙板浇筑的外模板,在其内侧固定一片单排配筋钢丝网,钢丝的网格间距为50mm-100mm,钢丝的直径为1.0mm-1.2mm,浇筑再生混凝土后使得其与EPS保温模块表面的燕尾槽构成机械咬合。
第二步:在再生混凝土墙板的预留孔洞中,插入与其直径与深度相同的PVC管。
第三步:在铅管中灌注粗砂,采用镀锌薄钢片盖板对铅管上、下端加盖封堵,并通过螺栓拧紧形成铅管-粗砂消能减震键。
第四步:将铅管-粗砂消能减震键放置在预留孔洞中的PVC管内,其装配缝隙采用环氧树脂粘接。
第五步:在再生混凝土墙板内表面涂抹5~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层。
第六步:待墙体装配完成后,在再生混凝土墙板接缝坡角处,采用水泥胶浆密封。
与现有技术相比,具有以下优势:
(1)工业化水平高。本发明带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体适用于低、多层建筑。铅管-粗砂消能减震键、EPS保温模块、及其装配式轻质墙板为工厂化生产,现场装配成轻质保温抗震节能一体化墙体,生产效率高、质量好。
(2)利用了再生混凝土这一量大面广的环保建材,节省资源、有利于可持续发展。
(3)保温、抗震、节能、防火一体化。本发明的轻质墙体外保温层为EPS模块,内侧为再生混凝土墙板,比实心混凝土墙体自重轻,比砖墙抗震性能好。EPS保温模块作为轻质墙体外保温层,明显提高墙体保温效果。再生混凝土墙体在EPS保温板内侧既可起到保护EPS模块的作用,又可起到防火作用,耐久性也好。
(4)墙体有两道抗震防线,具有良好的消能减震性能。在上、下装配式墙板之间设置铅管-粗砂消能减震键后,装配墙体整体有多道抗震防线。第一道抗震防线,在小震下,装配式上、下墙板间由于再生混凝土墙板装配缝隙间水泥胶浆的粘接作用,上、下装配墙板间不发生错动,装配成的墙体呈整体受力状态,抗侧力刚度大,墙体水平侧移小,小震下墙体基本处于弹性变形状态;第二道抗震防线,中震或大震下,装配式上、下墙板间再生混凝土墙板装配缝隙间水泥胶浆的粘接作用破坏,上、下装配墙板间开始发生错动,装配成的墙体呈分层墙板缝隙错动性状,墙体抗侧力刚度减小,结构周期变长,周期变长后地震作用相应减小,但墙体水平侧移相对大,这时铅管-粗砂消能减震键开始发挥重要作用,一是限制上、下装配式墙板错动位移发展的作用,二是在水平反复地震作用下的消能减震作用,铅管主要通过塑性变形消能减震,粗砂主要通过摩擦消能减震。
(6)运输、安装方便。本发明采用的预制构件重量轻,运输安装方便。
(7)显著减少施工现场浇筑混凝土的湿,减少混凝土现场养护所需的时间,加快施工进度。采用本发明提出的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体减少模板工程、混凝土现浇工程等,节约资源,节省人工,减少管理费用,确保工程质量。

如图1所示,本发明的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,该墙体构造由再生混凝土墙板1、EPS保温模块2、PVC管3、铅管-粗砂消能减震键4、铅管5、粗砂6、镀锌薄钢片盖板7、螺栓8组成。
具体而言:
所述再生混凝土墙板1是由再生混凝土和单排配筋钢丝网组成,其中再生混凝土粗骨料颗粒直径为5mm-10mm;再生混凝土墙板1规格:长度为600mm-6000mm,长度模数为300mm;截面高度为300mm-1500mm,高度模数为100mm;厚度30mm-60mm,厚度模数为10mm;再生混凝土墙板1接缝边缘带有45°坡角,坡角边长为3mm-5mm,在装配接缝处用水泥胶浆密封;再生混凝土墙板1内表面采用5mm~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层;再生混凝土墙板1四周设有企口,方便墙体拼装。
所述EPS保温模块2作为再生混凝土墙板1外保温层,增强了房屋的保温隔热能力;EPS保温模块2兼做内侧再生混凝土墙板1的外模板,内侧再生混凝土墙板1配置单排配筋钢丝网,工程塑料制作的断桥键穿过EPS保温模块2将内侧单排配筋钢丝网固定,在浇筑再生混凝土过程中,EPS保温模块2表面的燕尾槽与T形复合墙板中的再生混凝土墙板1构成机械咬合;EPS保温模块2四周设有企口,便于用小尺寸的EPS保温模块拼装成大尺寸的EPS保温模板,在拼装接缝处EPS保温模块通过企口紧密咬合。EPS保温模块2厚度为60mm-100mm;为了防止上、下T形复合墙板装配时尘土、杂物和积水进入再生混凝土墙板1和EPS保温模块2企口内,下部装配墙板中再生混凝土墙板1和EPS保温模块2上端企口应为凸槽,装配的上部墙板相应部位的下端企口应为凹槽。
所述PVC管3插嵌于再生混凝土墙板1的预留孔洞中,在PVC管3内放置铅管-粗砂消能减震键4,PVC管3可防止再生混凝土墙板1在剪切过程中预留孔洞处产生局部破坏。

