Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
With the manufacturing method of patent document 1, different designs can be printed on each of a plurality of diapers. However, since 3 types of designs having different widths are asymmetrically arranged over the entire surface of 1 diaper, an uneven impression is likely to be generated.
The present invention aims to provide a plurality of underpants type diapers having excellent appearance by improving the conventional printed diapers and a method for manufacturing the diapers.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention relates to a plurality of underpants type disposable diapers contained in 1 package, each diaper comprises a pair of 1 st decorative regions arranged at both side edge portions in the width direction of the diaper, and a 2 nd decorative region disposed in the widthwise central region and between the 1 st decorative regions, the pair of 1 st decorative regions having the same pattern or patterns different from each other, the 2 nd decorative region having a pattern different from the 1 st decorative region, the size of the 2 nd decorative region is larger than that of the 1 st decorative region in the width direction, and when the positional deviation of the cutting position when cutting the diaper into individual pieces at the time of manufacturing the diaper is set to + -Amm, the size of the 1 st decorative region between 2 diapers adjacent to each other in the width direction is 2A +10mm or more, and the pattern of the 2 nd decorative region of at least 1 diaper is different from the pattern of the 2 nd decorative region of at least 1 other diaper.
The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a pants-type disposable diaper having an absorber, the method including the steps of: continuously feeding the sheet in the machine direction; printing patterns on a 1 st printing area and a 2 nd printing area which are alternately arranged along a mechanical direction and extend along a cross direction orthogonal to the mechanical direction on a sheet; joining the absorber to the central region of the 2 nd printed region; folding the sheet along a fold line extending in the machine direction with the absorbent body inside; cutting the sheet along a line to cut extending in the cross direction in the 1 st printed area to obtain individual diapers; and a step of storing the plurality of diapers in the package, wherein patterns of adjacent 1 st printed areas are the same or different from each other, patterns different from the 1 st printed area are printed in the 2 nd printed area, patterns of adjacent 2 nd printed areas are different from each other, and the size of the 1 st printed area in the machine direction is 2A +10mm or more when a positional deviation of an actual cutting position with respect to the line to cut is ± Amm.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, a plurality of underpants type disposable diapers having excellent appearance and a method for manufacturing the same are provided by making the width of the 1 st decorative region located at both side edges of the diaper larger than the width of positional deviation of the cut position when the diaper is cut.

Detailed Description
The following embodiments relate to a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter referred to as a diaper 1) shown in the drawings, and include not only indispensable structures of the invention but also optional and preferable structures. Hereinafter, an example of the embodiment of the diaper 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a plurality of diapers 1 before being cut along lines 35 in a process for producing the diapers 1 to be described later. The cut diapers 1 are collected and stored in a package 2 (see fig. 3 and 4) through which the contents can be seen. Each diaper 1 includes a pair of 1 st decorative regions 11 disposed at both side edge portions 14 in the width direction X of the diaper 1, and a 2 nd decorative region 12 disposed at a central region in the width direction X and located between the 1 st decorative regions 11. In a state before cutting along the line 35 to cut, the 1 st decorative region 11 extends continuously between 2 diapers 1 adjacent to each other. When the positional deviation of the cutting position when cutting the diaper 1 into individual diapers along the line 35 to cut in the manufacture of the diaper 1 is ± Amm, the dimension of the 1 st decorative region 11 located between the 2 diapers 1 adjacent to each other in the width direction X is 2A +10mm or more. The smaller the value of A, the better, the size of the 1 st decorative region 11 in the width direction X is typically larger than 10mm and 50mm or less, preferably larger than 10mm and 30mm or less.
Since the dimension D2 of the 2 nd decorative region 12 is larger than the dimension D1 of the 1 st decorative region 11 in the width direction X of the diaper 1, the 2 nd decorative region 12 is conspicuous when the diaper 1 is worn. The pair of 1 st decorative regions 11 have the same pattern or different patterns from each other. The 2 nd decorative region 12 has a different pattern than the 1 st decorative region 11, and the pattern of the 2 nd decorative region 12 of at least 1 diaper is different from the pattern of the 2 nd decorative region 12 of at least 1 other diaper. In other words, a plurality of diapers 1 are designed to be different from each other. By making the patterns of the 2 nd decorative regions 12 different from each other in this way, diapers 1 having various patterns can be accommodated in 1 package 2, and product differentiation can be achieved.
