Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning device and a cleaning method for a data interface, and aims to solve the technical problem that dust particles exist in the data interface in the prior art.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning device for a data interface, which includes a data interface mating part and an airflow component, wherein the data interface mating part is used for mating and connecting with the data interface; the airflow component is connected with the data interface matching part and used for generating cleaning airflow; the cleaning airflow generated by the airflow component cleans the data interface through the data interface matching part.
The air flow assembly comprises an air flow generating unit and a cleaning liquid accommodating part, wherein the air flow generating unit is used for generating high-pressure air flow; the cleaning liquid accommodating part is arranged between the data interface matching part and the airflow generating unit and is used for accommodating cleaning liquid; wherein the cleaning liquid is atomized when meeting the high pressure air flow and combined with the high pressure air flow to form the cleaning air flow.
Wherein, the airflow component also comprises a cleaning liquid injection unit which is communicated with the cleaning liquid containing part and is used for injecting the cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid containing part.

In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for cleaning a data interface, including pairing and connecting a data interface pairing piece and the data interface; and generating a cleaning airflow by using the airflow component, so that the cleaning airflow cleans the data interface through the data interface matching part.
Wherein generating the cleaning airflow with the airflow assembly comprises: the airflow generating unit is used for generating high-pressure airflow, and the high-pressure airflow flows through the cleaning liquid contained in the cleaning liquid containing part, so that the cleaning liquid is atomized and combined to form cleaning airflow.
Wherein prior to generating the cleaning airflow with the airflow assembly, the method further comprises: the cleaning liquid is injected into the cleaning liquid containing part by a cleaning liquid injection unit communicating with the cleaning liquid containing part.
The data interface counterpart is a copying data interface, a plurality of grooves are formed in the copying data interface, and the copying data interface is not provided with connecting terminals used for being electrically connected with the data interface and corresponds to the grooves.

Compared with the prior art, the cleaning device for the data interface provided by the invention has the advantages that the data interface matching part is connected with the data interface in a matching way, and the data interface is further cleaned by the cleaning airflow generated by the airflow component through the data interface matching part. The cleaning device and the cleaning method for the data interface provided by the invention can remove dust in the data interface, keep the data interface clean and avoid the data interface from short circuit.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Similarly, the following examples are only some but not all examples of the present invention, and all other examples obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a cleaning device of a data interface according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 2 is an enlarged partial sectional view of the cleaning device in fig. 1. In this embodiment, the cleaning device of the data interface 30 includes the data interface counterpart 10 and the airflow component 20.
The data interface counterpart 10 is used for a mating connection with the data interface 30. In the present embodiment, the data interface 30 is preferably a USB data interface 30, but may be another data interface 30 such as HDMI in other embodiments, which is not limited in the present invention.
Airflow assembly 20 is coupled to data interface counterpart 10 for generating a cleaning airflow.
By arranging the airflow component 20 at one end of the data interface counterpart 10 far away from the data interface 30, the cleaning airflow generated by the airflow component 20 can clean the data interface through the data interface counterpart 10, and the cleaning device of the data interface 30 provided by the invention can remove dust from the inside of the data interface 30, keep the data interface 30 clean, and avoid short circuit of the data interface 30.
In the present embodiment, the airflow assembly 20 includes an airflow generating unit 40, a cleaning liquid accommodating part 50, a cleaning liquid injecting unit 60, and a buffer pipe 70.
The air flow generating unit 40 serves to generate a high pressure air flow. In the present embodiment, the air flow generating unit 40 is a blowing rubber ball, and of course, a person skilled in the art may also set other air flow generating units 40 capable of generating high-pressure air flow according to practical situations, which is not limited in the present invention.
The cleaning liquid container 50 is disposed between the data interface mating member 10 and the airflow generating unit 40, and the cleaning liquid container 50 contains a cleaning liquid (not shown). In the present embodiment, the cleaning liquid container 50 is an expanded portion of the pipeline, and the cleaning liquid is preferably an organic solvent, such as kerosene, gasoline, benzene compounds, ketones, trichloroethylene, trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, carbon tetrachloride, alcohol, and the like. The organic solvent can effectively clean oil stains, dust and other stains.
The cleaning liquid injection unit 60 is connected to the cleaning liquid containing part 50 for injecting the cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid containing part 50. In the present embodiment, the cleaning liquid injection unit 60 includes a cleaning liquid injection passage 601 and an injection cap 602, the cleaning liquid injection passage 601 is communicated with the cleaning liquid accommodating portion 50, and the injection cap 602 is disposed at an end of the cleaning liquid injection passage 601 far from the cleaning liquid accommodating portion 50. When the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid container 50 is not enough, the injection cap 602 is opened to inject the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid injection passage 601 into the cleaning liquid container 50, and after the injection cap 602 is closed to prevent the cleaning liquid from leaking.
A buffer tube 70 is disposed between the cleaning fluid reservoir 50 and the data interface mating member 10 for buffering the atomization of the cleaning fluid. Specifically, the cleaning liquid atomizes when it encounters the high pressure air stream and combines with the high pressure air stream to form the cleaning air stream, and the increased pressure atomization of the cleaning liquid provides a process by which the cleaning liquid is sufficiently atomized as it flows through buffer tube 70. In this embodiment, buffer tube 70 is made of metal, but in other embodiments, it may be made of other materials such as plastic, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the data interface counterpart 10 is a profile data interface, a plurality of grooves 101 are formed in the profile data interface, and the profile data interface does not include a connection terminal for electrically connecting to the data interface corresponding to the plurality of grooves 101. For example, the data interface is a USB male terminal (wire terminal), the profile data interface is a USB female terminal, and a connection terminal (pin) is not provided inside the data interface.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the housing of the profiling data interface is further provided with an air outlet 102, the plurality of grooves 101 form a cleaning airflow channel, and the air outlet 102 is disposed corresponding to the cleaning airflow channel. Preferably, the exhaust port 102 is a plurality of through holes disposed along the housing, and the plurality of through holes are disposed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the housing of the profile data interface.
The structure of the cleaning device and the connection relationship of the components of the data interface 30 are described above, and the operation of the cleaning device is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.

The cleaning device for the data interface provided by the invention can remove dust in the data interface, keep the data interface clean and avoid the data interface from short circuit.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for cleaning a data interface according to the present invention. The cleaning method comprises the following steps:
s101: and connecting the data interface matching piece with the data interface in a matching way.
S102: and generating a cleaning airflow by using the airflow component, so that the cleaning airflow cleans the data interface through the data interface matching part.

In this embodiment, the exhaust port is a plurality of through holes disposed along the housing. According to the data interface cleaning method, the data interface matching piece is connected with the data interface in a matching mode, and then cleaning airflow is input to clean the data interface, so that dust can be removed from the inside of the data interface, the data interface is kept clean, and the data interface is prevented from being short-circuited.
In this embodiment, the profiling data interface without the connection terminal is connected with the data interface in a matching manner, and then the high-pressure airflow generated by the airflow generation assembly is combined with the cleaning liquid to form the cleaning airflow, so that the inside of the data interface and the connection terminal can be cleaned along the airflow channel, the data interface is kept clean, and the data interface is prevented from being short-circuited.