其制作方法如下:
第一步:将EPS保温模块2作为保温板兼做再生混凝土墙板1浇筑的外模板,在其内侧固定一片单排配筋钢丝网,钢丝的网格间距为50mm-100mm,钢丝的直径为1.0mm-1.2mm,浇筑再生混凝土后使得其与EPS保温模块2表面的燕尾槽构成机械咬合。
第二步:在再生混凝土墙板1的预留孔洞中,插入与其直径与深度相同的PVC管3。
第三步:在铅管5中灌注粗砂6,采用镀锌薄钢片盖板7对铅管上、下端加盖封堵,并通过螺栓8拧紧形成铅管-粗砂消能减震键4。
第四步:将铅管-粗砂消能减震键4放置在嵌套于再生混凝土墙板1预留孔洞中的PVC管3内,其装配缝隙采用环氧树脂粘接。
第五步:在再生混凝土墙板1内表面涂抹5~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层。
第六步:待墙体装配完成后,在再生混凝土墙板接缝坡角处,采用水泥胶浆密封。

Claims (6)

1.一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,其特征在于:T形复合墙体由两个或多个上、下T形复合墙板装配而成;T形复合墙板由再生混凝土墙板(1)、EPS保温模块(2)、PVC管(3)和铅管-粗砂消能减震键(4)组合装配而成,其中铅管-粗砂消能减震键(4)由铅管(5)、粗砂(6)、镀锌薄钢片盖板(7)和螺栓(8)组成;所述铅管-粗砂消能减震键(4)通过在铅管(5)中灌注粒径2mm-5mm的粗砂(6),采用镀锌薄钢片盖板(7)对铅管上、下端加盖封堵,并采用螺栓(8)拧紧;铅管-粗砂消能减震键(4)插嵌在PVC管(3)内;
所述再生混凝土墙板(1)为单排配筋再生混凝土墙板,位于EPS保温模块(2)的内侧,既有利于受力,并且防护EPS保温模块,还起到防火的作用;
所述EPS保温模块(2)作为再生混凝土墙板的外保温层,EPS保温模块(2)的表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽,有利于浇筑再生混凝土成型后,EPS保温模块(2)与其内侧的再生混凝土墙板(1)进行机械咬合,构成外保温T形墙体;EPS保温模块(2)的四周设有企口,方便模块拼接,使较小的EPS保温模块(2)咬合拼接成较大的EPS保温模板;
所述PVC管(3)嵌套在再生混凝土墙板(1)的预留孔洞中,用于放置铅管-粗砂消能减震键;预留孔洞设置在再生混凝土墙板(1)的拐角及端部。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,其特征在于:所述再生混凝土墙板(1)是由再生混凝土和单排配筋钢丝网组成,其中再生混凝土粗骨料颗粒直径为5mm-10mm;再生混凝土墙板(1)规格:长度为600mm-6000mm,长度模数为300mm;截面高度为300mm-1500mm,高度模数为100mm;厚度30mm-60mm,厚度模数为10mm;再生混凝土墙板接缝边缘带有45°坡角,坡角边长为3mm-5mm,在装配接缝处用水泥胶浆密封;再生混凝土墙板(1)的内表面采用5mm~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层;再生混凝土墙板(1)的四周设有企口,方便墙体拼装。
3.根据权利要求所述的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,其特征在于:所述EPS保温模块(2)作为再生混凝土墙板的外保温层,增强了房屋的保温隔热能力;EPS保温模块(2)兼做再生混凝土墙板的外模板,其内侧再生混凝土墙板配置单排配筋钢丝网,工程塑料制作的断桥键穿过EPS保温模块,将内侧单排配筋钢丝网固定,在浇筑再生混凝土过程中,EPS保温模块表面的燕尾槽与T形复合墙板的再生混凝土墙板构成机械咬合;EPS保温模块四周设有企口,便于用小尺寸的EPS保温模块拼装成大尺寸的EPS保温模板,在拼装接缝处EPS保温模块通过企口紧密咬合;EPS保温模块厚度为60mm-100mm;为了防止上、下T形复合墙板装配时尘土、杂物和积水进入EPS保温模块和再生混凝土墙板企口内,下部装配墙板的EPS保温模块和和再生混凝土墙板上端企口应为凸槽,装配的上部墙板相应部位的下端企口应为凹槽。
4.根据权利要求所述的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,其特征在于:所述PVC管(3)插嵌于再生混凝土墙板的预留孔洞中,在PVC管内放置铅管-粗砂消能减震键,PVC管可防止再生混凝土墙板在剪切过程中预留孔洞处产生局部破坏。
5.根据权利要求所述的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体,其特征在于:铅管-粗砂消能减震键(4)中镀锌薄钢板盖板与铅管外径相同,为40mm~80mm;高度不小于装配接缝处上、下墙板预留孔洞中PVC管深度之和,且不小于100mm;铅管-粗砂消能减震键间隔为300mm~1500mm,模数为100mm,且应在纵、横墙交叉处设置。
6.利用权利要求1所述的一种带铅管-粗砂消能减震键的外保温T形复合墙体的作法,其特征在于:第一步:将EPS保温模块作为保温板兼做再生混凝土墙板浇筑的外模板,在其内侧固定一片单排配筋钢丝网,钢丝的网格间距为50mm-100mm,钢丝的直径为1.0mm-1.2mm,浇筑再生混凝土后使得其与EPS保温模块表面的燕尾槽构成机械咬合;
第二步:在再生混凝土墙板的预留孔洞中,插入与其直径与深度相同的PVC管;
第三步:在铅管中灌注粗砂,采用镀锌薄钢片盖板对铅管上、下端加盖封堵,并通过螺栓拧紧形成铅管-粗砂消能减震键;
第四步:将铅管-粗砂消能减震键放置在预留孔洞中的PVC管内,其装配缝隙采用环氧树脂粘接;
第五步:在再生混凝土墙板内表面涂抹5~10mm厚抹面胶浆作为防护面层;
第六步:待墙体装配完成后,在再生混凝土墙板接缝坡角处,采用水泥胶浆密封。
