Technical Field
The invention relates to a vagina forming technology, in particular to a vagina expanding rod.
Background
Congenital vaginal-free disease the vagina can be constructed by laparoscopic colpoplasty procedures. The peritoneoscope vagina forming operation needs to make the peritoneum free, then make a vagina tunnel, and then pull the peritoneum into the vagina tunnel to be sewed with the vestibule to cover the vagina tunnel to form the artificial vagina.
At present, the vaginal tunnel is formed mainly by blunt dilation of an incision by an operator operating a dilation rod, so that a small tunnel needs to be drilled first and then slowly dilated to reach the required size. Therefore, the operation at present needs to adopt a plurality of types of expansion rods, firstly, the expansion rod with a small size is used for expansion, then, the expansion rod is pulled out, the expansion rod with a larger size is replaced, and the operation is repeated until the vaginal tunnel is formed.
Then the dilating rod is repeatedly pulled out, which easily causes the outflow of gas in the abdominal cavity, causes the reduction of the abdominal pressure and influences the operating visual field of the laparoscope. In addition, withdrawal of the dilating rod may also cause collapse of the vaginal tunnel, easily creating a false tract.

Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples, such repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or uses of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1, the vaginal dilation stick 10 of the present invention comprises an inner stick 110 and a cylindrical water sac cover 120 covering the inner stick 110, wherein the water sac cover 120 is used for expanding under the action of water injection to make the vaginal dilation stick 10 have different outer diameters.
In the vaginal dilation stick 10 of the embodiment of the invention, during the operation, the water bag sleeve 120 is not filled with water or is filled with less water, so that the incision (not shown) of the vaginal tunnel is dilated under the condition that the vaginal dilation stick 10 has a smaller size, and then water is gradually added under the condition that the vaginal dilation stick 10 is not pulled out, so that the vaginal dilation stick 10 is gradually dilated to the required size under the action of water injection, and thus, the abdominal pressure reduction and the formation of false tracts caused by pulling out the vaginal dilation stick 10 are avoided.
In this embodiment, the inner rod 110 is made of a rigid material, such as plastic or stainless steel.
In this manner, the inner rod 110 has a higher stiffness that provides rigidity to the vaginal dilation rod 10 to achieve blunt dissection.
The outer diameter of the inner rod 110 is less than or equal to 15 mm.
Thus, the vaginal dilation rod 10 can provide a smaller outer diameter, for example, 15mm, when beginning to dilate, and according to the physiological structure and clinical experience of the human body, the outer diameter is gradually increased after blunt dilation is performed with the smaller outer diameter, so that the incision of the vaginal tunnel can be protected from being torn while smooth dilation is performed.
In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the inner diameter 100 is 15mm, which is determined according to the physiological structure of the human body and clinical experience, but it is needless to say that other dimensions may be adopted according to the need in other embodiments, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The inner rod 110 has a tapered head 111 exposed from the water bladder 120.
In this manner, the vaginal dilation wand 10 provides a tapered head structure that facilitates blunt dissection regardless of whether the water bladder sheath 120 is dilated. It will be appreciated that in practice, even with smaller dimensions for dilation, a tapered head configuration of the vaginal dilation bar 10 is required, and thus, is more conducive to gradual dilation.
The length of the inner rod 110 is greater than 18 cm.
As such, the vaginal dilation bar 10 can have a suitable dilation length, such as 20cm, depending also on the anatomy and clinical experience of the individual, although other lengths can be used as desired in other embodiments.
It will be appreciated that the length of the water jacket 120 is generally less than the length of the inner rod 110 in order to expose the head 111, or further, the tail of the inner rod 110 as desired.
The inner rod 110 has a hollow structure, the head 111 is formed with an opening 112, the vaginal dilation rod 10 further comprises a sealing cap 130 for closing the opening, the sealing cap 130 is formed with a tapered through hole 113, and the top of the tapered through hole 113 faces the inside of the inner rod 110.
Thus, when the vaginal dilation bar 10 is inserted into the abdominal cavity, the sealing cap 130 is inverted under the pressure of the abdominal cavity, so that the inner walls of the tapered passage 113 are fitted together and thus sealed, thereby sealing the opening 112. Thereby preventing the air flow in the abdominal cavity from flowing outwards, causing the reduction of abdominal pressure and influencing the operating visual field of the laparoscope. On the other hand, after the vaginal tunnel is opened, a laparoscopic suturing device (not shown) may enter the inside of the inner rod 110 and then cover the vaginal tunnel with the peritoneum by ejecting the sealing cap 130, so that the sealing cap 130 is turned outwards to expose the tapered through hole 113, and thus, the laparoscopic suturing device may enter the abdominal cavity through the tapered through hole 113 to pull out the peritoneum, thereby suturing with the vestibule of the vaginal tunnel.
The inner diameter of the inner rod 110 is 11 mm.
In this manner, the vaginal dilation bar 10 provides a more suitable passage for the entry and exit of laparoscopic suturing instruments. However, this is also based on clinical experience, although other inner diameters may be used as desired in other embodiments.
The sealing cap 130 includes an inner bowl portion 131 engaged with the head 111 and an outer bowl portion 132 exposed outside the opening 112, and the inner bowl portion 131 is closely fitted to the inner wall of the head 111.
That is, the inner bowl portion 131 is also tapered to closely fit the inner wall of the head portion 111, thereby improving the sealing degree of the sealing cap 130. While the outer bowl 132 may cooperate with the head 111 to form a continuous tapered outer profile to facilitate gradual dilation of the vaginal tunnel.
The water bladder cover 120 determines the thickness of each part according to the water injection position and the distribution characteristics of the water pressure so that the water bladder cover 120 is expanded in a balanced manner under the action of the water pressure.
In this way, the vaginal dilation rod 10 can still provide the desired approximately cylindrical structure after the water cuff 120 is expanded, thereby satisfying the needs of the operation.
In addition, in order to meet the medical requirements of medical devices, the inner rod 110, the water bag cover 120 and the sealing cap 130 are made by internal high temperature and internal high pressure sterilization. Furthermore, if the composite material is manufactured by a molding process, the composite material is generally molded once and is not easy to damage.
In further embodiments, the vaginal dilation stick 10 further comprises a water injector 140 for injecting water to the water bladder sleeve 120 on demand.
In this manner, the vaginal dilation bar 10 can be expanded in size as desired.
The vaginal dilation stick 10 further comprises a body lubricant (not shown) coated on the outer surface of the vaginal dilation stick 10.
Therefore, the vaginal dilator 10 can be smoothly dilated, and the phenomenon of muscle pulling caused by overlarge resistance can be prevented.
In the description of the present specification, reference to the terms "one embodiment", "some embodiments", "an illustrative embodiment", "an example", "a specific example" or "some examples" or the like means that a specific feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention. In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