The patterns of the 1 st decorative region 11 and the 2 nd decorative region 12 are at least 1 or more combinations of 1 or more of uniform color, gradually changing shade color, pattern, character pattern and geometric pattern. The pattern as used herein refers to a pattern obtained by patterning natural objects (for example, animals, plants, landscapes, etc.) or artificial objects (for example, buildings and automobiles), and the character pattern refers to a pattern obtained by patterning characters (for example, chinese characters, numerals, letters). In the present invention, the color means a chromatic color and an achromatic color. The color of the fabric of the sheet member (typically, nonwoven fabric) constituting the diaper 1 is not included in the color of the present invention. The texture of the sheet-like member may be exposed in the background of the design and the character pattern.
In the diaper 1 of the present invention, the pattern of the 1 st decorative region 11 is uniform across the lines 35, and therefore, even when the lines 35 are misaligned, the appearance after cutting is not degraded. The 1 st decorative regions 11 having a different pattern from the 2 nd decorative regions 12 are located on both sides of the diaper 1 in the width direction X, and therefore have a good appearance. The patterns of the pair of first decorative regions 11 located on both sides of the diaper 1 in the width direction X may be the same or different. If the pattern of the 1 st decorative region 11 is different on the left and right sides of the diaper 1, the left and right sides are easily distinguished.
Embodiment 2
The present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that diaper 1 further has a 3 rd decorative region 13. As shown in fig. 2, the 3 rd decorative region 13 extends in the width direction X along the waist opening edge 15 of the diaper 1, and is connected to the 1 st decorative region 11 and the 2 nd decorative region 12. The pattern of the 3 rd decorative region 13 is at least 1 of a uniform color, a color with gradually changing shade, a pattern, a character pattern, and a geometric pattern, or a combination thereof. The pattern printed on the 3 rd decorative region 13 is different from the pattern of the 2 nd decorative region 12, and is the same as or different from the pattern of the 1 st decorative region 11. By providing the 3 rd decorative region 13, the 2 nd decorative region 12 can be made conspicuous to optimize the appearance of the diaper 1.
Embodiment 3
In the present embodiment, at least 1 side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 obtained by stacking a plurality of diapers 1 has a portion of any one of the 1 st decorative region 11 to the 3 rd decorative region 13 exposed, and an assembly pattern 23 different from the patterns of the 1 st decorative region 11 to the 3 rd decorative region 13 is formed. By thus providing the different pattern 23 from the patterns of the 1 st decorative region 11 to the 3 rd decorative region 13 on at least 1 side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 of the diaper 1, the product differentiation can be realized. The side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 in the present invention means all the outer surface of the aggregate 21, and includes the upper surface and the bottom surface of the aggregate 21. In the example shown in FIG. 3, patterns such as hollow ellipses, hollow quadrangles, and hollow hexagons of the 2 nd decorative region 12 are exposed on the side surfaces 22 of the aggregate 21, and a diamond-shaped integration pattern 23 is formed. In the example shown in fig. 4, a rectangular pattern of the 3 rd decorative region 13 is exposed on the upper surface of the aggregate 21, which is the 1 st side surface 22, and characters "L" indicating the size of the diaper 1 can be seen through the package 2. The set pattern 23 may be represented by the 1 st decorative region 11 exposed on the side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 in FIG. 3. In fig. 3, the patterns of the 1 st decorative region 11 and the 3 rd decorative region 13 are not shown, and in fig. 4, the patterns of the 1 st decorative region 11 and the 2 nd decorative region 12 are not shown.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a case where the patterns of the 1 st to 3 rd decorative regions 11 to 13 are geometric patterns. However, it is needless to say that, by appropriately selecting at least 1 of a uniform color, a color with gradually changing shade, a color with stepwise changing shade, a pattern, a character pattern, and a geometric pattern, or a combination thereof as the pattern of the 1 st to 3 rd decorative regions 11 to 13, an aggregate pattern 23 different from the pattern of the 1 st to 3 rd decorative regions 11 to 13 can be formed on at least 1 side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 of the diaper 1. Further, it is possible to determine on which side surface 22 of the package 2 the assembly pattern 23 different from the 1 st to 3 rd decorative regions 11 to 13 appears, taking into consideration the folding manner of the diaper 1 when stored in the package 2 and the orientation of the diaper 1 when stored in the package 2.
