The invention provides a primary stamping and curling forming process of a primary and secondary hinge, which comprises the following steps of feeding, a metal stamping, punching and blanking process, a metal pre-bending process, a metal pipe coiling process and a metal notching process which are sequentially carried out: a. raw material steel plates enter from a feeding hole, and are punched, counter bored and blanked under the metal punching and blanking process to manufacture a semi-finished product of the hinge punching die; b. pre-bending the hinge crankshaft by a metal pre-bending process; c. the metal hinge is pre-bent through a metal pre-bending process, and a hinge bent pipe is transversely stamped by a pipe bending die at one time; d. the bent pipe forming hinge enters a notching die, and is longitudinally punched and formed at one time by the notching die, so that the primary and secondary hinges form a two-piece conjoined structure which is beneficial to polishing and electroplating in a post process after notching. The punching system, the bending system and the notching forming system are unified, so that the safety coefficient of a product in the production process is effectively improved, the production cost is reduced, the quality of the product is improved, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
