(embodiment I)
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a back side of a garbage storage device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front perspective view of the garbage storage device 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the garbage storage device 1 includes a main body 1A and a support portion 1B. The main body 1A compresses and stores the garbage. The main body 1A is supported by the support portion 1B. The support portion 1B is, for example, a base.
The main body 1A includes: the drum 2, the chain 4, an input-side blocking portion 6 (first blocking portion) having an input port 6a, an input-side sealing portion 8 (first sealing portion), an input guide 10, a discharge-side blocking portion 12 (second blocking portion) having a discharge port 12a, a discharge-side sealing portion 14 (second sealing portion), a discharge-side cover 16, a discharge guide 18, and a frame F. The frame F surrounds the drum 2.
The drum 2 is rotatably supported by a frame F. The drum 2 rotates in the direction of rotation R. In the first embodiment, the rotation direction R represents a clockwise direction when the main body 1A is viewed from the front. The drum 2 is cylindrical, and the inner diameter of the drum 2 is substantially constant in the rotational axis direction of the drum 2. The garbage is thrown into the drum 2.
The chain 4 is stretched between a large-diameter sprocket formed on the outer peripheral surface of the drum 2 and a small-diameter sprocket connected to the rotating shaft of the motor. Then, by rotating the motor, the drum 2 is rotated in the rotation direction R via the small diameter sprocket, the chain 4, and the large diameter sprocket. When the drum 2 rotates in the rotation direction R, the plurality of blade members formed inside the drum 2 move from the input-side blocking portion 6 to the discharge-side blocking portion 12, and are pressed against the discharge-side blocking portion 12 and the discharge-side cover 16. As a result, the garbage is compressed and stored in the drum 2. In addition, the large diameter sprocket, the motor, the small diameter sprocket, and several blade members are omitted from the illustration in order to simplify the drawing.
The input-side blocking portion 6 is attached to one of both end portions of the frame F. The input-side blocking portion 6 blocks a part of an opening formed in the input-side end portion (first end portion). The input-side end is one of both ends of the drum 2. The input-side blocking portion 6 is formed with an input port 6a for inputting the garbage into the drum 2.
The input-side sealing portion 8 seals between the input-side end portion of the drum 2 and the input-side blocking portion 6.
The input guide 10 is connected to the input-side blocking portion 6, and guides the garbage to the input port 6 a. The top surface of the input guide 10 is open, and the bottom surface of the input guide 10 is inclined. For example, the input guide 10 is connected to the refuse chute, and guides the refuse dropped through the refuse chute to the input port 6 a.
The discharge-side closing portion 12 is attached to the other end portion of the frame F. The discharge-side closing portion 12 closes a part of an opening formed in the discharge-side end portion of the drum 2. The discharge-side end portion is the other of the both end portions of the drum 2. The discharge-side closing portion 12 is provided with a discharge port 12a for discharging the garbage from the drum 2.
The discharge-side sealing portion 14 seals between the discharge-side end portion of the drum 2 and the discharge-side closing portion 12.
The discharge-side cover 16 moves in a substantially vertical direction between a closed position for closing the discharge port 12a and an open position for exposing the discharge port 12 a. In fig. 2, the discharge-side cover portion 16 is shown in the closed position. For example, the discharge-side cover 16 is driven by a motor and moves in the vertical direction. When the garbage stored in the drum 2 is to be discharged, the discharge-side cover 16 is moved to the open position to expose the discharge port 12 a. Then, the drum 2 is rotated in the rotation direction R, so that the trash is discharged from the discharge port 12a to the outside of the drum 2 by the plurality of blade members formed inside the drum 2.
The discharge guide 18 is connected to the discharge-side closing portion 12, and guides the garbage discharged from the discharge port 12a to the outside of the garbage storage device 1. For example, the discharge guide 18 directs refuse to the input of a refuse collection vehicle.
The input-side seal portion 8 will be described in brief with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the main body 1A. Fig. 3 shows the drum 2, the input-side seal portion 8, and the input-side stopper portion 6 in the main body 1A. The rotation axis AX of the drum 2 is shown, and the inside of the input-side blocking portion 6 is shown. Also, the input-side end 20 of the drum 2, the opening OP1 formed in the input-side end 20, the discharge-side end 22 of the drum 2, and the opening OP2 formed in the discharge-side end 22 are also shown.