Next, a method of manufacturing a plurality of printed diapers 1 will be described with reference to fig. 5.
The manufacturing method of the present invention includes the steps of: a feeding step 51 of continuously feeding the sheet 41 in the machine direction MD; a printing step 52 of printing patterns on the 1 st and 2 nd printing areas 31 and 32 on the sheet 41, which are alternately arranged in the machine direction MD and extend in the cross direction CD orthogonal to the machine direction MD; a joining step 53 of joining the absorber 43 to the central region of the 2 nd printing region 32; a folding step 54 of folding the sheet 41 along a folding line 36 extending in the machine direction MD with the absorbent body 43 positioned inside; a cutting step 55 of cutting the sheet 41 along the lines 35 to cut extending in the cross direction CD in the 1 st printed area 31 to obtain individual diapers 1; the packaging step 56 is a step of storing the plurality of diapers 1 in the package 2. The 1 st printed areas 31 adjacent to each other in the machine direction MD have the same or different patterns from each other. The 2 nd printing region 32 located between the 1 st printing regions 31 adjacent to each other is printed with a different pattern from the 1 st printing regions 31, and the 2 nd printing regions 32 adjacent to each other in the machine direction MD are different from each other in pattern. When the positional deviation of the actual cutting position from the line 35 is ± Amm, the size of the 1 st print area 31 in the machine direction MD is 2A +10mm or more. The designs printed in the 1 st and 2 nd print areas 31 and 32 correspond to the designs of the 1 st and 2 nd decorative areas 11 and 12, respectively, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted. It is preferable that the dimension D11 of the 1 st print area 31 in the machine direction MD is smaller than the dimension D12 of the 2 nd print area 32 in the machine direction MD.
Further, the 3 rd printing region 33 extending in the machine direction MD can be provided along both side edges 42 of the sheet 41 extending parallel to each other in the machine direction MD. The 3 rd printing area 33 is connected to the 1 st printing area 31 and the 2 nd printing area 32. The design printed in the 3 rd printed area 33 is different from the design of the 2 nd printed area 32, and is the same as or different from the design of the 1 st printed area 31. The designs printed on the 3 rd printed area 33 correspond to the designs of the 3 rd decorative area 13 described above, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted. Both side edges 42 of the sheet 41 correspond to waist-opening edges 15 of the diapers 1 cut into individual pieces. In fig. 5, for easy understanding, the 1 st to 3 rd printing areas 31 to 33 are shown only by the shades of colors, but it is needless to say that patterns and characters can be printed.
The designs can be printed on the 1 st to 3 rd print areas 31 to 33 as follows: when a plurality of diapers 1 cut into individual pieces are stacked to form an aggregate 21, a part of any one of the 1 st to 3 rd printed areas 31 to 33 is exposed on at least 1 side surface 22 of the aggregate 21, and an assembly pattern 23 different from the patterns printed on the 1 st to 3 rd printed areas 31 to 33 is developed.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention, the width of the 1 st printed region 31 cut along the line to cut 35 extending in the cross direction CD is larger than the width of the actual cutting position offset from the line to cut 35, so that the 2 nd printed region 32 is not cut by mistake, and the 1 st printed region 31 after cutting is positioned on both sides in the width direction X of the diaper 1, so that the appearance of the diaper 1 is not affected. Thereby, a plurality of diapers 1 having excellent appearance can be obtained. Further, by making the patterns of the adjacent 2 nd printed regions 32 different from each other, it is possible to incorporate diapers 1 having various patterns in 1 package 2, and to realize differentiation from the conventional one-kind product. When the 3 rd printed region 33 is further provided, the design of the 2 nd printed region 32 can be made conspicuous to optimize the appearance of the diaper 1. In addition, when the set pattern 23 different from the patterns printed in the 1 st to 3 rd printed areas 31 to 33 is made to appear on at least 1 side surface 22 of the aggregate 21 of the diaper 1, it is possible to further differentiate it from the conventional same kind of product.
