Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种上行控制信息发送或接收方法、装置及系统。该方法包括:网络设备指示用户设备在PUSCH信道中发送N个目标小区或N个目标CSI进程对应的非周期CSI;若N大于5,IMCS=29,且PUSCH信道的资源块分配标识位表示PUSCH信道的资源块的大小K不大于M,则用户设备发送上行控制信息;若N大于5,且IMCS和PUSCH信道的资源块分配标识位表示PUSCH信道的资源块的大小K不同时满足IMCS=29和K不大于M的条件,则用户设备发送上行数据和上行控制信息;其中,α2,α3,α5为非负整数。本发明实施例通过通过对判决门限值M的合理确定,提高了用户设备同时发送上行数据和上行控制信息的灵活性,从而提高了PUSCH信道的利用率。
