A PCB turnover transport vehicle for conveniently transporting a PCB into an oven while facilitating its positioning, comprising: the front end frame and the rear end frame are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction; the two upper fixing rods are arranged in a row along the left-right direction, one end of each upper fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame, and the other end of each upper fixing rod is detachably fixed on the front end frame; the two lower fixing rods are arranged in a row along the left-right direction, one end of each lower fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame, the other end of each lower fixing rod is detachably fixed on the front end frame, and the two lower fixing rods are positioned under the two upper fixing rods in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the plate body is longitudinally arranged in a split mode and vertically extends, the plate bodies are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, the left end and the right end of the upper portion are detachably fixed on the two upper fixing rods, the left end and the right end of the lower portion are detachably fixed on the two lower fixing rods, a hook is respectively arranged at four corners of the plate body, and a plurality of support plates which are distributed in a comb shape extend horizontally and correspondingly one by one towards the opposite side of each two adjacent plate bodies.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circuit board production, in particular to a PCB turnover transport vehicle.
Background
A PCB refers to a board on an insulating substrate, which is fabricated into a printed circuit according to a predetermined design to provide conductive patterns between components. A PCB is one of the important electronic components, and is a support for the electronic components, and is a provider of electrical connections for the electronic components. In the manufacturing process of the PCB board, a plurality of high-temperature baking processes are required. The PCB is not positioned effectively in the oven, so that the PCB is easy to collide with, and defects are easy to occur when the PCB is not completely dried.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has been made in an effort to provide a PCB transferring vehicle that can conveniently transport PCBs into an oven while facilitating its positioning.
The invention provides a PCB turnover transport vehicle, comprising:
a plug board rack, comprising: the front end frame and the rear end frame are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction; the two upper fixing rods are longitudinally extended and are arranged in a row along the left-right direction, one end of each upper fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame, and the other end of each upper fixing rod is detachably fixed on the front end frame; the two lower fixing rods are longitudinally extended and are arranged in rows along the left-right direction, one end of each lower fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame, the other end of each lower fixing rod is detachably fixed on the front end frame, and the two lower fixing rods are located under the two upper fixing rods in one-to-one correspondence; the plurality of rectangular plate bodies are longitudinally arranged in a split mode and vertically extend, the plurality of plate bodies are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, the left end and the right end of the upper part of the rectangular plate bodies are detachably fixed on the two upper fixing rods, the left end and the right end of the lower part of the rectangular plate bodies are detachably fixed on the two lower fixing rods, each of four corners of each plate body is provided with a hook, and each two adjacent plate bodies horizontally extend to the opposite side in a one-to-one correspondence mode to form a plurality of support plates which are distributed in a comb shape; rollers are arranged at the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the front end frame and the rear end frame, and the axial directions of the rollers extend along the left-right direction;

Preferably, the alignment sheet comprises a substrate fixed at the front end of the frame and arranged vertically, and the left and right ends of the substrate are respectively extended with an extending sheet in a forward inclined manner, and an included angle is formed between the two extending sheets.
Preferably, the left and right ends of the upper part of the plate body are detachably fixed on the two upper fixing rods respectively through one pipe fitting connecting piece, and the left and right ends of the lower part of the plate body are detachably fixed on the two lower fixing rods respectively through another pipe fitting connecting piece.
Preferably, one end of the hook is hinged on the plate body, and a return spring is arranged between the other end of the hook and the plate body.
Preferably, the rear end of the frame is provided with a push rod.
The PCB turnover transport vehicle provided by the invention can conveniently position the oven through the positioning piece, and can conveniently position the oven through the hooks on the positioning rods correspondingly arranged in the oven.

The plug board frame 02 comprises a front end frame 1 and a rear end frame 2, and the front end frame 1 and the rear end frame 2 are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction; two longitudinally extending upper fixing rods 3, wherein the two upper fixing rods 3 are arranged in a row along the left-right direction, one end of each upper fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame 2, and the other end of each upper fixing rod is detachably fixed on the front end frame 1; two longitudinally extending lower fixing rods 4, the two lower fixing rods 4 are arranged in rows along the left-right direction, one end of each lower fixing rod is fixed on the rear end frame 2, the other end is detachably fixed on the front end frame 1, and two lower fixing rods 4 are positioned under the two upper fixing rods 3 in one-to-one correspondence; the rectangular plate bodies 5 are longitudinally arranged in a row and vertically extend, the rectangular plate bodies 5 are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, the left and right ends of the upper part are detachably fixed on the two upper fixing rods 3, the left and right ends of the lower part are detachably fixed on the two lower fixing rods 4, the four corners of the plate bodies 5 are respectively provided with a hook 52, and each two adjacent plate bodies 5 horizontally extend to the opposite side in a one-to-one correspondence manner to form a plurality of support plates 501 which are distributed in a comb shape. The bottoms of the left end and the right end of the front end frame 1 and the rear end frame 2 are respectively provided with a roller 10a, and the axial directions of the rollers 10a extend along the left-right direction.
The rollers 10a may be disposed on a horizontal connecting rod 10 fixed to the bottoms of the front end frame 1 and the rear end frame 2, respectively.
The vehicle body 01 comprises a frame, and travelling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the frame. The frame is formed by connecting two side plates 011, a front end plate 012 and a rear end plate 013. Wherein the two side boards 011 are directly and fixedly connected by a plurality of cross bars 014. Wherein, push rod is also provided on the rear end plate 013.
Two V-shaped guide rails 016 extending longitudinally are fixed at the upper end of the frame, V-shaped sliding grooves (not marked) are formed in the circumferential direction of the roller 10a, the V-shaped sliding grooves are matched with the V-shaped guide rails 016, and alignment pieces 017 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end of the frame.
The PCB turnover transport vehicle provided by the invention can be conveniently hung on the locating rods (preferably arranged along the longitudinal direction) correspondingly arranged in the oven for locating through the hooks 52, thus, convenient positioning can be performed, and movement can be performed along the positioning rod. Moreover, the V-shaped guide rail 016 can be conveniently in butt joint with the guide rail in the oven through the alignment piece, so that the plugboard frame can be conveniently pushed into the oven.
In other embodiments, the alignment plate 017 preferably includes a base plate 017a fixed at the front end of the frame and disposed vertically, and each of the left and right ends of the base plate 017a extends to form an extension plate 017b and 017c obliquely forward, and an included angle is formed between the two extension plates 017b and 017 c. The included angle is preferably 60 ° to 90 °. In other embodiments, preferably, one end of the hook 52 is hinged on the plate body 5 through a bolt 53 and a nut 54, a return spring (not shown) is arranged between the other end of the hook 52 and the plate body 5, and when the return spring is in a free state, the other end of the hook 52 abuts against the pipe connecting piece 51 towards the inner side. Therefore, the hook can be conveniently opened and closed so as to be conveniently hung on the positioning rod, and can be conveniently taken out from the positioning rod. The hanger 52 is preferably L-shaped to better locate and prevent the hanger from backing out of the locating bar.