The method of manufacturing the diaper 1 of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 5. In the feeding process 51 in which the sheet 41 is continuously fed in the machine direction MD, the waist elastic member 46 and the leg elastic members 47 are joined in an extended state in the machine direction MD between the upper sheet 44 and the back sheet 45 continuously running in the machine direction MD. The upper sheet 44 is in contact with the skin of the wearer of the diaper 1, and the back sheet 45 serves as an outer decorative sheet of the diaper 1. The upper sheet 44, the back sheet 45, the waist elastic member 46 and the leg elastic member 47 may use materials known in the art to which the present invention pertains.
In the printing step 52 for printing the patterns on the 1 st printing area 31 to the 3 rd printing area 33 of the sheet 41, printing can be continuously performed by using the ink jet printer 61 connected to the control device 60. The control device 60 stores data of the design to be printed in the 1 st printing area 31 to the 3 rd printing area 33 of each of the plurality of diapers 1, and instructs the ink jet printer 61 of the design to be printed based on the data. The surface of the sheet 41 on which the pattern is printed is not particularly limited, and for example, fig. 5 illustrates an example in which the pattern is printed on the front surface of the back sheet 45 (i.e., the surface opposite to the surface facing the upper sheet 44), but the pattern may be printed on the back surface of the back sheet 45. The 3 rd printing region 33 is not essential in the manufacturing method of the present invention, and may be omitted.
In the joining step 53 of joining the absorber 43 to the central region of the 2 nd printing region 32, the absorber 43 and the upper sheet 44, which are well known in the art to which the present invention pertains, are joined. The order of the printing step 52 for printing the pattern on the sheet 41 and the joining step 53 for joining the absorbent body 43 to the central region of the 2 nd printed region 32 is arbitrary, and the pattern may be printed on the sheet 41 after joining the absorbent body 43.
In the folding step 54 of folding the sheet 41 with the pattern printed and joined to the absorbent bodies 43 with the absorbent bodies 43 positioned inside along the folding lines 36 extending in the machine direction MD, before folding the sheet 41, the leg hole openings 16 of the diaper 1 are formed by hollowing out the portions of the sheet 41 positioned between the absorbent bodies 43 adjacent to each other, and then the both side edges 42 of the sheet 41 are folded in half so as to overlap each other. The 1 st printed regions 31 are further overlapped with each other, and the folded sheets 41 are joined to each other by welding or adhesion along the seal portion 37 extending in the cross direction CD in the 1 st printed region 31. When the positional deviation of the actual cutting position from the line 35 is ± Amm, the size of the seal portion 37 in the machine direction MD is at least 2 Amm. The sealing portion 37 and the 1 st printing region 31 may overlap with each other, and the dimension of the sealing portion 37 in the machine direction MD may be larger than or smaller than the dimension of the 1 st printing region 31 in the machine direction MD.
In the cutting step 55 of cutting the sheet 41 along the lines 35 to cut extending in the cross direction CD in the 1 st printed area 31 to obtain individual diapers 1, the seal portions 37 are also cut in the cross direction CD. This makes it possible to obtain a single diaper 1 in which both side edge portions 14 in the width direction X of the diaper 1 are sealed.
In the packaging step 56 of storing the plurality of diapers 1 cut into individual pieces in the package 2, after the diapers 1 are folded in a predetermined folding manner, the diapers 1 are stored in the package 2 so as to be gathered in a predetermined manner (see fig. 3 and 4) and so that the contents can be seen through. At this time, an aggregate 21 can have an aggregate pattern 23 on at least 1 side 22, which is different from the patterns printed in the 1 st to 3 rd printed areas 31 to 33. Fig. 5 shows an example in which a trapezoidal aggregate pattern 23 different from the linear pattern printed in the 3 rd printed region 33 is formed on the side surface 22 of the aggregate 21.
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made to implement the present invention. For example, the boundaries between the 1 st decorative region 11 and the 2 nd and 3 rd decorative regions 12 and 13 need not necessarily be formed in a straight line as in the illustrated example, but may be curved lines or broken lines (japanese curved lines), or may be unclear boundaries in which the color density gradually changes. The method of printing the pattern is not limited to inkjet printing, and printing may be performed by screen printing or offset printing.
The disclosure of the present invention described above can be organized into at least the following items.
