Abstract
本发明提供一种新型盾尾脂,由以下百分比的原料制成:3号锂基润滑脂5—15%:溶剂5—12%,纤维5—15%,填料35—55%,助剂5—14%和基础油10—30%。本发明提供的新型盾尾脂及其制备方法,制备的盾尾脂粘附性强、抗水性和极压性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及新型盾尾脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
盾构机是一种隧道掘进机。中国的铁路,地铁,水下公路,高速公路等正在大力的建设中,这就需要开山打洞或是在地下开挖隧道。盾构机是专门挖掘隧道的设备。由于隧道中都是大量的泥沙和地下水,盾构机在工作时盾构机的隧道衬砌与钢板和钢丝刷之间有一个运动空隙,盾尾脂就是用来填充这个空隙,阻止泥水进入盾构机内。开挖隧道必须有很大的压力,否则不可能将岩土打出一个洞,要求盾构机具有很好的润滑条件才能保证正常工作,盾尾润滑脂必须有良好的抗水性能和抗极压性能。由于盾构机在工作时需要保证润滑脂的供应,所以采用的是集中供脂,这种供脂方式要求润滑脂具有良好的泵送性。
我国生产盾构机的时间不长,所以盾构机润滑脂的生产才刚起步。盾构机的工作部门主要是盾首,盾首的尾部有一个衬砌,衬砌与钢板之间有一个缝隙,盾尾润滑脂就是密封这个缝隙 ,所以盾构机润滑脂主要是指盾尾润滑脂。现有技术中的盾尾脂一般是使用棉纤维、机械油、增粘剂、填料等原料做成。棉纤维具有一定的极压性能和良好的密封性能,它的缺点就是棉纤维吸收水分。水分被吸收以后会乳化润滑脂,破坏润滑脂的结构,降低润滑脂的使用寿命,还可能进一步损坏轴承。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供新型盾尾脂及其制备方法,制备的盾尾脂粘附性强、抗水性和极压性好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的新型盾尾脂及其制备方法是这样实现的:
一种新型盾尾脂,由以下百分比的原料制成:3号锂基润滑脂 5—15%:溶剂5—12%,纤维 5—15%,填料35—55%,助剂 5—14%和基础油 10—28%。
可选的,所述溶剂为二辛脂。
可选的,所述纤维是木质纤维。
可选的,所述木质纤维是松木纤维。
可选的,所述填料是纳米碳酸钙。
可选的,所述助剂是:聚氨酯。
可选的,所述基础是矿物机械油。
可选的,所述矿物机械油位2000#硅油。
新型盾尾脂的制备方法,先将溶剂加入润滑脂中,搅拌30分钟,待润滑脂完全溶解后,加入纤维,不停的搅动,使纤维和润滑脂充分搅匀;再依次加入填料和助剂,使所有物料全部搅匀,直到物料发粘,最后加入基础油,搅拌均匀。
本发明的盾尾脂使用的纤维是松木纤维,这种纤维不吸水,还具有良好的韧性,加强了润滑脂的抗水性和极压性;机械油是2000号硅油,粘度很高,粘附性很强,保证了缝隙处润滑脂不会被轻易冲刷掉;填料是纳米碳酸钙,碳酸钙粉可以提高润滑脂的泵送性,碳酸钙还可以提高润滑脂的极压性能,纳米级的碳酸钙,因为颗粒是纳米级的所以表面积非常大,与水接触时由于表面积比较大所以表面张力比较大,水会被阻止在脂的表面,提高盾尾脂的抗水性能。本发明相对于现有技术提高了盾尾脂的抗水性能和抗极压性能,提高了盾构机的工作效能,保证了工程质量。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
将准备好的3#润滑脂120公斤加入卧式搅拌器内,然后将二辛脂60公斤加入搅拌器内,搅拌30分钟;待润滑脂完全溶解后,一边加入松木纤维70公斤,一边边搅直到润滑脂和纤维搅匀;然后依次加入纳米碳酸钙400公斤和助剂50公斤,将全部物料搅透,直到物料发粘,加入300公斤2000#硅油,搅拌均匀。最后将搅拌器密封,然后用空压机将润滑脂从釜内压出,成品包装。
实施例二
将准备好的3#润滑脂150公斤加入卧式搅拌器内,然后将二辛脂120公斤加入搅拌器内,搅拌30分钟;待润滑脂完全溶解后,一边加入松木纤维150公斤,一边边搅直到润滑脂和纤维搅匀;然后依次加入纳米碳酸钙350公斤和助剂50公斤,将全部物料搅透,直到物料发粘,加入180公斤2000#硅油,搅拌均匀。最后将搅拌器密封,然后用空压机将润滑脂从釜内压出,成品包装。
实施例三
将准备好的3#润滑脂50公斤加入卧式搅拌器内,然后将二辛脂50公斤加入搅拌器内,搅拌30分钟;待润滑脂完全溶解后,一边加入松木纤维50公斤,一边边搅直到润滑脂和纤维搅匀;然后依次加入纳米碳酸钙550公斤和助剂140公斤,将全部物料搅透,直到物料发粘,加入160公斤2000#硅油,搅拌均匀。最后将搅拌器密封,然后用空压机将润滑脂从釜内压出,成品包装。
实施例四
将准备好的3#润滑脂80公斤加入卧式搅拌器内,然后将二辛脂100公斤加入搅拌器内,搅拌30分钟;待润滑脂完全溶解后,一边加入松木纤维100公斤,一边边搅直到润滑脂和纤维搅匀;然后依次加入纳米碳酸钙520公斤和助剂400公斤,将全部物料搅透,直到物料发粘,加入100公斤2000#硅油,搅拌均匀。最后将搅拌器密封,然后用空压机将润滑脂从釜内压出,成品包装。

1.一种新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,由以下百分比的原料制成:3号锂基润滑脂 5—15%:溶剂5—12%,纤维 5—15%,填料35—55%,助剂 5—14%和基础油 10—30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二辛脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述纤维是木质纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述木质纤维是松木纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述填料是纳米碳酸钙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述助剂是:聚氨酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述基础是矿物机械油。
8.根据权利要求8所述的新型盾尾脂,其特征在于,所述矿物机械油位2000#硅油。
9.权利要求1中所述的新型盾尾脂的制备方法,其特征在于,先将溶剂加入润滑脂中,搅拌30分钟,待润滑脂完全溶解后,加入纤维,不停的搅动,使纤维和润滑脂充分搅匀;再依次加入填料和助剂,使所有物料全部搅匀,直到物料发粘,最后加入基础油,搅拌均匀。