As shown in fig. 3, the input-side seal portion 8 includes a pressing portion 30, a packing 32, and a positioning portion 35A. The pressing portion 30 is a circular plate-shaped member. The packing 32 has an annular shape and a substantially rectangular cross section. In the first embodiment, the packing seal 32 is a compression packing seal (for example, a braided packing seal) and is formed by braiding fibers (wires) to which a lubricant is added. The positioning portion 35A is annular and is connected to the inner surface 6b of the input-side stopper 6. The positioning portion 35A positions the packing 32 such that the packing 32 is arranged along the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing the positioning portion 35A. As shown in fig. 4, the positioning portion 35A includes a restricting portion 34a and a flange portion 34 b. The restricting portion 34a is an annular plate-like member protruding from the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6. The flange portion 34b is an annular plate-like member extending from the distal end portion of the regulating portion 34a along the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6. The flange portion 34b is substantially perpendicular to the restricting portion 34 a.
The input-side seal portion 8 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a sectional perspective view showing the input-side seal portion 8. Fig. 6 is a sectional view showing the input-side seal portion 8. Fig. 5 and 6 show the vicinity of the bottommost portion of the annular input-side seal portion 8. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the packing 32 is sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 and the regulating portion 34a, and is sandwiched between the pressing portion 30 and the input-side blocking portion 6. The details are as follows.
The packing 32 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2. The restriction portion 34a protrudes outward from the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6 along the rotation axis AX (fig. 3) of the drum 2. The restriction portion 34a faces the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 through the packing 32. The regulating portion 34a is disposed further to the outside in the radial direction a of the drum 2 than the packing seal 32, and regulates the movement of the packing seal 32 in the radial direction a. The outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 presses the packing 32 toward the regulating portion 34 a. The flange portion 34b is formed on the regulating portion 34a so as to face the pressing portion 30. Specifically, the flange portion 34b extends in the radial direction a of the drum 2 from the tip end portion of the restricting portion 34 a. That is, the cross section of the positioning portion 35A is substantially L-shaped.
The pressing portion 30 is disposed outside the drum 2 in the radial direction a, and faces the packing 32. The pressing portion 30 and the flange portion 34b are connected to each other and the pressing portion 30 is fixed by passing the bolt 44 through the pressing portion 30 and the flange portion 34b and screwing the nut 42 and the bolt 44 together. As a result, the pressing portion 30 presses the packing seal 32 toward the input-side blocking portion 6. Specifically, the pressing portion 30 includes a plurality of protrusions 30a having a substantially circular cross section. In the first embodiment, 2 projections 30a are provided. The projection 30a is an annular member projecting toward the packing 32 and extending along the packing 32. The convex portion 30a presses the packing seal 32 toward the input-side blocking portion 6.
The input-side seal portion 8 and the normal input-side seal portion 102 will be described in comparison with fig. 5 to 8. Fig. 7 is a sectional perspective view showing a feeding side sealing portion 102 of a general garbage storage device 100. Fig. 8 is a sectional view showing the input-side seal portion 102. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the general garbage storage device 100 includes a loading-side sealing portion 102, a drum 104, and a loading-side blocking portion 106. The input-side seal portion 102 includes a packing 108, a groove portion 110, and a pressing portion 112.
The packing seal 108 is annular. The groove portion 110 is formed in an annular shape on the inner surface 106a of the input-side blocking portion 106. The packing seal 108 is embedded in the groove portion 110. The groove portion 110 and the packing 108 are provided closer to the rotational axis of the drum 104 than the inner circumferential surface 116a of the input-side end 116 of the drum 104.
The pressing portion 112 is a member having a substantially L-shaped cross section and is formed in an annular shape. The pressing portion 112 is provided on the side closer to the rotational axis of the drum 104 than the inner circumferential surface 116a of the input-side end 116 of the drum 104, opposite to the packing 108. On the other hand, an annular inner wall portion 104a is formed on the drum 104. The inner wall portion 104a is a plate-like member rising from the inner peripheral surface 116a of the drum 104 toward the groove portion 110. The inner wall portion 104a and the pressing portion 112 are coupled by a bolt 114, and the pressing portion 112 is fixed to the bolt 114. As a result, the pressing portion 112 presses the packing 108 toward the input-side blocking portion 106.
The packing 108 is pressed by the pressing portion 112, thereby preventing contaminated liquid such as sewage from leaking out of the drum 104. However, when the garbage is compressed and discharged, the drum 104 may slightly move in a direction B from the input-side blocking portion 106 toward the discharge-side blocking portion. In this case, since the pressing portion 112 is connected to the inner wall portion 104a of the roller 104, the pressing portion 112 slightly moves in the direction B along with the roller 104. As a result, the pressing force of the pressing portion 112 against the packing 108 may be reduced, and the packing 108 may not function effectively.
