Background
From the point of view of the source of the sewage, which can be defined as the liquid or water carrying wastes mixed with ground water, surface water and snow storm etc. discharged from residential, institutional, commercial or industrial areas, there are many categories of sewage and accordingly there are many technologies and processes to reduce the environmental impact of sewage, according to the source of sewage, the sewage can be classified into four categories, the first category: industrial wastewater, wastewater from manufacturing mining and industrial production activities, including runoff leachate from industrial or commercial storage and processing, and other wastewater that is not domestic wastewater; the second type: domestic sewage from a residence, office building, office or the like; sanitary sewage; sewage including industrial wastewater mixed in domestic sewage in a sewer system; in the third category: commercial sewage, non-toxic and harmless sewage which comes from commercial facilities and has certain components exceeding domestic sewage, such as catering sewage, laundry sewage, animal feeding sewage, sewage generated by hair salons and the like; the fourth type: surface runoff, water from rain, snow and freeway drainage, water from urban and industrial areas, etc., which does not seep into the soil, enters groundwater along streets and lands.
There are some drawbacks in present industrial sewage when handling, and current sewage treatment device is after having handled sewage, and the filth in the sewage is inconvenient to be cleared up in treatment device, and some sewage are adding the chemical reaction, and the reinforced volume of chemical is difficult to control for be difficult to reach the effect of wanting during sewage treatment, thereby just reduced sewage treatment device's practicality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide industrial sewage treatment equipment, which has the advantages of conveniently cleaning residual sewage after sewage treatment and conveniently controlling the feeding amount of chemical substances, and solves the problem that the practicability of the sewage treatment equipment is reduced due to the inconvenience in cleaning the residual sewage after sewage treatment and the inconvenience in controlling the feeding amount of the chemical substances.

1. according to the invention, the usability adjusting plate and the transmission gear are matched for use, so that when the transmission gear rotates, the transmission gear can drive the filter plate to lift through the rack rail on the adjusting plate, thus dirt accumulated on the filter plate can be conveniently cleaned, and the practicability of the sewage treatment equipment is ensured.
2. According to the invention, through the matching and use of the adjusting plate, the supporting plate and the inclined plate, when the adjusting plate drives the filter plate which filters sewage to ascend, the ball connected to the filter plate can slide in the clamping groove of the supporting plate, so that the adjusting plate enables the filter plate to generate an inclined angle after the filter plate ascends, thereby enabling the sewage accumulated on the filter plate to flow onto the inclined plate, facilitating the cleaning of the accumulated sewage and improving the practicability of the sewage treatment equipment.
3. According to the invention, through the matched use of the mounting pipe, the rotary table, the movable rod and the ejector rod, when the rotary table rotates, the rotary table can drive the movable rod to move up and down in a circumferential manner through the movable shaft, so that the piston in the mounting pipe can drive the filter plate placed on the placing seat to vibrate through the ejector rod, the filtered dirt is placed and adhered to the filter plate, and the dirt can be more conveniently cleaned.
4. According to the invention, through the matching use of the feeding pipe, the feeding pipe and the pushing block, when chemical substances are required to be added into sewage for reaction, the chemical substances are poured into the feeding pipe from the feeding pipe, the pushing block is pushed through the supporting rod, and the chemical substances in the feeding pipe are squeezed into the second treatment barrel, so that the dosage of the chemical substances can be calculated through the pushing distance of the pushing block, the feeding amount of the chemical substances is conveniently controlled, and the sewage can achieve the desired treatment effect.
5. According to the invention, through the matching use of the spray pipe and the stirring rod, after chemical substances are added from the charging pipe, the sprayed sewage can be mixed and stirred with the chemical substances through the stirring rod, so that the sewage can be fully mixed with the chemical substances, the sewage can reach the desired treatment effect, and the practicability of the sewage treatment equipment is improved.

In conclusion, the treatment equipment for the industrial sewage has the advantages of conveniently cleaning residual sewage after sewage treatment and conveniently controlling the chemical substance feeding amount by using the filter plate (20), the adjusting plate (23), the inclined plate (22) and the feeding pipe (33), and solves the problem that the practicability of the treatment equipment is reduced by inconveniently cleaning residual sewage after sewage treatment and inconveniently controlling the chemical substance feeding amount.
