As shown in fig. 1 and 2, each of the right pulley 100 and the left pulley 200 includes a pulley body, a belt pressing plate 201, a cross recessed countersunk head screw a202, a hexagon nut a203, a closed ring a204, a pulley decorative plate 205, a cross recessed countersunk head screw B206, and a hexagon nut B207; a flange is arranged on the side face of one end of the pulley body, a mounting hole is formed in the flange, the pulley body is fixed to two ends of the steel pipe 300 through a cross recessed countersunk head screw B206 and a hexagon nut B207, a closed ring A204 is arranged at the head of the cross recessed countersunk head screw B, and a pulley decorative plate 205 is arranged in a stepped hole in the side face of the other end of the pulley body; the pulley body is provided with a bearing pulley groove, and one end of a bearing belt 901 is fixed on the steel pipe 300 and the pulley body through a belt pressing plate 201, a cross-groove countersunk head screw A202 and a hexagon nut A203.
The use method of the overhead backstroke starting device is used for competition and training of backstroke projects, and comprises the following steps:
s1, installing: the right-hand handle bolt assembly 500 and the left-hand handle bolt assembly 600 are installed on a starting platform 1110 of a swimming pool or a foundation nut of a starting judger 1120 on the upper part of the starting platform 1110 by adopting threaded connection;
s2, zeroing: according to the regulations of the international swimming union or the Chinese swimming union, the zero setting shifter 400 is adjusted according to the height of the starting platform 1110 and the height of the water surface 1140 of the swimming pool to ensure that the upper end surface of the starting pedal 900 reaches the zero position of the water surface 1140 of the swimming pool;
s3, shifting: according to the regulations of the international swimming union or the Chinese swimming union, the zero setting gear shifter 400 is adjusted to ensure a preset gear between the upper end surface of the starting pedal 900 and the water surface 4 CM;

s21, the gear disc 405 is pulled out axially by 10mm through a handle at the lower part of the gear disc 405, and when a Chinese character 'zero setting' is displayed in the gear display window 402 on the shell 401, the Chinese character is in a zero setting state;

s1, installing: a starting judging device is required to be installed and used on the starting platform, and a backstroke starting device is installed and used on the starting judging device. And the starting judging device is provided with an embedded nut matched with the backstroke starting device, the backstroke starting device is placed, a handle bolt assembly on the backstroke starting device is rotated by hands to fasten the backstroke starting device, and accordingly, the backstroke starting device is installed.
S2, zeroing: according to the regulations of the international swimming union or the Chinese swimming union, the zero setting gear shifter in the backstroke starting device is adjusted according to the height of the starting platform and the height of the water surface of the swimming pool to ensure that the upper end surface of the starting pedal reaches the zero position of the water surface of the swimming pool;