In contrast, according to the first embodiment, as described with reference to fig. 5 and 6, the outer circumferential surface 29 of the drum 2 presses the packing 32 toward the regulating portion 34 a. Therefore, even if the drum 2 moves in the direction B from the input-side blocking portion 6 toward the discharge-side blocking portion 12, the decrease in the pressing force of the outer circumferential surface 29 of the drum 2 against the packing 32 can be suppressed. As a result, the packing 32 effectively seals the drum 2, and the leakage of the dirty liquid such as sewage from the drum 2 storing the garbage can be effectively prevented.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the pressing part 30 presses the packing 32 toward the input-side blocking part 6 in addition to the packing 32 toward the regulating part 34a by the outer circumferential surface 29 of the drum 2. As a result, the packing 32 further effectively seals the drum 2, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be further effectively prevented.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the pressing portion 30 is connected to the flange portion 34b, not to the drum 2. Therefore, even if the roller 2 moves in the direction B, the pressing force of the pressing portion 30 against the packing 32 can be suppressed from decreasing. As a result, the packing 32 further effectively seals the drum 2, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be further effectively prevented.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the pressing portion 30 presses the packing seal 32 by the convex portion 30 a. Therefore, the pressing force per unit area of the packing seal 32 can be increased. As a result, the packing 32 further effectively seals the drum 2, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be further effectively prevented.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the configuration of the discharge-side seal portion 14 described with reference to fig. 1 is the same as the configuration of the input-side seal portion 8 described with reference to fig. 3 to 6. That is, the discharge-side seal portion 14 includes a pressing portion 30, a packing 32, and a positioning portion 35A, and the positioning portion 35A includes a regulating portion 34a and a flange portion 34 b. Therefore, the leakage of the contaminated liquid from the drum 2 can be effectively prevented also at the discharge-side end 22 of the drum 2. In the description of the discharge-side seal portion 14, in the description of the input-side seal portion 8, the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 is replaced with the discharge-side end portion 22 of the drum 2, the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 is replaced with the outer peripheral surface 29 of the discharge-side end portion 22 of the drum 2, the input-side blocking portion 6 is replaced with the discharge-side blocking portion 12, and the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6 is replaced with the inner surface of the discharge-side blocking portion 12.
Further, according to the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the garbage storage device 1 further includes an inclined drain groove 40 below each of the input-side sealing portion 8 and the discharge-side sealing portion 14. Therefore, if the dirty liquid leaks from the input-side end portion 20 and/or the discharge-side end portion 22 of the drum 2, the dirty liquid can be guided to the dirty liquid tank by the drain tank 40. As a result, contamination of the waste storage device 1 and its surroundings with the contaminated liquid can be suppressed.
(second embodiment)
A garbage storing device 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1, 2, and 9 to 12. The configuration of the trash storage device 1 according to the second embodiment is the same as the configuration of the trash storage device 1 according to the first embodiment described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. However, the configurations of the input-side seal portion 8 and the discharge-side seal portion 14 of the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment are different from the configurations of the input-side seal portion 8 and the discharge-side seal portion 14 according to the first embodiment. That is, the input-side seal portion 8 and the discharge-side seal portion 14 of the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment each have the band-shaped portion 37 and the base portion 34c, but the input-side seal portion 8 and the discharge-side seal portion 14 of the garbage storage device 1 according to the first embodiment do not have. Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be mainly explained as being different from the first embodiment.
The input-side seal portion 8 according to the second embodiment will be described in brief with reference to fig. 9 and 10. Fig. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing the main body 1A. As shown in fig. 9, the input-side seal portion 8 includes a pressing portion 30, a packing seal 32, a positioning portion 35B, and a belt-shaped portion 37. The belt 37 is a plate-like member connected to the outer peripheral surface 29 of the input-side end 20 of the drum 2. The positioning portion 35B is annular and is connected to the inner surface 6B of the input-side stopper 6. The positioning portion 35B positions the packing seal 32 such that the packing seal 32 is arranged along the belt-like portion 37 of the drum 2.
Fig. 10 is an enlarged perspective view showing the positioning portion 35B. As shown in fig. 10, the positioning portion 35B includes a regulating portion 34a, a flange portion 34B, and a base portion 34 c. The base portion 34c is an annular plate-like member connected to the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6. The restricting portion 34a is an annular plate-like member that protrudes from the base portion 34 c.
The input-side seal portion 8 according to the second embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 11 and 12. Fig. 11 is a sectional perspective view showing the input-side seal portion 8. Fig. 12 is a sectional view showing the input-side seal portion 8. Fig. 11 and 12 show the vicinity of the bottommost portion of the annular input-side seal portion 8. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the packing 32 is sandwiched between the band-shaped portion 37 and the regulating portion 34a, and also sandwiched between the pressing portion 30 and the base portion 34 c. The details are as follows.
