Description

Gel sewing method and gel sewing product
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile technology, in particular to a gel sewing method and a gel sewing product.
Background
Gels are also called as jelly gels, and colloidal particles or macromolecules in a sol or a solution are connected with each other under certain conditions to form a spatial network structure, and the interior of the gel usually contains a large amount of liquid without fluidity, so that the gel is called as a gel. Through thousands of times of measurement experiments of scientists, an object similar to a substance with a specific result of human skin is extracted, so the object is entitled to the reputation of human skin; meanwhile, the coating has the characteristics of antibiosis, mite prevention, durability, air permeability, pressure resistance, fastness, no hardening, no aging, no rupture, no plasticizer, no skin irritation and high viscoelasticity, is never deformed and has a unique thermostat, so the coating has the characteristics of being warm in winter and cool in summer. Therefore, gels are often used for pillows and the like. In the prior art, some manufacturers directly bond gel with sponge through glue to form pillows, the sponge can be exposed in the air for a long time in use, the sponge can be oxidized and deteriorated, bacteria can be easily bred, and the sponge cannot be cleaned; on the other hand, if the sticking mode is adopted, the product can not be cleaned and replaced. Therefore, some manufacturers put pillowslip with gel on the outer surface of the sponge to make pillows.
In the traditional textile industry, when a pillowcase is manufactured, a glue pasting mode is adopted to connect gel with cloth or a belt binding mode is adopted, so that the pillowcase is not attractive and practical; meanwhile, the glue has certain toxicity, and can cause damage to human skin after long-term use.
In the prior art, some manufacturers try to sew the gel and the cloth together by adopting a sewing mode, but because the gel presents a semi-solid colloidal state, according to the prior sewing technology, when a sewing machine needle passes through the gel, the sewing machine needle is stained with colloidal substances, so that the sewing thread is only stuck on the sewing machine needle, a rotating shuttle of the sewing machine cannot catch the sewing thread, and the sewing operation is difficult to carry out.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a gel sewing method provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 1: the gel sewing method comprises the following steps:
installing and threading a sewing machine needle: installing a sewing machine needle 10 on a sewing machine, and threading the sewing machine with the sewing machine needle 10 installed;
stacking materials: applying a lubricant to the gel 20, stacking the gel 20 coated with the lubricant on the first cloth 30, and placing between the needle tip of the sewing machine needle 10 and the table 40 (as shown in fig. 2);
the first surface of the gel 20 is covered with a second cloth 21, and the second surface is covered with a plastic film 22; the lubricant is coated on the plastic film 22 on the second surface; when stacking, the plastic film 22 on the second surface is attached to the first fabric 30; the second cloth 21 of the first surface is located below the needle point of the sewing machine needle 10; the first cloth 30 is attached to the workbench 40;
preferably, a lubricant is applied on both the second cloth 21 of the first surface and the plastic film 22 of the second surface.
And (3) sewing: sewing the lubricant-coated areas of the gel 20;
when sewing, because the lubricant is coated on the plastic film 22 on the second surface, when the sewing needle 10 is penetrated from the second cloth 21 on the first surface of the gel 20 and then is penetrated from the plastic film 22 on the second surface of the gel 20, a part of colloidal substances are adhered on the surface of the sewing needle 10, so that the sewing thread 50 is tightly adhered to the surface of the sewing needle 10; the lubricant on the surface of the plastic film 22 can adsorb the colloidal substance on the surface of the sewing machine needle 10, so that the sewing thread 50 is separated from the surface of the sewing machine needle 10, and the rotating shuttle 60 of the sewing machine can hook the sewing thread 50, thereby performing continuous sewing;
the first surface of the gel 20 is adhered with the second cloth 21, when the sewing needle 10 penetrates into the gel 20, the second cloth 21 has a positioning and guiding function on the sewing needle 10; if the second cloth 21 is not attached to the first surface, the sewing machine needle 10 is easily stuck and is deviated due to the gel 20 itself having a certain fluidity;
the second surface of the gel 20 is covered with a plastic film 22, which can enhance the comfort of the human skin;
after sewing is finished, the first cloth 30 and the gel 20 are turned over along the sewing thread 50, and the connecting joint of the first cloth 30 and the gel 20 is positioned inside a gel sewing product, so that a certain attractive effect is achieved;
preferably, silicone oil may be used as the lubricant.
According to the gel sewing method provided by the invention, the lubricant is coated on the surface of the gel, so that the gel and the first cloth can be sewn together by using a sewing machine. The gel sewing method provided by the invention is convenient to operate, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the gel sewing product sewn by the gel sewing method provided by the invention does not need to be bonded by glue, so that the skin of a human body is not damaged when the gel sewing method is used, and the gel can be recycled.
Preferably, the short needle groove 11 of the sewing needle 10 needs to be ground before the sewing needle 10 is mounted on the sewing machine.
Preferably, when the short needle groove 11 is polished, the polishing size is 0.15mm to 0.35 mm.
In the specific implementation, when the sewing needle 10 is penetrated from the second cloth 21 on the first surface of the gel 20 and then is penetrated from the plastic film 22 on the second surface of the gel 20, even if the lubricant adsorbs the colloidal substances on the surface of the sewing needle 10, the surface of the sewing needle 10 still has certain viscosity and may stick to the sewing thread 50, so that the rotating shuttle 60 of the sewing machine cannot catch the sewing thread 50 and cannot perform continuous sewing.
In the operation of the sewing machine, the rotating hook 60 is generally hooked on the sewing thread 50 at the position of the short needle groove 11 of the sewing machine needle 10 (as shown in fig. 3) to perform continuous sewing, and therefore, in order to allow the rotating hook 60 to normally hook the sewing thread 50, it is necessary to ensure that the sewing thread 50 is not tightly adhered to the surface of the sewing machine needle 10 and a certain distance is formed between the surface of the sewing machine needle 10 and the sewing thread 50. However, in the prior art, since the sewing needle 10 has a uniform specification, the short needle groove 11 of the sewing needle 10 needs to be polished, so that the distance between the sewing thread 50 and the bottom surface of the short needle groove 11 of the sewing needle 10 is increased during sewing, and the rotating shuttle 60 can normally catch the sewing thread 50 to perform continuous sewing. Preferably, the grinding size is 0.15 mm-0.35 mm.
The invention also provides a gel sewing product, which is formed by sewing the gel and the first cloth 30 by the gel sewing method, and the sewing joint is shown in figure 4.
Preferably, the first fabric 30 is cotton cloth, chemical fiber cloth, hemp cloth, wool cloth, silk, or blended fabric.
In specific implementation, the size of the gel sewing product and the size of the gel are determined according to actual requirements for sewing.