The packing seal 32 is disposed along the band 37. The band 37 presses the packing seal 32 toward the regulating portion 34 a. The reason why the band 37 is provided is as follows. That is, in the first embodiment described with reference to fig. 5, the outer circumferential surface 29 of the drum 2 presses the packing 32. Therefore, when the drum 2 is deformed, a slight gap may be formed between the outer peripheral surface 29 and the packing 32. Thus, in the second embodiment, the gap generated by the deformation of the drum 2 is suppressed by pressing the packing 32 via the belt-shaped portion 37 without bringing the drum 2 into contact with the packing 32. As a result, the dirty liquid can be further prevented from leaking out of the drum 2, as compared with the case where the belt 37 is not provided. In particular, in order to suppress deformation of the belt-like portion 37 due to deformation of the drum 2, the thickness t1 of the belt-like portion 37 is preferably larger than the thickness t2 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2. In this case, the dirty liquid can be further prevented from leaking out of the drum 2.
The pressing portion 30 presses the packing seal 32 toward the base portion 34 c. Specifically, the convex portion 30a of the pressing portion 30 presses the packing 32 toward the base portion 34 c. The reason for providing the base portion 34c is as follows. That is, in the first embodiment described with reference to fig. 5, the packing seal 32 is pressed by the inner surface 6b of the input-side blocking portion 6. Therefore, when the input-side blocking portion 6 is deformed, a small gap may be formed between the inner surface 6b and the packing 32. Thus, in the second embodiment, the input-side blocking portion 6 is not brought into contact with the packing 32, and the packing 32 is pressed against the base portion 34c, thereby suppressing the gap generated by the deformation of the input-side blocking portion 6. As a result, the dirty liquid can be further prevented from leaking out of the drum 2, as compared with the case where the base portion 34c is not provided. In particular, in order to suppress deformation of the base portion 34c due to deformation of the input-side blocking portion 6, the thickness t3 of the base portion 34c is preferably larger than the thickness t4 of the input-side blocking portion 6. In this case, the dirty liquid can be further prevented from leaking out of the drum 2.
As described above with reference to fig. 9 to 12, according to the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment, the dirty liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking out of the drum 2 storing the garbage. The second embodiment has the same effects as the first embodiment.
In the second embodiment, the configuration of the discharge-side seal portion 14 is the same as the configuration of the input-side seal portion 8 described with reference to fig. 9 to 12. That is, the discharge-side seal portion 14 includes a pressing portion 30, a packing 32, and a positioning portion 35B, and the positioning portion 35B includes a regulating portion 34a, a flange portion 34B, and a base portion 34 c.
(third embodiment)
A refuse storage device 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 13 to 15. The configuration of the garbage storage device 1 according to the third embodiment is the same as the configuration of the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment. However, as shown in fig. 13, the garbage storage device 1 according to the third embodiment further includes a protrusion 31 in addition to the configuration of the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment. Hereinafter, the third embodiment will be mainly explained as being different from the second embodiment.
Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing the pressing portion 30 and the protruding portion 31 of the input-side sealing portion 8 of the garbage storage device 1 according to the third embodiment. As shown in fig. 13, the input-side seal portion 8 further includes a plurality of protrusions 31. In the third embodiment, the protrusion 31 is a headless nail. For example, the projection 31 is welded to the pressing portion 30. The plurality of protrusions 31 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the pressing portion 30. The protrusion 31 protrudes from the pressing portion 30 on the side where the convex portion 30a is provided. Specifically, the protrusion 31 protrudes from between the convex portions 30a and 30 a. Therefore, the base end portion of the protrusion 31 is supported by the 2 convex portions 30a, so that the protrusion 31 can be reinforced.
Fig. 14 is a sectional perspective view showing the input-side seal portion 8. Fig. 15 is a sectional view showing the input-side seal portion 8. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the projection 31 is substantially parallel to the bolt 44 and is closer to the drum 2 than the bolt 44. The projection 31 faces the bolt 44 via the convex portion 30 a.
The protrusion 31 protrudes from the pressing portion 30 toward the packing seal 32. Also, the protrusion 31 is inserted into the packing seal 32. For example, the protrusion 31 penetrates into the packing seal 32. Therefore, according to the third embodiment, it is possible to suppress the misalignment and the offset of the packing seal 32 on the positioning portion 35B, and to suppress the packing seal 32 from falling off from the positioning portion 35B. The third embodiment has the same effects as the second embodiment.
The discharge-side seal portion 14 (fig. 1) according to the third embodiment includes a plurality of protrusions 31, as in the case of the input-side seal portion 8.
